First of all, the price was $100.00 cheaper than the local competition for a new windshield, and the installation was excellent. I was quoted a 2 hour wait and it only took 45 minutes! The staff was fantastic, all respectful people with big smiles. Comfortable waiting room with TV, and I was offered a free cold bottle of water. I recommend this company to anyone who needs Windshield repair/replacement. I received the gold standard of customer service. 5 stars.

Found this place on a Google search to replace the original windshield of my 2002 Toyota. Selected them based on the reviews and the proximity to my home. I spoke to 3 different company representatives throughout my experience and all 3 were warm, attentive and professional. Quoted me a great price and with the option to have it done at my home, if I chose, for a nominal fee. I went to their establishment as it was so close. Located in a small industrial park near the rear of the parking area. I was greeted by the same friendly voice who took me right in to get started. The installer (AL) also introduced himself which was reassuring. I was quoted an hour and a half for the service which was almost exactly the length of time I waited. The only minus is that there are really no shops around to pass the time , so bring a book. Highly recommend this company if you need glass for your car. I hope I don't need anymore glass anytime soon but I know where I'm going if I do! Thanks!

They were super fast to schedule a full windshield replacement (next day installation)! Mallory was great with answering my questions and working with my insurance. Charlie came out today and did a great job and was very polite and made sure that I was happy with the installation before he left. The installation was very fast and efficient too! I will be referring them for anyone having issues with their auto glass!

I just have to commend Autospecs Glass!! They really came through for me today after an accidental window getting shattered. After getting the run around they were able to get me in and were kind enough to stay after closing 5pm to get Frostie looking as good as new! The ladies in the front office were amazing from the moment I stepped in. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is in need of a Glass Replacement! Fingers crossed I won t be back, but will definitely be recommending from here on forward.Thanks again!!

This is my second time using the guys at Autospecs. I wouldn't go anywhere else! The prices here are absolutely better than anywhere else I called, the techs are friendly, knowledgeable, and awesome at what they do! I recommend anyone to give them a call!

This place is a hidden gem. I worked with an awesome auto tech named Charlie who was so professional, knowledgeable, and gracious. He fixed my moldings and fast too. Salt off the earth people who treat others kindly fairly and do quality work at good prices.

Customer service rep on the call and 2 technicians who came to my house to fix my windshield, all of them were very nice and friendly. They are also efficient and professional.I am a very satisfied customer.Totally recommend it.

I found AUTOSPECS through Yelp for getting my windshield replaced due to a big crack. They were very responsive, friendly, efficient, reasonably priced and took care of it the next day. Charlie came out and did the replacement, was also very friendly and efficient, and did a great job. I hope I never have a cracked windshield again, but if I do, I will definitely use AUTOSPECS.

Auto specs were Able to properly fix my issue with my broken windshield, Although there was a small hiccup while it got intalled, they were Able to accommodate me with a solution! AL their installer was a very spectacular person to meet! Hands Down I will recommend this company to anyone. And to whoever reads this note: Jesus loves you!!

Troy did amazing work, was efficient, and didn t force the job.We had a mix up with the windshield and instead of making it fit he made sure we got the right piece of glass for the job. Troy had to make a few trips because of my schedule conflicts and was a constant professional.Windshield looks great, wipers work properly again, too. Thanks for the help Troy and team!Aurora was very helpful and polite over the phone as well!

Called to get quote and scheduled the same day. Mobile service came to me and replaced in 1 hr. Couldn't be happier, would recommend highly .Very helpful and friendly customer service .

Smooth and easy process. Brandon, the service guy was really nice, and I was able to get an appointment fast. They even came to my house to replace my windshield with a small $8 fee. Prices are affordable, Safelite wanted almost $900 to replace my windshield on my VW Jetta SEL and these guys did it for $689. No problems with the glass so far!

This company changed our windshield and reprogrammed the car in no time We did not know that windshields now have sensors in them that need reprogrammed after changing them. No problems at all! Great service.
