This place is honestly fantastic. Many was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining exactly what was wrong with my tire and what I needed to do to fix it. Very grateful to have found this place. Great service & great pricing too. They do negotiate.

Highly recommend!!!! They were the only shop that was able to greet us properly on a Saturday afternoon. The service person was highly efficient in every way. The price was better than expected ( 2 used tires cost $40 each ) The entire experience was easy and fast (10 -15 minutes)

Bought a tire from here on 2/29 and they sold me a used tire that had three holes in it. Fast forward to 3/16 and the tire has popped! Do not buy a tire from here they are selling bad used tires that will only last barely two weeks!!!!!

Would highly NOT RECOMMEND. They sell you use tires that will cause you to come right back for another . Service is a Rip OFF !!!! Will try to charge you extra . The lady in the office was trying to charge me extra just for a tire plug !!! These Mexicans come over to America for a better life only to rip us off. Go back ! Do Not WASTE YOUR MONEY , PLEASE TAKE IT ELSEWHERE!!!!!

If you are not Latino do not allow this business to service you. I bought 2 used tires from this company, I returned the day after because the one tire continued to get flat. In addition, they did not put caps backOn my tire. They replaced the caps, but would not fixe the tire. After telling the owner that there was an issue they asked me to leave the business. They were very aggressive and rude. Would not recommend this business unless you know Spanish. I will also be writing the Better Business Bureau concerning this.

I'm a new driver, today morning i got tire pressure warning. I got scared and dont know how to resolve this warning. I've gone through google and then i found Cruz Discount Tires, LLC. I went to the location. One of the executive helped me in filling the tire. He is so humble and kind, i really appreciate that. I'll definitely recommend to visit here.

Great service with honest workers, went in with a screw in my tire , the guy took the time to look and let me know that I may not need a patch , he pulled the screw out and it didn t puncture my tire. No charge after spending the time to explain my options

I chose this place because of their reviews and they lived up to them. They were very friendly, very fair and VERY fast. They mounted 4 tires on my truck and the spare as well. I was prepared to remount the spare under the truck myself, but they insisted and did it faster than I ever could have. Although the shop was pretty busy at the time, I watched them provide this same level of service to other customers that they were providing to me. This says a LOT about them. They had me back in the road in 40 minutes. Highly Recommend~!!!

Horrible Experience at Cruz Discount Tires, LLC - Avoid at All Costs!I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Cruz Discount Tires, LLC, and it was an absolute nightmare. I had called ahead to inquire about the availability of a specific tire size and received confirmation from the person on the phone, who seemed to be in charge, that they had the tires in stock. Excited about the prospect of purchasing and getting them installed, I made the drive all the way from Lewisville.However, my hopes quickly turned to disappointment as soon as I arrived at the shop. The individual I had spoken with on the phone was the same person attending to customers, and when he asked me if my car had airbags, he refused to perform the service upon learning that it did. Shocked and confused, I questioned why he hadn't asked about airbags during our initial conversation on the phone. His response was rude, as he bluntly blamed me for not informing him about my car's airbags.To make matters worse, I mentioned that I had visited their shop for tire service the previous year and was never asked about airbags at that time. This inconsistency in their policies left me feeling cheated and taken advantage of as a customer. As a representative of the business, it was their responsibility to inform potential clients about any special policies or requirements, not after they had expressed interest and made the effort to visit their establishment.Despite my attempts to reason with the individual, he continued to blame me and even went as far as ordering me to leave their premises. This level of disrespect and lack of professionalism is absolutely unacceptable and not something I expected from a business that claims to value its customers.I strongly advise anyone considering Cruz Discount Tires, LLC for their tire needs to steer clear of this place. Their treatment of customers is loathsome, and who knows what other dubious or underhand behaviors they may have? Plenty of other tire shops will treat you with respect and courtesy, so save yourself frustration and disappointment by avoiding this business at all costs!In conclusion, my experience at Cruz Discount Tires, LLC was nothing short of horrendous. Their lack of transparency, disrespectful behavior, and unprofessionalism have left a lasting negative impression, and I will never be returning to this establishment. I hope this review serves as a warning to others, so they do not have to endure a similar ordeal. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!PS: As you can see from the business's response to my review, he is still avoiding accepting responsibility for failing to inform me of their so-called policy when I had called prior to driving over. This is 2023, cars have cameras also so don't threaten me with a video which seeing from your behavior can be doctored. My daughter had major tire damage on her BMW. The AAA driver checked several places & we decided to have the car towed over there. Erica in the office isPRICELESS!! She works for her Dad & with her brother. This place is fantastic. They were personable, great at their jobs, the price was fair & the work was very professional. Excellent choice to get new or used tires!!

Hello I am a professional transportation driver and ride share. With that said tires and service here at Cruz Discount Tire has been on point. Great service and friendly staff. New sets and even if you purchase used tires you get good pricing,service, and honest individuals telling you if it works for your vehicle. If in the DFW area stop by and see for yourself. My cars have good shoes as well!!

I like the costumer service . I was in a hurry , they just replace my old tire with the new one in just a few minutes on the reasonable price. Osmany is the very good guy with the friendly nature . I liked them . Overall, I recommend all of you for the tire change over here .

Great experience, went in this morning to check my punctured tire thinking I needed a new one but they not only saved me money by doing a plug but they got me in and out within 5 minutes. Definitely my new tire shop!

Literally saved the day! When i need new tires i will be coming back! Went to what felt like every gas station on belt line to put air in them and not one machine worked. Pulled in and asked if someone could look at them. Said of course. Put air in and even found a screw and fixed it all in about 10 min. Great service! Thank you!!!

One of the best Tire shops I've been too.Employees are super friendly and informative.They take car of your wheels.Definitely recommend this shop.If you have custom wheels this a ship I recommend to go.
