This place is awesome! I took my truck in on Tuesday to have a repair done and it was ready in couple hours! They rock! I highly recommend this place! Thank you so much for your prompt service. They installed the whole assembly of my antenna on my truck.

Just had the front fender and back side panel replaced on my 2013 Sonata. The quality of the job was fantastic and at a reasonable price. Will recommend CarMex to family and friends. Ask for Diego.

Someone hit my car at my apartment complex without leaving any insurance information which is frustrating. That said, the team at Carmex in Irving did a great job of replacing my passenger fender and matching the OEM paint like nothing ever happened. First off all this place saved my car from a total damage and I would've have to star a whole new account when my car is already paid offI'm a woman by myself and I thought that they were going to have a feast with me since I have no idea what I'm doing all the contrary they behave like true gentleman call the insurance get me a rental car fix my car perfectly and guide me all the way with my insurance problemsWhen I have to wait they have the most wonderful chairs and water so that made your wait even pleasant I have no words to say thanksIf you are a woman by yourself go to CARMEX they will take care of you the way you deserveThank you and God bless your business with lots of work

Strongly recommend Diego and his crew. Ethical and compassionate about customer needs. I would definitely trust this body shop with all repairs. After an accident, Carmex repaired my 2012 Mercedes. Easily the best shop I've ever taken a car too. That's not saying too much since I've only used 3 different shops now, but Diego is transparent, professional, and most of all a master of his trade. He made sure I drove the car to confirm it's condition and we had an amazing chat about the value of time, experience, and loving what you do and wanting to honor that craft. These are the kind of people that you know you can trust and many people have a hard time finding that in this field. I was under the impression my car would be totaled (It was in the air and had a rough landing) yet a couple weeks later it's right back to normal and at an extremely reasonable price. It'd be a risky waste to take your car anywhere else.Service: Body & Trim

Awesome place...must go place of you need any collision repair with or without insurance.very supportive staff.Diago is owner of this place and he is so nice and humble.I will suggest this place to everyone whoever need to get collision repair done on there car.Very cost effective and he will tell very reasonable price.I went for small collision repair and he did that repair and he made that repair looks good, when I saw my car I was so happy.

I was in desperate need of a repair shop. Just moving to Irving I didn't know of any, and especially any with good recommendations. After reaching out to 5 different places with no response, I found CarMex Inc under the Top 10 repair shops in Irving. They truly lived up to their reviews and Diego is such a kind and hard working man. I definitely recommend them!

I had a car collision and the timeline for repair was very tight as I had to move to a new state the same week. I wanted the car repaired in 3 days and most of the service centers said that it will take 2 weeks to fix the car. Carmex not only completed the repair in 3 days but the quality of work was good too. Strongly recommended!!

Great Place!! Diego and Memo are awesome guys! They tell you the truth and don't go around fixing unnecessary things. I've brought both my vehicles here and I've walked out the door satisfied. STONGLY recommend.

I called at 4pm ask if they can put on my aftermarket mud guards and Meemo said come right over. When I got there he had 2 guys put them on my jeep compass and I was done in 5 minutes at a fair price. I'm going back tomorrow so they can put on my fender guards. I'm very impressed with the service. This is now the shop I'm going to refer ppl to for excellent service

I know this guys since back in 2007 when my black slk was hit, they did an excellent job, then after a couple of years I had a black xterra that also got hit, again brought it to them and was back like nothing happened to it. My roommate car was hit a white jetta, which they also fixed. But here is my last experience...Now I own a C class metallic paint...which had me a little worry they couldn't match..well just picked it up yesterday and it looks AWESOME..I would say this was the final test, after this I wouldn't mind taking a Bentley to this guys. Their work is excellent!!.
