10/10 service. he was knowledgeable and wasn't trying to rip me off like eagle transmission was. only thing is be patient when trying to so call since the phone at the front of the shop, but anytime i went in person he met me at the door. would recommend their service.

If I could give it a lower star this place sucks after the two year period of the having this transmission rebuilt at the shop I've had leaks and lights I do not recommend this transmission shop

Carlos the owner operator of this transmission shop is very knowledgeable and very talented. He has years of experience. And is always honest with his customers. He will work until the customer is fully satisfied. He is one top notch good mechanic.

I was having issues with my Cadillac CTS so I took my car to CM Transmission. I met Carlos and it was the best decision I ve made in a long time. Other shops that I ve been to only wanted to make money and charge me for things I didn t need. Carlos took his time and explained everything to me, he is very knowledgeable and professional and worked diligently to fix my car in a timely manner and keep the cost down. I will continue to take my car to this shop and urge others that need car repairs from an honest and skillful mechanic to give them your business.As long as I have a car or truck, Carlos will always get my business!

Had transmission rebuilt here and for starters Carlos doesn't understand basic knowledge on how to rebuild transmission or know how a torque converter goes on. Had to take it to another shop to fix his mistakes, after that transmission was installed correctly without any other issues. If u want to avoid problems and save time. Try another transmission shop and if your looking for a reputable shop please check reviews first, Thank u.Service: Transmission

TERRIBLE PLACE!!! Had my car for 2 1/2 months for a transmission rebuilt. After they finally gave it back the transmission light was still on. When I asked Carlos about it he said it was a computer issue. Took it to a shop he recommend to replace the computer and the light still did not go off. Carlos told me he didn t know what was wrong with it. He charged me $1,800 and wanted me to spend more to try to fix it. I took it to two well know transmission shops and they both told me that Carlos had put the wrong transmission in it! I confronted Carlos and Stephen for a refund and they refused. So I m now having to contact my lawyer to file a law suit. I should of listened to the reviews. This shop uses junk part and doesn t do the job they promised. Getting a hold of them is almost impossible. The shop is never opened the hours the website says and they never call you back or answer the phones.

This place doesn t even deserve one star Carlos is unprofessional I had the worst experience! For one he never answeres his phone when he has your car! He told me I could pick my car up Friday but never answered the phone so I had to wait until Monday ! He also tried to charge me 1,000 for my car that he didn t fix until I brung my husband up there then he just handed me my keys and didn t make me pay! Definitely do not recommend!Service: Transmission

****BEWARE****ONGOING****LAWSUIT****ZERO STARSThis place is the absolute WORST! I was quoted 3 days to have a clutch, flywheel, and clutch master cylinder completed. They kept my car for 3 WEEKS! I was charged and paid 2 GRAND be given my car back in WORSE condition than when I took it. My transmission was so badly damaged I had to take it back to the dealer to get fixed properly. This "SHOP" agreed to refund me 600 for useless parts and labor that I didn't need, but when the time came to pay up they refused so I am waiting on the results of my LAWSUIT. While sitting in the lobby for HOURS I met another person who's car has been in his shop for SIX MONTHS! Take your car anywhere else!!Service: Transmission

Fast, friendly, and their expertise is out of this world. Carlos really knows what he's doing. And the price was the most reasonable I had found out of 11 other shops.

SHOP CLOSED "pick up your cars Scammer : this shop uses junkyard units from junkies never a rebuilt unit,takes parts from cars already at the shop to fix other cars and their problems at the shop.

I had a wonderful time in got a great job at seen CM tubmission and at a very reasonablehighs and I will be back to get my car painted with very nice people and a very handsome young man that help me out the same young man that love my vehicle in joy drive net and gave me a compliment
