I been to alot of autozones and I love autozone but this particular store is trash the customer service is very bad well off to another one with better customer service

I went to change the dead battery this evening around 7 pm The clerks on duty said they don't help changing batteries and I should help myself. One of the clerk said I can go to O Reilly Auto Parts , may be they can help me better. Same clerk was helping other customers. Such unprofessionals , never going back again.These employees don t care about the customers but do care about their comforts

I was stuck on the side of this very busy freeway, extremely Dangerous and Damian stopped and helped me with my car, she was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful works at this Autozone God bless her she deserves an extra mile thank you so much Definitely a 10/10 for Damian

I would recommend this location every time! We needed to replace our headlights so we went in looking for replacements. Michael Ramos came out after we purchased the new lights and installed them in less than 5 minutes. Great team with great attitudes!

Visited for a battery diagnostic. Turns out needed replacement. With my limited knowledge on replacing a battery, Gary went the extra mile to replace it for me. 10/10 will visit again! Brilliant customer service!!

Big thank you to the manager Dom he was truly a life safer and went above and beyond for me and dead battery. I greatly appreciate him. Women if you ever feel distraught left out or like you just don t have a man to help he not only fixed my problem but taught me a lil sum sum I m also!

They quickly get to the customer here, even during rush hour with 12 person lines. However Most of the employees don't know much about car's so don't ask for car advice. Get your part and go to your mechanic, one guy didn't wouldn't let me use the OBS because I didn't buy from them. Even when you want to buy a part they don't have it so order online in advanced. Not terrible not the best but better then average service here.

They told me they didn't have an air conditioner relay. Like the most basic thing, and certainly something you would have in stock on 106 degree days like today. These are cheap parts ranging from 4$ to 15 dollars depending on how bad you need one, and every store including places like Walmart, and many if not most gas stations has several of these in blister packets hanging there with the automotive parts including fuses. They did say sorry though. It just seems like they didn't know what an air conditioner relay was, and didn't feel like dealing with the customer line, so they moved the line ahead by telling the customer that the product wasn't available. Maybe the guy was feeling incompetent, and all that, but that wasn't how it looked, he acted confident about his computer using abilities.

This was my first time coming to an AutoZone by myself. I usually go with my husband or a friend that knows about cars. A friend told me to take the battery to get checked/charged. Well the gentleman (Kendrick) was new to the whole process (as was I) and he handled it with a breeze. If he didn't know the answer right away, he seeked advice from a co-worker. Thank you for your help.

I came to get some new windshield wipers because I thought they were needed but Michael noticed that my wipers were actually bent. I asked him if it could be fixed and he said yes with no hesitation ! I m very thankful as he saved me some money on some new wipers. I really appreciate him for going the extra mile !

Had to get a new battery. Staff installed it in 107-degree weather. Did it all with a smile. Great service and price was lower than others.

Had a great experience at this auto zone. Let them know that lately my battery was sounding like it was barely starting the last couple of weeks. The gentleman who helped me, Cruz, ran a battery test on it and explained I had a bad cell and recommended I replace the battery. Chose a battery and bought it and he installed it for me all on the same day. Cruz was great and efficient. Great experience overall

My name is April. I came in today and worked with Stone. Stone was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me with my battery. He told me has only been at this location a few weeks and I just want management to know he s a great addition to your team. I really appreciate the great customer service and will definitely be back. Oh, and he has a wonderful sense of humor as well! Way to go!

Amazing associates, helpful from start to finish. There was an African American lady who assisted me (unfortunately, I didn t get her name) she was very informative and I greatly appreciated her input. Alyssa changed my battery as if it was second nature, even after I told her O Reilly recommended me to go to the dealers. She wanted to make her own assessment and was able to perform the replacement. She was precise with her install and quick, thank you so much Alyssa!

The floor reps walking around who work here are clueless and unmotivated. I asked multiple people for help and they just said they don't have it or one said he doesn't know where it is. After walking around I found the items that they said they didn't have.The guy at the register seemed to be helpful, but the younger dudes walking around might as well work at Walmart.

I'm new to the area. I stopped by here after my car battery was giving me trouble on one of those 100+ degree days. Got free battery diagnostic, and boost. Staff was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately they didn't have the battery that I needed in stock, but they really helped me out so they get 5 stars from me. I'll will be going there for all my car needs.
