Came in town for WAM, and needed to replace a broken light bar. Jeff got me in and fixed up! Now I can show off at Friday night lights!

Super great service Great people I was not only 100% satisfied with the work but with also the salesmanship he guided me in the right way right quality right products didn t try to overcharge me didn t try to oversell me knew exactly what I wanted and like they say three great services that they provide good work, cheap prices and fast installations I would highly recommend them, and I will definitely coming back for anything that I need that they offer An overall the best experience was, there was so many customers there, and I still felt like I was a priority

I went to have the under glow lights install on my 392 and Jeff and his crew did an amazing job. Very clean and professional. Highly recommend.

Edit: . You absolutely did challenge the dispute, and you even sent the bank screenshots of our conversation in a poor effort to spin the story in your favor. Way to further prove to me and anyone that sees this how this business really isThis was in Feb but I was waiting for the bank to process the dispute before i left my review. I had to file a credit dispute with the bank against this business because they couldn't put a simple alarm in my car and refused to get me back on the schedule to complete the job. Complete story below, but the shorthand is this business has no problem lying to you, the bank, they were rude to me and another customer in front of me, I'm sure he's going to reply to this with spin like they do to other negative reviews. This shop also bribes people for good reviews with a discount. attached is a pic of one of their business cardsThey installed the alarm but after the initial install of the security system the owner told me I needed 2 doorlock actuators (when I really only needed 1 and the charged me for replacing 2). I bring them the new parts on Tuesday and I'm there waiting for hours for something that was supposed to be quick. Finally they finish up right before closing, but it fails as soon as i tried to use the security system then I take it back to the shop. The owner even tried to stay late to help me but his employees were visibly upset that he was helping me, making comments about how they were closed and I knew Jeff had plans for the evening. I, being understanding, said it could get done a different day because they all seemed to have plans. Big mistake on my end. So at this point even with the new parts, the shop couldn't complete the job the second try on Tuesday, and told me to come back on Thursday.I took the day off on Thursday in order to get it done. when i get there I'm told by the front desk worker that's had an attitude since day 1 that they have "real" customers to take care of, as if to imply I'm not one, and the owner isn't there to help me. So I beg for a Saturday appointment, but end up having to cancel, because the roads were iced that day. I had to speak to the same bad attitude employee when cancelling who then began giving me a hard time because I'm cancelling, refuses to help me schedule 2 weeks out, and when I ask him whats his issues he basically tells me I'm annoying and hangs up the phone when I remind him he works in customer serviceAt this point I'm fed up w/ them. Ive already paid for everything, but its not working right. I let them know that I'm filing a credit dispute because they couldn't do what they were paid to do, I gave them ample time to fix the situation, and they have the nerve to be rude to me even though i keep getting screwedA week after filing dispute, the owner called my phone from his personal phone to yell at me for doing so. Saying that im efffing with his money. Over $211. After I hung up on him he text me saying that he recorded our "conversation" even though it was him yelling at me the whole time. He then proceeded to argue with me over text. He ended up challenging the dispute and lying to the bank. He said that it was the aftermarket actuators that were the issue even though the night I cut him some slack he admitted that the make of my car can be tricky sometimes and that he needed more time! So I had to pay another shop to fix their mistake, which the new shop described as a mistake someone very new would make, and pay even more money.I found out later from reading the manual that this security system is obsolete, and the owner made it seem like features that came with this system was something he was hooking up for free (the killswitch). it was packaged in 2013 which means it was manufactured that year or earlier. at the bottom left of the front page of the manual you can see the copyright year which was the year this junky alarm was packaged and shipped to retailers All this headache for a outdated alarm system that was made AT LEAST 8 years ago.

His son did a poor wiring job on my subwoofers I started having problem to my subwoofers Cutting in and out so I look at the how it was wired Can you self tapping screws to connect my ground cable and It was holes with rubber grommets right there And the same with the hot wire He pulled the Grommet to the side and slid the wire threw so it can arc out And he screwed my Amp to my back seat and screws went into my arm rest. Just a horrible job, really unhappy.

I called several car stereo shops in the Dallas area to see if they could install a new Bluetooth stereo system in my 1995 Jaguar XJS Convertible. Everyone I called except for Audio Zone said they had to look at it to see if they could do it and give me an estimate. By luck I spoke to Jeff at Audio Zone and he said he could do it site unseen, "there isn't a car we can't install a stereo system in." I brought it by and for a very reasonable price he installed a system that works extremely well. I'm very satisfied with the final product and also with the professionalism his employees exhibit. I plan to have the tint redone on my car and will bring it back to Audio Zone to have it done. I would highly recommend them if you need anything from a new stereo system, tint, tires or a wrap on your vehicle. Everyone there is awesome!

Family run business and Jeff certainly goes the extra mile to connect with his customers in a humors and friendly fashion, making you feel like part of the family.I had the compustar security system installed on my vehicle. His team had it installed very quickly. Jeff was very thorough and helped me understand the system. I ll certainly be back for more business. Boricuas have to stick together

Never got around to writing a review for these guys. but, I've been doing business with Jeff for almost 4 years. He hooked my 1999 honda civic up with great tints and also installed 400 watts of bass which got my car sounding great. Fast forward almost 2 years later. I then had a 2018 toyota camry. He helped me pass the bass speaker from the honda onto the Camry. but not only that, I asked him if he could connect fog lights on my car. I showed him a video of how the fog lights were supposed to work since they were DRL lights. When he finished and brought my car out, It was exactly as I wanted. And not only that, He made me feel soo happy when he came out soo exited about how great it looked. He has never let me down

Just, 25 now been a customer with these guys for 8 years. Had 3 different cars they have worked on. Jeep Cherokee 96', Chevi Malibu Sedan 08', and now my Dodge 17'. Just about anything you need can get done from personal customization to maintenance problems. Fantastic pricing fantastic staff. Very informational, and knowledgeable about just about any questions you have will be answered.

From when they first opened in Irving, I knew then that this is the place is the one to get the customers right. Trust worthy, dependable, cost is very reasonable and most of all treating those customers right. I love the joy! The way they have made my family feel plus myself is amazing. Thank again guys!! Im sure my brother would have let yall finish on his truck, sadly he passed away & I will finish it up for him.

I came to audio zone to get my system upgraded. I knew Jeff and his staff would make my system right. Great quality work and it sounds amazing. He tuned the setup to perfection. If you want your car audio done the right way with top notch quality and customer service this is hands down the spot.

I've used Audio Zone for at least 10 years now for all of my car audio needs and they've always provided great work and service. It's a family-owned and run business and the owner is exceptional. Even his employees are always so nice when I deal with them. Audio Zone is very hard to beat. I highly recommend them.

Glad I waited to leave a review. Audiozone Chrome wrapped the door handles of my 2021 Camry on 9/3/21 - I was satisfied with with their service, so I came in today to get my rear Toyota and SE emblems done. I brought my vehicle in at 10am...They kept it all day. Around 5:30pm, I finally saw my car. The guy driving it told me they had issues. My Toyota emblem had NO Chrome, and my SE emblem was wrapped so poorly I told him to remove it. He literally PEELED it off in front of me. When I asked to speak with the owner or manager, I was told they were not there...HE was advised to let me know there was no charge for my service today. How can I be charged, when your establishment did NOTHING! I understand things happen, but I should have been notified...Again, I brought my vehicle in at 10am. What angers me most is the lack of concern/personal attention given by management. This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. One of them should have addressed me personally, to explain and attempt to rectify the situation. If they had, I doubt I would be leaving this review. I highly encourage you to think twice before bringing your vehicles here. The only reason I left 2 stars is because their first service, while not perfect, was satisfactory.

The associate was very helpful. I can in for something and he gelped me to understand that I did not need as much tint as I thought. He was fair and honest about what I really needed. Because of his honesty I got my windows tinted and for a cheaper price. Those guys are great. Please go to their shop and give them your business.

I would most definitely recommend this place for service. They are down to earth good people. The service I received on my 2012 Dodge Charger was superb. I got front and rear door stills, Halo headlights and fog lights installed in one day at an amazing price.

Went here to get my windows tinted on my Maxima a few days ago. They got me in and out within the time frame they gave me and did a nice job on the tint job. They know there stuff and the owner is very knowledgeable on the legalities of cars within the state of Texas.One thing I would suggest: make an appointment with them for your service needs as they tend to get booked up pretty fast for the day.

After having gotten the remote start installed on my car, I can easily say it has made my life much easier. They did a fantastic job installing it, it looks professionally done, and the whole process was extremely easy. I could not be more pleased. Thanks to Jeff and all his crew especially the money man handling the cashier with his Bob Marley Dreadlocks :) . All the staff are extremely wonderful and by having a leader like JEFF is a plus on all the professionalism. Jeff is someone who cares about his staff and customers. Always open to give advise recommendations supports and a wonderful job on all your needs. I been knowing this guy for almost 10 years and he still always be the same person. NEVER CHANGE. Time has come to write my 1st review and i did it today.Thank you very much for everything and May God bless you all... always.A HAPPY CUSTOMER

I went in to get my car windows tinted and the guy that helped me (sorry I didn't get his name) was very nice and gave me the best recommendation for my vehicle. I was worried it wasn't going to be dark enough for my liking, but when I saw it i loved it! I was kinda relived it took a little over 2 hours to get done, that just meant it was done right. I will definitely go back! The service was great along with the results of the product I purchased! Thank you!

Went to this place just to buy the speakers box wiring and amp myself. Talked to my man Jeff and gave me a awesome deal on everything installed. My daughter and I didnt really want to wait for the install so Jeff the owner personally took us to the mall so we could shop and not be bored..lol...I have never had service like this EVER. Jeff and the staff are the nicest people you'll ever meet. The install was very clean and sounds amazing. Very happy and will be returning soon for more audio gear. I will recommend and recommend this place for everyone wanting great service and family like atmosphere.

They boast 5-star service but the way they tend to their customer doesn t back that up!2 things that I was disappointed with1: Lack of attentiveness to a customer s precence - had to wait there staring for over 10 mins and no one on the other side of counter would assist me.2: Change in quote : I got a reasonable quote the other day for fixing my front lip but when I went to drop my car the quote was now different

Went in to get my mustang tinted. First off would like to say, the guy up front was super chill and cracked a few jokes. Also.. the owner... Mr. AUDIOCAT is very professional. Super engaging. He really cared about the customers that were in the store. Also, the service was 10/10. I don't understand these other people not leaving 5 stars. Gonna have to bring my stang back to get a killer audio system installed.By the way.... the prices are better than any other place I called! Better than Car Toys, Tint World, and better than the Dealer.The waiting area was kind of eh. But hey... can't have your cake AND eat it.

I found this place after having been ripped off by another rim place in mesquite. Jeff and his guys fixed the shaking and got me lined out and after seeing the way they did such honest work I went ahead and had a receiver and screens put in my headrests in 2011 cts. This is a very hard install and these guys did an awesome job. I'm so relieved to have found someone I can trust to work on my baby. From rims to systems, These guys operate with integrity and the level of character of these guys place them in a caliber above where most guys in this industry reside. I'm looking forward to doing more business with them in the future and referring my friends and coworkers to them also. Thank you audio zone for doing honest work standing behind your work and just being overall good people. Thanks guys.
