I bought 3 tires from this place. Within a week had to return about 2 of them. A day later the 1st tire was going flat. So we took a look at it and noticed it was dry rotted and cracking all around the tire. The 2nd tire in the front had a huge bubble in it and had my car pulling to the side when I drove it. These guys told me they couldn t help me. I was basically stuck with the problem. At 1st they said they had a week return policy. Then all of a sudden used tires is a final sale. Ok which one is it. Don t do business here. They only care about making a dollar and not clients safety out on the roads.

Do not get wheels/tires mounted here if you care about them. They put an absolutely massive gash in one wheel and a big slash in another along with other small scratches. This damage was 100% not there prior as I have pictures of the wheels prior to visit. I wash these myself every week so I know if there is damage.Absolute scam considering it's cash-only with no receipts.

I need 2 used tires for my truck. The store only mounting the tire but not do balancing. They asked for extra $10 each for tire balancing which they did not mentioned that to you on the call or at the first meet for pricing. No honesty but also cheating in business. No recommend. I also have heard another customer, old man, complaint that he was charged $ high fee on paying with card which they have not told him at first.

The price would of been decent if we would of gotten 4 of the same brand tire and the size was smaller than what was on our vehicle. The staff was friendly, I will say that. We didn't have cash so the person that seemed to be in charge, let my husband use his vehicle to go to the bank, so friendly staff was a plus.

These guys were just great. Cold rainy day and they didn't complain a bit as I asked them to take a tire off a bad rim and install it on a new rim. Be aware. ESL, but the boss speaks English good enough. Friendly as they could be. I'd gone to a couple of other shops because I really needed this done and one shop was one guy that took a long time to see what I needed, then had to call his boss,taking even more time. I actually drove off. I was frustrated at this point and just drove up the street and made a lucky turn into Cheap Tires. A lucky accident. Give them your business. They're good guys. Reasonable prices and high speed balancing.

Over price nothing cheap 5$ for a wack plug if u have a flat at discount tire they use 18 step patch and plug repair also wanted to charge me 40 for a used tire when to discount tire and i got a new tire for 75$ also they wont be careful while installing they will rip the bead and not care as that will lead to a flat tire. This place is horrible.

Cheap tires not so cheap after all paid $100 for a tire that should have been at least $75 but I sure am glad they were open early morning the service was good and fast

Always get my flats fixed here. Fast and friendly. New tires are way over priced though.

Horrible! Over charged me because I was a woman! Usual used tire is $20 installed. He told me $35. I witnessed the technician even try to correct him and tell him $16. He turned away as he thought I couldn't see and said don't worry. Then turned back around and said $35. What a joke! Paid him and then asked are you really going to charge me $35 for a used tire. He said that's the usual price. I work on cars and always need tires installed. So he lost repeat business for trying to be greedy! Will not be back!!!

Cheap and best tires available here.. Glad i went there to change my tires! They also got used tires which are almost new.

If this one is the one on britain and pioneer, they charged me 45$ for a bald tire, didn't balance it and the owner tried to give me one with an egg bubble on it. The guy wouldn't do it and got me a different bald tire. I won't go back there again. They used to be good. They suck now

The two used tires I bought here popped on the road after 6 months of use.You are better off going to Discount Tire.

I would've referred my friends and family here but I suggest you FIND ANOTHER TIRE SHOP.. preferably ON IRVING BLVD... they do not have price lists, thus charging whatever they like, whenever they feel like it. USED tires usually run for $25-$30 bucks and they wanted to charge me 40 bucks for 1 USED tire... with a PATCH on it.. you WILL GET RIPPED off here. Take your business elsewhere.

Paid over $216 for tires and by the next evening our front left tire was flat. Took it to discount tires, to have it checked turned out they sold us a tire that was poorly patched. Had to buy new tires for the front an additional $74 out of pocket. Will not be returning nor recommending this shop to anyone in the future.

Reasons I gave 5 stars1) Open on Sundays2) Spoke English (in Irving it's not always English first)3) 5-10 minutes to take off my donut, fix and put on my original tire, and put my donut in my car for me.4) Charged only $55) Didn't get any creepy vibes!!! (I'm a girl who went by myself so yes it's a major plus!)I'll be back!

love it here, just left this place and let me tell you that they sure do know how to give ( AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE )..very polite, respectful and very fast, prices for tires are great..in my opinion I do recommend this tire shop..so if you need service to be done to your tires, ypu already know where to go.

20 minutes and 31 dollars got me a used tire. They offer a 30 day warranty and towing services if you get a flat.
