Make sure you read the other 1 star reviews regarding this business before moving forward with them.I was in a wreck on 10/26 and had my car towed here. Prior to towing I wanted to ensure the had the capacity to repair my car in a timely manner. The shop stated the did in fact have the capacity but did not.After a week, not a single repair was done and they claimed to be waiting on the insurance company despite an initial estimate having been completed and approved they tried to charge me false fees!I will be seeing them in magistrate court. Take your car elsewhere.Update: Owner tried to run me over with his car! Police have been called and charged will be filed.

Jim Patel and Lee are good at diagnosing car issues. Talk to them, explain your car issue, They are knowledgeable, clean, and helpful. I have been a regular customer ever since they were recommended to us and diagnosed the root cause and fixed an electronic issue that returned twice after Toyota Of Dallas blindly replaced a car computer that kept burning out. The issue was that some copper wire debris in the engine area caused a short circuit. Go figure.

Always top of the line, fast expert service from this absolute gem of an Auto Repair shop. They completely restored my faith in auto mechanics, providing outstanding service for a completely fair price. I ve been bringing my 2010 Merecedes here for routine service and repairs for years. My car runs beautifully, and Auto Tech has always made any repairs perfectly the first time. They deserve triple the amount of stars for warm customer service too. Highly recommend these classy guys!

I arrived without an appointment. My car was stalling on me. The receptionist was really helpful but stated they were 1-week behind. I asked if they could at least tell what my issue could be before I head back on the road. She said she would check. They agreed, thank goodness. I waited outside for about 20-30 minutes to hear the outcome. They found the issue and I was relieved and asked since they were behind if I could bring it back in a week for the repair not knowing how I would get to and from work.Long and behold Stephanie the Receptionist said we made an exception for you and can fit you in and have vehicle ready in 4-hours. I was so grateful and surprised! I said I guess I ll just hang out and wait.Next thing I knew, a humble man, which turned out to be the owner approached me and said I can give you a ride home so you don t have to sit here that long and wait. I couldn t believe my ears. I gratefully accepted the ride.On the ride home, he told me some of the best stories that helped make he and his company 30-years strong today!I was really impressed by Stephanie s ability to put herself in others shoes. She went the extra mile, communicated with her staff to make it happen/fit me in.Shout out to the mechanics, my car runs smooth, like butter..no more stalling, clunking sound or hesitation!!! It was my gas pedal sensor.The owner was Professional, warm, very knowledgeable, with fair pricing.The Establishment, inside and out is so welcoming, clean and nice!!!There s also a fast food restaurant next door.I super highly recommend this place of business for all your vehicle needs!!!#Hondas#Mercedes#andmore

I ve been taking my cars to Autotech for the past several years. Jim knows his profession so well, and is very ethical in how he takes care of his customers. He doesn t over charge like most dealers too and also suggests just the right kind of repairs to keep my cars tuned up and running.Highly recommend for any auto needs, irrespective of the brand!

I had visited AutoTech a while back to get my brakes fixed. They treated me nicely and got my car done in a single day and gave me a pretty good deal on the repair costs.Recently, my wife could not longer shift gears on her vehicle and was stranded. The tow truck driver discovered it was a small, plastic bushing in the transmission assembly that broke. He fixed it for her temporarily and I recommended she visit AutoTech.This single plastic piece caused so much havoc for us. My wife had to drive back and forth in the pouring rain with every auto parts store claiming they sold a universal part but it didn't fit her car after we bought it. The people at AutoTech were swamped but still went out of their way to try and find this part for us. When none could be found, they went as far as to fabricate a bushing to fit her car temporarily until a replacement could be found. They didn't have to, but they did.We finally found the part, albeit as part of an entire, more expensive assembly, and AutoTech found time in their already overwhelming backlog to finish the repair they started as promised, even giving us a wonderful deal when I was more than willing to pay the normal repair cost. Again, they didn't have to and could have treated us like any normal mechanic, but they did and went that extra mile.Thank you, AutoTech. I have to give this repair shop 5 starz! I would give 10 if I could, very professional and helpful.When my husband and I ran into obstacles they were very understanding and patient with us. I've been using Autotech for 10 years because I trusted the crew there and they treated me fairly, but charging me $200+ for a cabin air filter when I didn't ask for it (it was replaced a month prior, and there was no odor) has not set well with me. Very satisfied with the service that AutoTech provided me today. I have never experienced the customer service that AutoTech provided to me on a personal level. I text the office on their Facebook page, what was my concerning issue with my vehicle and was told to bring it on in. I was in and out in no time. Problem solved. They are very committed to the work they do. Very reliable. They have certainly earned my respect and anyone else that I happen to know that is having an issue with their own vehicles. When I first came in as a new customer the professionalism and service was absolutely fabulous. I thought I had found a new home for my car. A couple of years later on the service changed. I have been mis diagnosed within a few months being mis-quoted and mis guided on what proper repairs were needed. I no longer recommend if you have a major job even a tune up.. be mindful of the explanation from being one of the lead contacts he has a temper and behavior was irate ... He yelled at me being a female questioning his work and refused to own his mistakes during the conversation with the tune up I didn't need . He later offered me a small portion of my money $390 from one of the jobs .What I brought my car in for was the EPU that he couldn't diagnose that I later had to take my car to Sewell to get clear confirmation of diagnosis for my GS300. The front end struts needed replacement and they advised that I only needed tires.Services: Transmission, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Transmission replacement, Auto A/C replacement, Auto exhaust system replacement, Transmission repair, A/C installation & repair, Oil change

Needed a repair that would have cost me $2,400 at the dealership. It cost me 1/3 of that here. Reliable and proven work. Have used them for over 8 years.

I am using this shop for the past 6-7 years without any problems. The owner is very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. My latest experience is that due to my emergency I have to take my car to the shop and they repaired it within an hour at a reasonable cost and I attended my meeting in time. Great place I found out about it when my transmission went out and my Insurance towed my car here. I've then since probably took my car there maybe 4 or 5 other times. Never had a problem with it not getting fixed. It's kinda expensive but they do a good job and so far have gotten it done right the 1st time. I would recommend/have recommended this place to my co-workers or anyone who lives in the area.

The employees here are always helpful and pleasant to work with! Their professionalism is unmatched! Stephanie is always quick to get us the quote that we need, and even provided excellent recommendations on a reliable yet still decently cheap tow truck! 10/10 will come back here in the future!

I give them 10 STARS!!!! I have a 2001 pt cruiser that kept overheating. I took it to Goodyear I had been going to them for 10 years and they couldn't find the problem and said it was probably a blown head ($1500 job). We replaced the radiator, thermostat and radiator cap but it still overheated. So I decided to take it to the dealership thinking since they specialize in pt cruisers they would find the problem. So $140 and 1day later they tell me my whole fan assembly is out and wanted to charge double of what Auto Tech charges. I found Auto Tech online and called and spoke to Jim the owner and took my car up there the same day. Jim is the professor of mechanics and explained everything to me where it made total since. He said he wanted to run his own diagnostics test because sometimes the dealership gets it wrong and charge you more for things that don't need fixing. He called me bk and said it was only the fan module not the whole assembly. They will def get my business from here on out!!! I would def recommend Auto Tech hands down they get right to your car and have Very reasonable prices!!! I haven't had any problems since they fixed it :)

My good friend Rhonda J. had been telling me about this shop for years. I finally took my Ford Edge in for what I thought was a transmission issue. Thankfully it wasn't the transmission but throttle body issues. What impressed me from Stephanie at the service desk to Mr. Patel and the breakdown of what the issue was with my car and how the part had been manufactured by a new manufacturing company as the former was no longer making the part., was the wealth of knowledge this shop possess that calmed my fears upon entering the door. I was so impressed that I called my son to let him know that I'd found us a new car repair shop! Thanks for an amazing experience

I have gone to Autotech for my vehicle services for nearly a decade and now many family and friends have joined. Service is friendly, competent, and thorough. Jim and Le do a great job walking through the issues and explaining problems thoroughly. And you'll be pleasantly surprised at the automotive knowledge of the staff working the front desk! Prices are a little higher than smaller shops but you can rest at ease at the end of the day that you have received quality work!

I recommend this shop. They have been checking my car and my family's ones. Their mechanics, specially Lee, are friendly, trustworthy, honest, and knowledgeable. They don't trick customers to add or replace the unnecessary part. They have been doing great jobs for a fair price.

I was fortunate enough to find this shop about 11 years ago by just picking them out of the phone book. I have been taking my car/s there ever since as well as recommending them to anyone I can. They have always been so helpful and never look to take advantage of the situation. They are repair masters and will thoroughly explain the problem and almost always give u a couple of different options to help fit your budget. They told me once that they charge about 60% of what a dealer shop would charge & even though I had already trusted them by that point, I did call a Honda dealer just to get an estimate on something that Auto Tech had fixed for me and the dealer was indeed about 40% more than what Autotech charged me. I can not recommend them enough.

I regret not posting this earlier they are the most trust worthy shop by far in the area. The service is always A+ service with honest assessments of whats wrong i've never heard of anyone ( and i know a lot of people that are customers so many friends and family have been referred by me and by them in turn)getting recommended a repair that wasn't actually needed. Trust worthy shops are hard to find. The price isn't the cheapest around , but it is still very fair for what they do, and the value of know your car is fixed right is more than worth it.

I've been taking my cars here for maintenance for about 5 years now and love love love it here. Reasonable prices and everyone including the front desk staff is extremely knowledgable about cars. The customer service is impeccable. I just picked my car up from having paint and body work from a major accident and they did a great job. I'll never take my car anywhere else.

This is by far the best place I have ever gotten work done on my car. Super fair, very honest about repair work and very respectful. They have huge integrity and have been telling all of my friends to go there if they need work done.

I will never recommend anyone bring there car here. the only great thing about this establishment is the tow guy they recommend. I brought my Mercedes C240 in for just a diagnosis check. I advised the owner that my Cpu may have water and to check it. It took them 5 days to let me know the cpu had water and that they was going to dry it out and try and put it back in (ECU) I then wait another 3 days for them to tell me they couldn't get it started and the i need a new fuse box and ECU. I then ask does my fuse box work and the gentleman did not give me a clear answer. I then stated just put my car back the way I brought it in and ill pay the labor and diagnosis fee. I was then later notified the guy who works on my car was on spring break and i had to wait until he got back. I come back to get my car 3 days later and it won't start, battery guard in my back seat hood won't close and to make matters worse the guy says well we put it back together but you took so long to come pick it up the car drain the battery. How does a sitting car drain battery? I recorded our conversations and I have pictures. I use to work for a auto shop and the integrity of this place is horrible. The owner then tells me its all semantics. I was never irate or confrontational and to be treated as such is dis heartening. If you have a foreign car be careful of these places.
