Cody was so kind during the whole estimate process, and especially since it s the holidays they were so fast! This was my first collision, so he walked me through the rental and insurance.I got multiple text messages to keep me updated! My Rogue was out the shop within 2 weeks, would recommend for any Nissan owner to come here.

I feel compelled to share my absolutely infuriating experience with Clay Cooley Nissan Collision Center. To say that my visit to this repair shop was a nightmare would be an understatement. I brought my car in for a repair that should have been straightforward, but it turned into a month-long ordeal that tested my patience beyond belief.First and foremost, the glacial pace at which Clay Cooley Nissan Collision Center operates is mind-boggling. It took them over a month to address a minor scratch on my vehicle. Let that sink in more than a month for a problem that should have been resolved quickly and easily. This level of inefficiency is inexcusable.Their communication, or lack thereof, was equally frustrating. I had to constantly pester them for updates, and even then, the information I received was vague and unhelpful. It seemed like they had no interest in keeping me informed about the progress of the repair, leaving me in the dark and guessing when I would get my car back.But the real kicker was the quality of the work. When I finally got my car back, I was horrified to discover that not only had they taken an eternity to fix the scratch, but they had also managed to damage the adjacent area in the process. It's mind-boggling that a supposedly professional repair shop could make such basic mistakes.To make matters worse, the customer service was atrocious. The staff at Clay Cooley Nissan Collision Center treated me with complete indifference, as if my concerns were a nuisance to them. There was a complete lack of empathy for the frustration and inconvenience I had endured throughout this ordeal.In summary, I cannot emphasize enough how much I regret choosing Clay Cooley Nissan Collision Center for my car repair. Their inexplicable delay, poor communication, subpar workmanship, and terrible customer service have left me utterly disgusted. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this repair shop. Find a reputable establishment that values your time and business, because Clay Cooley Nissan Collision Center certainly does not.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Terrible communication with the collision shop with customer and to my insurance company. Not to mention when I finally pick my car up from the collision center from them having my car for 3 months my exterior from where they repaired my bumper had scrape marks and scratches on my car. The collision center failed to even wash and detail my vehicle. I have purchased over 6 vehicles from Nissan and this will be the last time I ever buy from Nissan again. This body shop need to be shut down. I wish I could give zero stars on this website.

I will NEVER EVER go back to these people, they were recommended by the insurance company, since I purchased my jeep at the Clay Cooley dealership (mistake as well). They did not complete the job my insurance paid for so I ended up going to another Collison center to repair my blown out speaker, which I am sure they noticed was damaged!...but I am still left with my car not being restored to how it was before the car accident, which is all I wanted, at the amount of money I paid including my $1000 deductible.the person that assisted me also has bad customer service, he told me via voicemail, which I still have that my car would be ready on FRIDAY, and it was not. I took off work, and called him the morning to confirm that I could get it, when I waited the entire week with no one following up with me, only for him to tell me he wasn't going back and forth with me.It took a month to get back with the repairs not being completed. then had the nerve to tell me they were waiting on a piece, would give me my car, not repaired would take the rental that I was paying out of pocket for, and come to my place of employment to complete the repairs...TRASH!After emails with the supervisor, I got my car back like this missing a plastic piece behind my steering wheel, and a busted front door speaker. I was then referred to another collison center who fixed those parts, and replaced the missing piece.also CLAY COOLEY COLLISON, you left some loose metal piece in the roof of my car, so when I drove I could hear a noise...this collison center is trash, and I don't recommend them to anyone!!

Center was recommended to us and thus we really wanted to have our vehicle repaired here. Upon review with our insurance company it was noted that the rates were elevated for the Dallas area. Despite several discussions with the center we were told that we would not find anywhere to get the vehicle repaired at offered prices. Needless to say we found several other centers willing to accept the rates and much friendlier when interacting with them.

Took too long to work on my vehicle. Estimated date of completion kept on moving forward to the following week. Finally received my vehicle back after being in the shop for 8 weeks. I don't recommend this shop, look somewhere else.Service: Auto body & trim repairService: Auto body & trim repair

They are not responsible for any damages that may happen while your vehicle is in their care. Left our car out in the hail storm and refuse to be responsible for it. So my car went here. They had it more than 2 months. While they did a good job, paint looks awesome. Stopped by for an estimate for a scratch on my truck door. Great service, had an estimate for the repair very quickly. Also discussed parts shortages that could delay the repair.I was impressed with the way he took care of me.

Went here to get an estimate done and the guy that came out didn't take a look at my dent and came back out and said over 900 to fix a dime size dent no scratches

NEGLIGENT and FRAUDULENT.I took my truck for repairs after an accident. They took like 3 months. When I got my truck back, smoke came out of it. They said it was completely normal. My truck began to shake too. I took it back. Still they did a horrible job repairing it. 6 months after, my truck totaled because the engine had crash damage, even though they had supposedly repaired it. They repaired nothing and still charged me for it.

Just lost a long term customer. Do not take your car here. It will take forever and the personnel are slightly rude. I have taken over 10 repairs to this shop and up until recently I was taking care of very well.

Garbage! I brought my car here because they sold Nissans. The first time they broke my hood latch and a repaired piece fell off not long after. I took it back for another repair only because I wanted the other items fixed on their dime. It took over 5-6 weeks, they continued to say they submitted supplement info to insurance company but that was probably a lie. I was told I would get several callbacks which never happened. I had to push the envelope with both collision center and insurance company. On my way to pick up the vehicle I received a phone call about not having payment, which makes no sense since the repairs were finished and they would start for 2-3 weeks until they got payment, on the call Javier says oops. I spoke primarily with Javier the entire time and I m pretty sure nothing was done as stated (an assumption made because the promise of phone calls never happened until I bugged them enough). Lastly, I was told your car is fixed basically we forgot to place pin stripes back on your vehicle smh a disgrace. And once the pin stripes are done I will never return. I am considering building a website full of SEO key words to thwart visitors the agony of dealing with them.

I made a turn during the snow storm, and ran up onto a curb. I dropped off my car the second week in March. Damage was minimal, but not so bad to the point where it would take ONE MONTH to fix.. JOSE had initially told me that it would take a week (potentially faster if I dropped it by on a Monday) could be a LITTLE longer, if they find any additional damages. I have had little contact, unless it was something that I had to reach out for. I have paid 2k out of pocket for a rental, calling daily to extend a reservation- when my car wasn't ready on the day that it was to would be ready. They changed the date about 6-8 different times. Finally when I assumed that my car would be ready, because they had already changed the date multiple times by now... I assumed they were truthful when they mentioned it would be ready on x day... guess what.. it wasn't ready. I had already returned the rental, and they told me I could get a rental from Kia free of charge. This said rental had the words "come see clay" in bold letters. Why would I drive something that is advertising a business that I am not a fan of? Next thing you know, my car "may be" ready by thursday- Friday just to give some wiggle room... Famous last words. Come friday, my car is not ready- zero communication. I was told by the manager that I would be receiving photo proof updates of my car. Ask me where those are. Just ask me! Not in my messages, that's forsure. Guess what else... now my indicator isn't working, and that's what the hold up is. IT WAS WORKING WHEN I DROPPED THE CAR OFF A MONTH AGO

My experience here has been extraordinarily horrifying. Their service is terrible and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I have been dealing with the estimator Larry who has been the most unattentive, time lacking man. Out of the month and a half that they've been working on my car I only received AT MOST 5 calls and 2 voicemails and after I got my car the a.c. didn't work! Anytime I asked what was going on when I took it upon myself to call, they would give me excuse after excuse one being them putting my hood on BACKWARDS!! I didnt deal directly with the mechanics or auto body people, but that must tell you something!! After that excuse for my car taking a long time to be done, I was told they were rebuilding my bumper even though they'd previously said only my hood was left to do. They clearly have NO QUALITY CONTROL and do not care about their customers. They only care about their money cause the one thing they made sure I knew was that I needed to pay (DUH!). Their 2 year service guarantee is a joke because after immediately letting them know about my a.c. they have done NOTHING about it. I have consistently called and left voicemails and memos to no avail. Their front desk guy is disrespectful, the supervisor has yet to call me back from a voicemail and memo I left. I have never dealt with anyone or any business so incredibly dense and lacking in customer service. If anyone is even thinking about coming to this center to fix your vehicle save your time, money and patience because they will definitely not help you out. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR REPAIRED HERE!!

Had to use them for an accident unfortunately. Repair work has been awesome customer service has been awesome. My service advisor has been excellent upfront direct kind and friendly. I'm extremely satisfied with the work they've done.

Had a horrible experience with an insurance claim on my Altima here. My car was there for six weeks before it was ready to be picked up! But the day I was supposed to pick it up, they called to say they crashed it into something in their parking lot and had to repair the bumper again. Then the day before I was rescheduled to pick it up, they said they found it with two flat tires due to something in their parking lot. So yet another delay. Save yourself some frustration and take your car elsewhere.

worst body shop ever !! please do not come her for for body work. My cars has it s been in the shop for over 5 months.. received a call wedsneday that my car was ready came sat 12/1/18 and my car had a dent on upper area of my door a dent under need the driving side door scratches on the back side of my driver seat and I was told by Keith that I needed to to take my car and return the loaner..Keith said just like you want your car. We are loosing our patience.. how unprofessional !! Please people do not take your car here..

So I went to clay coolly collision with my 03 Yukon xl with 160,278 mil Mind you it is an older truck not valued very high as it is about 14 years old from date of manufacturing. My truck has a few dents and scratches and some paint to match work that I wanted to be fixed. So I go in to this establishment not knowing what to expect. I meet with a one tony sanders, was polite and some what professional being that he did not shake my hand at all kinda threw me off. Maybe it was because I had just gotten off a 12 our shift and was wearing dirty jeans and a tank top as opposed to wearing my dirty work shirt.I told him I wanted to get and estimate on my truck for minor repairs. We did the walkaround identified the areas of concern. Tony asked me if I was going threw insurance, I said no I would like to pay out of pocket. So he referred me to the waiting room. After about 20 min he came back with an estimate that was for $5,713.77 and said that they would not do the work being as it would total out my truck. I was at first shocked at such a far out price for some dings and dents and paint. Then I realized what clay Cooley collision in Irving off of loop twelve was all about. Apparently my money was no good there. Tony sanders was high balling me out because they were not going to make any outlandish amount of money off of an insurance claim. What would have been a slide hammer some 4K microlight, primer, tape and a paint to match.was not worth their time or my money. should have a sign that says no money accepted here. Overall the work I wanted done would have probably cost about $1,500 for witch I would have gladly paid. But instead I got a Bullshit over estimate with work on it and replacements I didn't even ask for such as door removel and install, vehicle emblem replacement, mirror removal and window removal and install on areas that I didn't even want work done nor had any damage. How can you explain that other than just to push me out the door. Thank you so much Tony Sanders and Clay Cooley collision for jerking me off instead of being a straight shooter with me. Could have just told me that it was not worth their time to fix because it was a low ball amount, I would have understood that and moved on. Instead I walked out of an estimate feeling like I got taken advantage of.....and I didn't even purchase anything or services. Great job people. In the future I will most definitely not recommend anyone to go to clay Cooley collision. Especially if they have money to spend on service. They obviously are too good for your real money there. And most especially. Clay Cooley and sons should be ashamed to have this establishment connected to their name. I see that I'm not the only review that is like this. Wonder why. Wish I would have read them before turning into this Gem. Good to know that a hard working blue collar man is not welcome at this place of business or his money. And what do you know just an hour later service king gave me an estimate for ONLY the work I wanted done and low and behold $1,258.45. Guess they like making money. I took my mother's car to get repaired at the Collision Center on Loop 12 in Irving. Sad to say they have a thief or thieves there. My mother had some purses in the trunk and they STOLE 5 of them. I called to place a complaint but I know good and well that no one is going to fess up to what they did. I just know now that next time I will NEVER EVER go back there again for any issues with my car.

I will make this short, if you love and care for your car, don't take it there, they ruined my 2019 GTI front bumper and preformed an ammature job and now I'm having it re-painted at another place from my own pocket. I am really shocked that a repair center with this level is listed as the authorized collision center for VW Clay Cooley authorized dealership of Dallas!

My brother bought his car at Clay Cooley its a Dodge Hell Cat well, the took it to the body shop to see if he could get his tail painted black well the lady at the front desk told him, that he could do it himself that even girls painted their own cars. Well it might be true but if we are taking it to them is because we do not want to do it ourselves and obviously we are going to pay for it. I wish I had gone with him so I could put this b*t*h on her place. She is an employee and we are the customers so if we want something done we do not care if it is expensive to get it done or it is easy for a female to do it, just mine your business and do your job.

This place is terrible. There is no real times posted. No one is around to help you. It says open Monday to Friday 7am to unknown time. Saturdays 830 to 1230pm. Sunday closed. However if that one person who can do estimates is out to lunch you're SOL. They need two people minimum so not to waste people's time. I had to walk around looking for someone to help me, but that person couldn't. Made up something about their manager being on lunch and when they went. It wasn't a very good lie. Kia is the type of car I have, so don't have much of a choice. But terrible customer service.
