Mr. James Carr was the salesman that really helped me out. He was very attentive, kept me informed and kept checking on me until I drove off in my new (used) car that I'm very happy with. Me. Saul I'm not sure I'm spelling his name right who went over the contract and signed as authorized representative was also very nice. They both even gave me cards and phone numbers to call for insurance. I highly recommend this place when wanting to purchase a new or used car. Everyone was nice that I came in contact with today. Great customer service and reasonable priced. They sell cars cheaper when compared to the other dealers. I bought 2 cars with them and each time I saved about 4K. If you are looking for EV9, they already have a couple at the dealership.

We appreciate Lionel the Service Manager so very much. He worked with us on getting the issues of our car fixed. He has very excellent customer service and handled all of our needs very well. Without him nothing would have been resolved and wouldn t have been able to get on the road home back to Odessa Texas which is 5 hours away! We can not say enough how much we appreciate him and all his hard work to go above and beyond for us! He even noticed how dirty my car was and Cleaned it up for me. One of the Best Kia experiences I ve ever had. I recommend them any day of the week.! Thanks Clay Cooley Kia and Lionel the Great Service Manager y all are the Best.!!

I bought a 2024 Kia Sportage EX and let me tell you my experience at Clay Cooley Kia in Irving was FAR better than any of my experiences at competing dealers. I spent 2 weeks going to different Kia dealers as well as Honda, Subaru, Volkswagen and Toyota. The experience I had with Mathew Robert s is what brought me back to purchase at Clay Cooley. I first went into Clay Cooley 2 weeks ago, it was the first dealer I looked at. I met Mathew there where he walked me through all of my options as I was looking for sedans and compact SUVs. I test drove multiple cars and ultimate left that day without buying anything because I wanted to shop around and do a full comparison. Mathew kept in touch but never in an extreme way like many other dealers did with me. I eventually settled on the sportage and gave Mathew the opportunity to work a deal for me, this process was effortless. He ultimately got me a great deal on the sportage as well as my trade in. Mathew is the type of car salesman that gives a GREAT name for car sales. He is honest, open and up front about what he can/can t do and then pushes even more to get the deal done. I m very thankful to have worked with him on this purchase, it was a great experience and I will definitely be coming back to do more business with him in the future!As for finance, Alvin got me a great rate and ultimately exactly the numbers I wanted to be at. As a first time car buyer, he took the time to walk me through all the papers/numbers and what they all mean. He was thorough, well spoken and a pleasure to work with.Mathew and Alvin are the dream team! Thank y all for the best experience I could have asked when buying my first car!

Aden and Eme made my car buying experience so smooth. I found the 2023 Telluride online and heard back from Eme quickly. Even though I was early for my appointment, Aden was able to help me right away. I couldn't be happier with my new Kia and will definitely be back.I think my 8-yesr-old made new friends too. Let me start by saying I'm a soul girly. I've had 2 souls previously.Went yesterday to see about trading in my 2019 Kia soul. That car was giving me hell. Left with a brand new 2024 Kia soul lx. Recently purchased a truck from Clay Cooley Chevrolet. Aden Carpenter was the salesman. Even though he was a Kia salesman he was still able to answer all my questions about the trucks and help me find what I was looking for. He stayed in constant communication with me and kept me updated with the vehicles. When we made the deal he was very easy to work with and always kept a great attitude. Buying cars at a dealership has always been a pain. However, Aden made it very simple! Go see this young man and let him help you find the vehicle your looking for

This is how my vehicle was returned back into my possession after I spent $4,554.80 with them just to only have my vehicle for a little over a week after they had it over a month. It was $12grand and some change to fix the next problem, I sent the car back because 12 grand plus the 44 hundo I already spent was more than the value of my Poe li Kia, I could go on and on, my text messages and paperwork proves it. By all means if possible avoid this shop, I won't call out names but yeah they know what it is.....

First time going through the car buying process at a dealership. Dez made the entire process smooth and easy from start to finish. He was patient, kind, listened well to what we were looking for and heard any concerns we had. Also, he wasn t over the top sales-y which was a breath of fresh air. We purchased a 2024 Telluride at MSRP and couldn t have been happier. Would highly recommend using Dez, truly a 12/10 experience.

We were in the process of looking for a good first car for our son. We came to Clay Cooley Kia to look around, but was skeptical in finding a good first car. A young lady by the name of Niambi helped us. She was very knowledgeable and genuine about the car selections. Not only did she stick to our projected budget, but absolutely WOW d us with getting us a great car under our budget by 4k!!! Needless to say, awesome deal, super awesome salesperson, great car selection and very easy process! We will be back for more Niambi at Clay Cooley Kia!

Been a customer since 09. They have treated me well but recently not so much.First off, I have filed with Dallas County smalls claims court against Clay Cooley for breaching the Do Not Call list. No matter how many times I tell them to take me off the list and not call, they call anyways.I am currently dealing with End Stage Renal Failure and do hemodialysis 3 times a week for 4 hours.My phone is meant only for my family and doctors, not some sleazy salesmen who lie about a great deal going on.Second, I came in to let them know and hopefully resolve it, the manager there was not much help and went on the absolute offense when I said I'm still going to file a claim.At no point did they apologize.Also I stated I did not like their employee Joe, he was very racist towards my Chinese spouse. When the manager asked who it was, I pointed at a group of workers and said, "The only fat white guy"This is when the manager got hostile and offensive, he quickly gaslit me as the "racist" and defended his employee.Sorry but giving details of someone is not racist. He is the only fat, Caucasian there.Because of that, I will pursue for as much as the court allows.See you in court, there we can let the judge also decide of a description of a man was racist.I am never buying from Cooley again unless I get a fat apology from Clay or his sons.-Jesse

Do not take your vehicle to be serviced at Clay Cooley Kia. I brought my Kia Sorrento in for a transmission issue and dropped it off. (the vehicle was slipping in gear) When I was contacted by the service advisor for the recommended repairs they wanted to replace the battery, perform a fuel system service, and replace the spark plugs. I am an ASE certified technician with over a decade of experience. I made sure the advisor was certain those recommendations would resolve the transmission issue. I replaced the spark plugs myself about a year prior so I knew they were good. I picked up the vehicle and replaced the battery myself. The transmission issue still existed. I looked over the repair order from Clay Cooley Kia and they did not even drive the car a single mile to diagnose the issue. Furthermore, the complaint that the service advisor entered stated that the vehicle surges and stalls. Neither of those things were issues I described to him. In summary, the advisor did not take my complaint down even remotely accurately and the technician that worked on the vehicle did not even drive it a single mile for a transmission issue. After being on the phone for over an hour calling several people at the dealership I was eventually able to get a hold of the service manager to voice my complaints with his department. He said he would work to get me a full refund for the diagnosis and would be calling me back in a day or so. A week later I had not heard back. After another hour+ on the phone I was able to speak with him again. He said that they had sent me a refund check but it went to the wrong address. I still have not heard back from them or received a refund. The Clay Cooley Kia service department let me down in every way it possibly could and failed at basic tasks such as accurately documenting a customer's concern about their vehicle. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Samuel (Sam) Kess: SalesmanDefinitely an "experience" salesman. He went out of his way to not only convince our family that we had the right SUV. But he was really keen on selling us on a culture. This was the first time in my life switching vehicle brands and Sam made this process easy for us!Albert (Al): Finance managerWas very patient, and extremely thorough! Even though you would expect this from a finance manager I have had two occasions buying cars where details where missed because someone like Al wasn't at the helm of the deal!Andre: Sales managerAndre was the kind of manager that could take the Cowboys to a Super Bowl (finally)! There wasn't anything he could not figure out or a question he did not have an answer for.Overall the car buying experience can have some downsides but the team at Clay Cooley (for two different cars now) always seem to find a way to make it enjoyable at the end. I have left happy both times in the vehicle that I want!

It was a day filled with joy for me! I had a delightful encounter at Clay Cooley KIA in Irving. When my brother inquired about a Telluride for me to purchase, General Manager Joe Fernandez personally took charge and said, "I'll assign you my top salesperson." That marked the beginning of our journey. The next morning, we met Matthew Roberts, who was punctual, positive, and exuded a professional demeanor that alleviated any concerns I had about a significant purchase. Matthew possesses emotional intelligence and the ability to connect with his clients. The entire process was seamless and efficient. When we met Finance Consultant Sal Eljada, who coincidentally shared the same birthday, he put together a purposeful and concise package that catered to both my needs and budget. As a result, I am a highly satisfied customer of the Clay Cooley KIA experience.

Absolutely by far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership so I had brought my daughter-in-law here to get a car back in September her first brand new car. The process was very quick very fast very easy and super helpful by all parties so I brought my other daughter in November to get her another brand new car again the process was super simple, very fast and easy and then the inevitable happened as we have all been there before my daughter-in-law had got into a car accident a woman had we rented her and totaled out her brand new car that we had gotten September poor thing. I was so sad for her, but we called the dealership and our salesman Stephen Samuel that we have used all three times now, said don t worry come in. I will take care of you and surely he had. He is by far the best so definitely ask for him. You will have a wonderful experience he took care of us and we were in and out of there in an hour and a half. I got to be honest he gives you the red carpet experience you feel like a VIP member most certainly if he wasn t there I don t know that I would be going back because he really makes your experience wonderful.Our finance manager, Alvin was quick fast and made the end of the process very easy. He was very knowledgeable not only about those thing but many more. He explained extended warranty, gap and the maintenance agreement package to us as well.Big big thank you to Stephen Samuel and Alvin the team at Kia in Irving!!!!!!!!!

We arrived, ready to purchase a new car with cash. We were seated and asked to wait and wait and wait. All we wanted was to see cars in our price range, which well was enough for a 2023-2024 car. We sat for over an hour and still no car. The sales rep finally came and was offering a 2022 with 50k miles for $20k. What?? They have a 2024, zero miles for $21k. Really? How does that even make sense? To say the least, horrible service! Wasted 2 hours and didn't get to see even one car. Will not return here.
