Came in to get some wheels swapped out.John & Terry were awesome and got me out of there in a timely fashion without having an appointment. Came back a few days later to have them re-torque the lugs which they recommended on the receipt. Only small thing is the guys didn t wipe off all the wheel grease off the tires after mounting new ones. Not a big deal. 5/5

Absolutely horrible. Had similar issues 2 years ago and was hoping it improved.1) told them 3 times to replace tire sensor. Was told twice we automatically check t th em . Still wasn t replaced.2) Rec d call truck was ready at 11:47. Got there and was told it wasn t ready because the alignment hadn t been done. After the alignment they said it didn t need one. So truck was finally ready at 1:20, an hour and a half after I was told it was done. After complaining to the manager he said they had already done the alignment (which is why the 2nd alignment guy said we didn t need it. ?!? He said they had printer problems. Which I read another review where the same was said.3) all 4 tires had putty all over them. Brand new set of 4 tires and they can t clean them???4) called twice and asked to have the manager call me back. Never did. I had to call him.

In 2021, my wife got two punctures from nails strewn across the road near our home. Took the car to Tires To You in Hutto and they patched completely free of charge. I was impressed with this service and the helpfulness of the staff.Since then, I have taken my truck and my wife s car there for new tires and alignment, spending well over $1000 in the process. We travel past many tire shops to get our vehicles taken care of here all from that great first impression (and quality work since).They offer military discounts as well.Thank you for the quality work, excellent customer service, speed, and communication. There s five stars and there s cream of the crop. This is the latter.

Julian was amazing!! He was really helpful and informative when discussing pricing and tire options. He made the whole process very easy, especially with the financing options. I bought a new set of tires and left feeling great with my choice. He was recommended to me, and I came all the way from San Antonio to purchase my tires through him.

Met will happy faces. Was taken care of. Looked up tires specific to my need. Ordered them and had a 3 p.m. appointment to return same day.Had an alignment added..but catch this! Tire alignment man had to leave early..the manager himself was out in the garage fulfilling customers needs!!!!!And to top it all off...the staff all worked very well with each other. It was. Nice to see a great job and efforts by all there

Absolutely fantastic! As a woman, I've experienced some mechanical shops trying to take advantage of me, but this place was different. They didn't attempt to oversell me and even quoted me a price over the phone for a specific brand. When I brought my vehicle in, we discovered we needed two tires instead of just one. Although they didn't have two of the original brand in stock, they provided me with a better quality tire and price-matched it. I'm incredibly grateful for their honesty and excellent customer service.

I have a pretty modified truck. They aligned it with no issues. Also was upfront and honest about issues with my balancing. Great customer service the manager that I was in text with his name was Hiram was awesome with communication. It s hard to find trusted and good business in the car business. I used to have an auto shop so I know how quality work goes. This will be my go to tire shop for any service i will need. Get in there early because it s always busy. I was watching their process and they are a well oiled machine. I m glad I found this shop and I will be recommending this place and bring all my business. Thanks guys.

I needed to get some tires mounted so I chose Tires to us. I wasn t expecting anything out of the ordinary; you know the basic how may I help you? Well I was pleasantly surprised. They verified the tires I brought in were actually the correct size for my truck. Additionally checking the tires I was keeping so that they were all matching in size. I ve had other tires mounted before at other businesses but never had they double checked anything. They just took my word for it. I m so happy they did that even though I was certain they were exactly what I needed. I was in and out of Tires to us within an hr or less. I ll definitely be back for future purchases. Several workers were working the counter and they were all so friendly and helpful to me and the other customers. Once again I just want to say Thank you!

These guys were very comfortable to work with very busy but still took time to address concerns for every customer not just me, and it takes time. They were helpful and got me back on the road with no hassle. Now driving safe again, everyone should be thanking them for that!

I came in with confidence that the sales rep will serve me well. He made great suggestions that made me confident in my decision making.After Tires were installed, I immediately noticed a grinding noise whenever I do a full turn with my vehicle. I also noticed while driving, the vehicle was shaking a lot. I contacted tires to you to inform them and told me to bring it in and they ll handle it right away. I came in on Saturday only to be informed that it ll be a 2 hour wait of which I was not willing sit and wait so they had me scheduled to come in at 1630. On that Monday I showed up just short of 1630 only to wait another another hour before they can even bring the car in the garage.I then spoke with a manager who informed me that the tire I was given will have the same issue of balancing the tires due to its size so he convinced me to go with a higher end tires Toyo. It cost me an additional 800-900 more of which I m not happy with but the vehicle is riding normal.The other issue is that I was not informed by the sales rep that they were going to do a wheel alignment that I was charged for but the manage removed the charge.My overall experience is at a 3 max. Could ve been a 1 but since the manager was able to address the issue and was honest with me. I give it a 3.

My recent visit to Tires to You for a tire leak repair was marred by extended delays and incomplete service. Upon arrival, an employee courteously informed me that the repair would be free and should take between 30 minutes to an hour. I had also requested a tire rotation and a quote for new tires.After a full hour of waiting with no updates, I discovered that my car had not yet been looked at. Another customer who had arrived at the same time was also still waiting, experiencing the same delays. This brought back memories of a previous incident when my wife had similar issues with this establishment, leading to major disruptions in her schedule.What was originally estimated to be a maximum of one hour turned into a two-hour wait. Even more frustrating was the realization that my request for tire rotation was overlooked. While they did provide a quote for new tires, it was only after I prompted them to do so when I was ready to leave, leading to an additional delay.Although the tire repair was free, the mismanagement of time, overlooking of services, and the need to prompt for the quote was frustrating. I had planned the visit to fit within my lunch break, not expecting that the process would double the time initially stated.I hope Tires to You will take this feedback into account and improve their time management and service delivery. The staff was polite, but the time delays, incomplete services, and lack of communication significantly detracted from the overall customer experience. Time is a valuable resource, and when customers come in for service, they should receive clear and accurate expectations, particularly when their requests involve more time and effort.

Quick and easy. One of the best things about them is that they offer free patch ups, which was honestly a nice surprise for me since I had a nail in my tire. I wasn't planning on buying new tires until I got the service done. There turn around was amazing. They got new tires put on in less than 3 hours

They were amazing! I purchased wheels and tires from them. I had a huge gap between purchase and installation due to having my wheels custom power coated. When I received my wheels back and I sent everything in to them for installation, they did a great job of taking care of my wheels. My Jeep looks great!They had great prices and great customer service!

They were good about getting me in line to avoid the wait. It didn't take long for them to put the 4 new tires on and do my alignment but, what I didn't like is that I wasn't even asked what kind of tires I wanted. I wasn't given any options on tires. They picked out my tires and put them on. I don't even know how many miles I am supposed to get on them. My receipt doesn't say anything either. I would like to know that and what brand I bought. I don't just always go with the cheapest price. Mine and my family's life are at risk. Cheapest ain't always better. Now I am stuck with tires that I know nothing about.

The best tire shop hands down. I used to always do the discount but the prices are no where as good as Tires To You and they don t up sell you. Line is quick and they are looking out for your best.

Not a big wait time for a tire shop. Only complaint is an age issue with a new trailer tire. Store responded quickly with a solution. I would go back when needing tires.

I ve been going to Tires To You in Hutto for two years now, great quality of tires services, they are exceptional. Everyone at the front desk is courteous and listens to your needs and does not try to oversell you. Would recommend this location , one of the best tire stores around.

Very welcoming and friendly. They were estimating between one and half to two hours for my wheels alignment but I was out of there in 45 minutes. I will definitely be back for new tires for my truck.

Julian was such a great help and made the buying process very easy. My tires needed to be order and came in the very next day. They were also put on the same day they came in and only took an hour. Overall very great experience!

Over the weekend, I realized that I had a screw in one of my tires....it wasn't leaking but I didn't want to take a chance. I stopped at two other car repair places (because they were open early) and both of them recommended 'Tires To You' for the repair. As you might expect, there was a bit of a line when they opened, but the staff was attentive and made it clear they would get to me soon. Carlos was the one who took care of me, and most importantly, set my expectations about how long the repair would take. He said it'd be between an hour and an hour and a half, and they delivered the car back at just a little over an hour. Then Carlos surprised me by handing me the keys and letting me know that patching tires is a service that 'Tires To You' offers to the community! Transparently, I hope that I don't have a need for another tire repair, but if I do, I'll be returning to this location. Further, I will seriously consider purchasing my next set of tires at 'Tires To You.

HEROES STILL EXIST!!I never do reviews but I HAD TO TELL PEOPLE ABOUT THIS PLACE.. They are Wonderful and took care of my VERY BAD AND DANGEROUS TIRE SITUATION.. Promptly, Friendly And Informed Me Every Step Of The Way..Thank You For Rescuing Me When Toyota North Austin Service Dept. sent me away with a very dangerous tire! I own a Toyota and expected better but not the case!Thank You For Your Service and most of all Your Concern and Kindness.Bonnie Rodriguez

The guys there are amazing! Took Chuck (my 99 Dakota)for an alignment and they did exactly as I asked! Didn't overcharge me or try to charge for parts I didn't want! Super nice and knowledgeable! Would definitely recommend!Edited on 02/20/2024- Still amazing ! Best crew ever! Took Fred(02 F-150) in for an alignment due to potholes! And they gave him the best care ever! And again most reasonable prices in town! Kudos to these guys, from the front desk to the techs in the shop!!!!

Came in about 45 minutes to closing. These guys replaced my tire and had me on my way. Fast and easy. Great serving carsol that handled everything in a speedy and professional and he was pleasant throughout the whole process. Thank you , I will recommend this company to all my friends.

I needed to replace the tires on my camper and was struggling to find a place that would do the work onsite. I was able to setup a Saturday appointment and dropped off the camper and they had me ready to go in just under 2 hours. I ll definitely be back

Having to start your day with flat tire is never fun, but the folks at Tires to You Hutto always makes you feel welcome and do a great job of turning the day around for the good! I highly recommend Tires to You!
