Avatar has took care of all of my cars and trucks starting with my jeep rubicon that got all 5 off road mud tires size 37Did a full suspension job including the cv axels to my 2008 suburban and has it riding just as good as my 2023 Chevy Silverado 1500 that is currently getting towing bags done as well as a level kit, all and all a grate and friendly environment and will continue to be a customer of Cowboys

Came in got a chance to talk with the manager Avatar (that s his name). He took his time to actually find something I was looking for. Didn t rush me with picking a rim and even went out his way to show me multiple options for my truck. We found something that look good and went with it. I recommend this place just for the great customer service and the detailed work that they do. Got my old ford looking brand new!

Great place, great service. If you want to build a dream car this is the place to visit. Eddy and Aaron are the best at what they do, they will take care of any task. There is no small task or a even a big task. They handle all orders, and ensure that you are well taken care of. I really appreciate this place and what it has done for me. I can be a little pushy at times, and deadlines are always a part of life for me. These guys have not only found a way to put up with me, but have ensured that all deadlines that they give me are met. I started with suspension and tires. We are now moving on to the motor and some upgrades. I have another vehicle that they are willing to help me build. It has evolved from just one item, to now I look forwars to being a part of Comboys Customs for many years. Guys, I cannot wait for the STI build after this car. You guys are making my dreams come true. Thank you.

Brought my truck here to get new suspension parts and spent almost $3,000. They promised me it would fix the problem I was having, got the truck back and it still done the same thing and had to bring it back on 4 different occasions because bolts and nuts we falling off or loose. Highly recommend not to spend your money here.This bolt has fallen out 3 times already. I've come back twice to get it fixed and it has happened again.

Mauicio absolutely took care of me. They installed a 3.5 suspension lift kit with 37" tires on 17" rims. I recommend Cowboy Wheels & Tires to anyone. Best price & work well done! Big shout out to Mauricio!

*****UPDATE- even though I had to put in some work to drive back a few times the team at Cowboys wheels and tires made it right. One year after the initial sale and a upper control arm / ball joint failure they took care of me and I couldn t be more appreciative of their efforts to do right by their customer.After initially having a great experience with the lift, tires and wheels installed here within 6 months the ball joint in the upper control arm started squeaking loudly. They re-torqued everything and that did resolve the squeak at that time. Fast forward to about 18 months and the squeak is back with a vengeance.When I took it in they said it needed lubrication but they didn t have the special grease gun to reach the zerks. I took it to a Lube place and the squeak persists.I brought it to a local mechanic yesterday and it was determined that the ball joint in the upper control arm was bad. I called Cowboys to find out if it was stock or replaced during the lift in which they stated it was stock. I had the mechanic order a replacement stock control arm only to find out that it was in fact not stock and could not be replaced without lowering that side of the vehicle down slightly.I ve turned down that option and will be calling Cowboys again to see how they handle the situation. I am confident they will help me resolve this but am disappointed at this point that it hasn t already been resolved.

First thing first want to say Thank you to the guys that help me out tonight. I got my leveling kit done at METROPLEX WHEELS AND TIRES. It didn t go to well there. I didn t feel my truck right. I drive it at least 50 to 100 miles a day. Brought it In to COWBOYS, they checked it out for me. Showed me what was wrong and what it needed. They added diff spacers and did an alignment. Under a cost of nothing real. Is just the great services. I left from there and my truck feels better than before. Couldn t be happier. Thanks guys. I ll be back for more service. This place has everything not every shop does, Tires, wheels, lift kits, and they do alignments.

The guys at Cowboys in Irving really go above and beyond expectations to help! I had a flat and we determined all 4 tires needed to be replaced. They expedited the installation! Excellent financing options! Super professional! Got me back on the road in a jiffy!!

Mauricio runs the show here and comes off as confident and turned out to be knowledgeable and resourceful. He explained in detail scope of work, and allowed me to visually see before and afterwards as well as dumbed it down for someone like me with minimal knowledge but plenty common sense. He knew who, what, when and where needed to be done to get the suspension and steering of my lifted truck back to where it drives safer after I had a wreck in it. Not 100% sure who picks the mechanics here, but guys like Joseph and crew really help push the shop over the edge. My truck is riding totally different and the alignment is on point! No more death wobble. Time to get back to work.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Took my Chevy Silverado in to get a 2in leveling kit put on and an alignment afterward. They got the leveling kit on and said they did the alignment and sent me on my way.3 months later I am having to spend $600 to replace the front two tires I put on right before the leaving kit because the alignment was either never done or done improperly. I reached out to Mauricio, the manager or business owner to allow them an opportunity to make it right and was basically told there s no way to prove it is on them so it s not their problem, even though they were the last place to do work on my truck and there wasn t an alignment issue before taking it in to their shop.They did not make any effort to make it right or help out in any way when I called to talk to them about the issue. Then they replied and blamed it on potholes, curbs, and off roading, when I haven t hit any curbs and haven t done any off roading. They refuse to take any responsibility when they are the only logical reason for the alignment being off.I was pleased with the service until I actually got my truck back and everything went downhill from there. I would recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else!Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Wheel alignment

The worse quality of job performance return my truck with ABS light on and Tires light on. When I took my truck without any lights on. Lied about installing sensors.
