It took four hours to drop a load and pick up my next load there. Sign says turn on a light switch to let someone know that you are in the shipping office. It only took them about thirty minutes to return to the office. My next load was supposed to be ready a day before at 15:00. I was told load was not ready. I knew then that it would be a while. I get in my truck and go to sleep. Four hours later I get a knock on my door and I'm being told that my load is ready and that someone had misplaced my paperwork. Not mad at all. There's been times when I'm in and out. I don't like when sometimes I'm told to go around the property and get halfway unloaded and go back to where I was before and drop in door twelve. - WHERE'S YOUR YARD DOG ??? MY CLOCK IS RUNNING! THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A DROP!

Appt time was 7am to 3pm. Got here at 1pm and had to go inside to ask for at door at 3. 2.5 hours later I go back inside and check on it and the dude supposed to be loaded my trailer is sitting in the office talkin bout I got a way to go. If your company is fortunate to have a drop and hook it is one thing but don t get loaded here. Shiiiiii

Come with very clean Reefer with fuel tank full. Open doors and back into door 6 for Inspection, if door is available turn reefer ON to 65f. Go inside and they will tell if trailer is OK to load.I had to go to the flying J 15 minutes away to get a washout.

Come prepared with clean trailer, reefer tank full. Been coming here for years, I've never had a problem here. Friendly people, loading took 3 hours or so.

No respect for driver and their time been here almos 3 hrs to unload already park at the dock every person you ask the answer is I don t know nothing about it. When you call shipping only voice mail. The check in at the office were fast and professional but that s about it.

This place blows,,had a 11:30 appointment,,to pickup load, wasn't loaded,,backed in door at 12:30,,waited 4 hrs for them to load !!!

Not what it used to be. Been coming here for years and it was always an easy drop and hook. Bring a loaded trailer, hook up to another loaded trailer and go. It s changed. Now it s appointment time only and they re very slow. Wanting to do live unloads, live reloads, 12+ hours behind schedule, and they ll try to make you play yard mule for them by double drop and hooking and moving trailers around for them even though they have their own yard mule on sight. Another thing is overweight loads. Had one that was 2,000lbs over gross and had to bring it back. Everything has changed and not for the better. What was once a nice place has turned into a nightmare and headache. We run a lot of Sealed Air loads at our company and this location has gone down hill a lot. Management needs an overhaul.

They took 2 hour for loading . But make sure your refer should b washed and fuel level full. If your refer is not clean , they will ask you to go for refer wash. They will inspect first and then load you.

Got there at 6:15, appointment at 8 and it took less than an hour to unload. Limited overnight parking

I came 5h earlier in, they took me directly in. My trl was clean. It took 3h till I got my ppw but because I was too early no complaints from my side. Staff were friendly. Easy backing up. Restroom at the guard shack. All in all, nice!

I see a lot of sour grapes truckers who don't understand the constant issues that businesses like Sealed Air have had to endure with the plandemic and all the people who are paid not to work. Yes you sit but if your government would stop paying people not to work it would be better. As far as having a clean trailer, you are transporting plastic that goes on food and if you can't fathom that then go drive a trash truck for some municipality. Is this the dream place, by no means, but we are a company doing what we can with the limited resources we can get. Thank you for hauling the product and instead of bashing the company come talk to someone and do it without the snarky attitude. Have a great day.

I recently went there for a pickup. After talking to the receiving guy, I was told to backup at dock #6 where they just checked whether trailer is clean or not. Afterwards, I was told to park across the fences and wait for their call to come at the dock. It took them more than 6 hours to call me on a dock and then 1.5 hours for loading. If you can, don t come here.

This is one of my drop and hook spots. There is a subway right down the street if you are hungry. They use to have overnight parking but not anymore. No bathrooms either

15 minutes for checkin. 2 hours for unloading. They check door seal before unloading so make sure ask them before cutoff time seal.

Truck entrance is on Johnson street just past Magnolia to the south.Checked in, filled out a short form, given a door, and an estimate of when the product would be loaded.Do not come in here with a dirty trailer, you will be sent down the road for a washout.Nice and polite people here, but as usual that could possibly change if you come in with a bad attitude.There is some parking available if you need to arrive early and take your break. A bit limited so calling security to check first might be an option if your hours are tight.

Not a bad customer. They're honest about their status--on-time/behind and seem to be nice people. I love the amount of room in front of the dock, easy to maneuver. Drop trailer shippers are the best kind!

Great place here plenty of room to back up and loaded me fast that day. My experience there was awesome thanks to the staff everyone there are pros at what they are doing. Jus have all your info and they will do there job

Clean place with lots of room on the lot. Super slow loading. Come with a clean trailer as they will inspect before loading.

They have loaded our truck illegally. Too heavy load and refused to unload and kept us waiting for 8 hours.

4th time here. No concern for your time. Don't be late but they'll let you sit for 12+hrs waiting on them
