The best!Communication was excellent and service outstanding!Great job guys thank you so much!We live 5 hours away worth the trip!Our 11 year old, 95,000 mile Raptor soaks up the bumps in the roads and feels brand new again

Took a drive from Fort Worth and I'm glad I did. The experience from the first call to the drive out was excellent. They are very knowledgeable and have great customer service. TSW has many options for your Raptor. They can perform the manufacturer services with upgrades. Plenty of performance enhancements available as well. Bring your truck here, you'll be glad you did..!!

Stand up ownership. You can count on these people to do the right thing. The rebuilt shocks I received feel great. Haven t done anything extreme yet, but have done enough to feel the difference. Lead time was a little longer than expected (reason for this review being 4 star instead of 5) so if you have a date you definitely need them done by, I recommend putting that in your order notes and communicating that to them as best as possible.

Extremely pleased with their quick service, I Went in for a Remove, Rebuild, Reinstall and They also went ahead and installed some Eibach Springs, and Replace my Axle Seals. All took less than 4 Hours!! Definately would recommend to anyone.

Great service, knowledgeable staff with first hand experience. I did the drop off rebuild and everything worked out as planned. Scheduling online was easy, Received a phone call from TSW the next day to confirm. Dropped off in the morning and rebuilt shocks with new top hats were ready to go right after lunch. Great, guys. You can tell they are very knowledgeable about raptors and shock rebuilds. I am local, and they we're able to rebuild and install my raptor fox shocks the same day. Will be coming back for the 100k maintenance!

While I had to wait forever for RPG to send out an RST18 kit, TSW was very transparent about lead times and kept me updated. When it was finally being shipped out I got a call telling me such. While on the phone with someone (forgot your name sorry bud) I was told how to install the rack what to cut, what to weld and angles for mounts. I appreciate the support and knowledge.

This shop treats you like family and really cares. These guys don t just work a 9-5 job for a living, they love what they do. I had a question about putting the struts back on, gen one raptors have these spacers that go on top of the strut and I didn t know how to put them back on. Alex the owner talked to me and made sure I knew how to put them back on. He wasn t upset and was glad to help. The struts are better than they came from ford and they offer upgrades to make them better. This is one of the few shops I trust and have no worries if it s there.

I just want to thank the crew at tswoffroad for righting a wrong done to me at a well known local shop to me. It truly only takes one person to break your trust and it s a shame I can no longer trust this shop with handling my truck anymore. I have worked hard my whole life and I refuse to support anyone who talks to me in such an unprofessional manner just because you don t understand something new and foreign to you. I wish the best to the awesome guys who work at this shop because their the ones who always did such great job working on all my trucks over the years.With that being said there always seems to be a silver lining. That silver lining is tswoffroad. You couldn t ask for a greater group of understanding, kind, and hard working guys. I unfortunately don t remember names well, but John was simply amazing answering all my questions and the rest of the crew was equally helpful. Watching them work on my truck and another customers was an awesome experience. These guys are a great team and it not only shows in the quality of work they provide, but the kindness they show to their customers as well. I can t thank you guys enough for giving me faith in another shop and I ll gladly drive the 3 hours and 200$ gas bill every time to support your guys shop and livelihoods! If you want a reliable Raptor business...look no further. They were professional, quick and very knowledgeable. They took care of me and my truck. Suspension is better than before after rebuilding all 4 shocks. You will not be disappointed. They took care of my shocks better than Fox did the 1st time.

I went to see about getting some shocks rebuilt and the guys up here were honest enough to tell me I should just recharge them and ride them until they actually have a reason to rebuild them. Saved me a few hundred bucks and they recharched my shocks with nitrogen for free. Good guys. I'll definitely be back.

2017 Gen 2 RaptorGreat experience. I live in Texas so I scheduled online to have the shocks pulled, serviced and put back on. Site says Three hours. They were done well within that time. Very friendly and easy going. The showroom and parking lot are filled with shocks and Raptors that most def have been off the ground. These folks own and drive raptors and know them inside and out. They're also super friendly and all around total stand-up people. I've been here multiple times for various different raptor-related repairs including shocks, oil changes, spark plugs, and other suspension components. They've always done a fantastic job and they're quick. Today I went in for a grinding noise in a front wheel - they had my car diagnosed and repaired in two hours. Their prices are very fair and up-front. I'll take my truck here instead of the dealership every single time - the service is simply so much better, especially for a specialized vehicle like these. Drove in from Lubbock to let the experts do a 4 shock rebuild on my raptor with 78k miles. Made a huge difference and now back to riding like new. In and out in 3 hours with a super knowledgeable staff. The shop is in a great location with a short walk (sidewalks) from downtown Hutto (shops, restaurants, walking paths). Great customer service and overall experience. Highly recommend!

If you are looking to get your Ford Raptor riding new again these guys have great Service and our truck is riding so much better with the new shock rebuild. Alex took the time to explain how they work and took very good care of our Raptor.

This is the second time I ve used TSW, first time was awesome, ordered the rebuilt shock exchange and replaced the shocks myself and the final product was great! The rebuilt shocks lasted way longer than what Ford says the stock ones do, so I definitely got my money s worth! This time I did the remove, rebuild, & reinstall service at their location in Hutto, TX, service was fast, Alex was friendly and great to work with and the final result is just as excellent as the first time! Definitely recommend getting your shocks and any aftermarket parts from TSW!!! They definitely have a customer for life here!!Service: Steering & suspension repair

If you have a truck especially a Ford Raptor and need any work done on it DO NOT go anywhere else. Alex and his team are the experts when it comes to all things Raptor. They ve taken care of my truck since the day I got it. I recently damaged a rear shock and thought I would have to completely buy a new pair since my warranty was up but Alex did the impossible and was able to get the part and repaired it in a matter of no time. If you re ready to upgrade your truck or want your shocks rebuilt give Alex and his knowledgeable team a call!

Did the 4 shock exchange program. Shocks replacing mine came in pretty much the exact same condition. Threw all of them on and truck rides great. Had alittle bit of an issue with the company at first but appreciate that they called immediately to solve my issues. I will be a returning customer in the future.

Very seldom am I impressed by auto repair establishments, but these guys really know their stuff!They did a good job of communicating the status of the repair. The tech took the time to go over his observations.They caught a few things I didn t mention and a few more I was unaware of. I feel ready to hit the dirt this weekend! My truck is happy and I m happy.

Outstanding product and even better customer service! I recently purchased a full set of shocks for my Gen2 truck on their exchange program and my shocks arrived as expected with no issues. Shortly after my first trip with the new shocks I noticed a small leak and inquired about the warranty with them via email. I also hadn t received my core deposit refund and it had been a few weeks. Between them moving warehouses, SEMA, and a round of sick employees my email fell between the cracks and went unanswered. Here is where the amazing customer service kicks in! Not only was the representative helping me (Crystalee) super nice and apologetic, the owner of the company took the time to call me and sort the whole thing out. I didn t spend big bucks with these folks and literally purchased their most bare bones package yet the owner took the time to call and make it right. It s incredibly refreshing to encounter a company who prides themselves on old-fashioned customer service. I will tell every Raptor guy I know about these folks.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Amazing service from the owners and staff at TSW. First, we used the exchange program with a few upgrades for the shocks on our 2012 Raptor. Alex provided a few pointers on the installation and was extremely helpful. Then we sent in the shocks from our 2014 Raptor for TSW to rebuild. The guys turned them around in a matter of days limiting our downtime. We live in OK and shipped the shocks out a Monday and got them back (delivered to our door) the following Monday. TSW rebuilt my shocks for my 2012 Raptor while I waited. They did an amazing job and did it in just a few hours. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them for all work on your vehicles. I will certainly be going back !

First off I am a major do it yourself guy I don't let anybody touch anything on my truck ever! But I've heard nothing but good reviews about this place and Unfortunately I didn't have the time to rebuild these myself. So I did the raptor stock exchange program with them. It was super easy and straightforward with virtually no downtime on my end. Which is the best part in my opinion. Just did the rears this month but the fronts are coming soon and I will without a doubt be doing business with Texas shock works again. Excellent customer service and product.

After buying a used 17 Raptor, the suspension needed some work. TSW rebuilt 4 shocks for my truck, and since I'm local, I headed to their shop to have them replaced. The guys did great work, and the shocks ride amazingly well. Bonus, the guys also adjusted the truck hood, because the alignment wasn't perfect.The shop yard was full of heavily modded Raptors, so I knew immediately that I was in the right place. I highly recommend this shop for work on your truck.
