The service and Interactions with the staff were great! Nate was great! They even gave me a pretty good discount for being a first time customer. I got an oil change, and coolant flush, the only thing that would have made the visit better would be if they reset the service count on my Car's computer as it still shows I need an oil change and am behind on my service. That would have been 5 star service

I ve been to Take 5 once before yesterday and had an equally good experience. Yesterday however, was exceptionally good! I was the last of 3 customers who arrived simultaneously and was directed behind one of the other 2 cars. Immediately, a young man offered me and my son a water. After some time had passed, the car in bay next to mine cleared but another customer was directed to pull-in behind them. Essentially I thought someone who d arrived after me was going to be next. Just then, 2 other employees directed me over to the just opened bay and kindly explained to other driver that we were next in line.I wasn t expecting to be redirected, but when it happened, I was incredibly surprised and greatly appreciative. I felt the staff respected my time and I truly felt seen. All the employees were exceptionally helpful and courteous. Finally, to top it all off, they explained to me that they get to choose 1 lucky person every day who gets a free service and I was that person! Totally unexpected and a wonderful surprise. I love the way Take 5 empowers their own make decisions that impact others.I am truly humbled and grateful for the kind gesture and great service that I received from ALL the staff members at Take 5 in Hutto. You already had a satisfied customer, but with my recent experience, you ll have a customer for life.Thank you again!

I would have previously given 4 stars since my first visit ended up requiring that I come back a second time, but I was treated so well on the second visit I have to give 5. I got an oil change and pretty quickly after I noticed my car was leaking oil but didn t take it back right away thinking it was just a small residual amount. Once I realized it wasn t stopping I took it back and they immediately helped me, free of charge as they realized the oil cap gasket they had installed was incorrect. They didn t make me wait, were friendly and it was a great follow up experience. Seems like management is doing something right.

The Take5 crew is very professional, courteous and not overly pushy. They have a great service model where you can stay in your car while they change your oil. They even offered me an ice cold bottle of water. I especially like how they work as a team with a QA check at the end of each step. I have been using them for over a year, my car has 124k miles on it and running great. I ll be going back.

I recently got my car fixed due to a small oil leak. Thinking I needed an oil change due to the leak, I took it here. I ve been here before Very very fast & convenient. These guys were very honest with me & said I was good on oil & not trying to up sell me with anything. Highly recommend

I have a 2020 KIA SPORTAGE and used take 5 oil change for the first time. The service personnel were courteous professionals and explained what they do and gave me verbal results of everything that they checked and showed me the visual checks of the fluids. Everything was great for a first friendly service. My new place to go for oil change service. Nearly forgot the also showed me my air filter and said it was good for this visit. I liked the whole service I received.

First time, and I had a quick and efficient service. They were thorough in explaining to me the process and what they were doing next.Although they said they had filled my tires, which was desperately needed; I still had a pleasant experience! Will go there for my next oil change!

Incredible! Felt like I was at a Michelin star restaurant. Every step was called out as it happened, and when there was a delay (not their fault) they immediately notified me. Manager checked to ensure the quality of service was to my liking before I left. Will absolutely come again!

Disappointing experience as I ve used Take 5 in the past. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and the initial service was quick as usual and I went on my way. 5 minutes down the road on the highway I heard a loud scraping noise and when I pulled over I realized my skid plate had come loose on a corner and was scraping the ground. I brought it back to Take 5 who replaced one bolt, and when I left I checked the plate myself and there were multiple fasteners missing and the plate overall was extremely loose. I brought it back again and explained there were multiple fasteners missing and would appreciate them being replaced. They swore up and down they had replaced every bolt I came in with which I know for a fact isn t possible because I change my oil myself when I don t go to Take 5, and all of those connectors were there the last time I changed my oil. They didn t budge so I left and took my vehicle to Honda to have the parts replaced. On the way there, the skid plate came loose again further reinforcing that it is impossible that their techs fully replaced all of the missing pieces. If my vehicle can t make it 10 minutes down the road without the plate falling, how do they expect me to believe it s been fine missing those connectors since my last oil change?I called Take 5 and asked to speak to a manager to lodge a complaint and got argued with again that there was simply no way their technician made a mistake despite the fact my vehicle can t make it 10 minutes down the road without falling apart after I got it back from them. They finally gave my info to their manager and said he would get in touch with me, but based on the service I received today I doubt I ll be hearing from anyone.Go anywhere else for an oil change unless you want your car falling apart.

The staff was incredibly professional. Fast, worked together and fully attentive to the vehicle. The serviceman who helped me out, Damian, amazed me at how great people can still be. Above and beyond work ethic, spoke with respect for himself and his responsible; Also, cared about my concerns. It's hard to find young people who do still care but it was very obvious that this guy is gonna be successful anywhere he goes. Please award this young dude!

Pretty horrible. Kid took off the radiator cap spraying boiling hot water everywhere. So they had to flush my system to re fill it. Then as soon as I left my check engine light came on. Need to train these kids better

The mechanics were promt, friendly and professional. I needed my oil change and within 15 minutes I was in and out. Completely satisfied with their service. Ian is a great technician.

Update :As of April 13th I never got a call back I left multiple messages on the number given. All I ask if I can get a reply letting me know when I can get my oil change again.march 15th around 1030am cst. I went to take 5 at hutto tx ( bay 2 grey kia sorento if cameras need to be looked at. Been to location several times. I have taken my 2023 kia sorento. I have taken my own oil and filter cause I was advise that you don't carry my filter no biggie . But march 15th i was told they can't do the oil change cause Corporate hasn't provided them the tool to change the oil filter. Please get this fixed . Manager was upset cause I informed that I woul call cooperate to let you know of this situation.Lots of questions here how do they know what tool when skid plate was not taken off?Why can round rock location do it but hutto can't?Why all of a sudden can't hutto not change my oil when i have been multiple times ?I have attached the Pic of oil filter so the tool can be provided for hutto.ThanksHutto resident

Let's just say I have A LOT of experience with Take 5 and how everything works with policy and procedures. I went on a Saturday with my own oil and used their filter. 1 car in front of me was a Benz so I knew it was gonna be longer than usual, cool. Their were 2 guys working and 1 moved as slow as a turtle and definitely didn't look like he knew what he was doing, couldn't even read the coolant tester right. I told one of them I do not need any filters checked and his reply was well we have cameras watching us so we have to, umm no you don't especially after I said don't touch them. I had to remind them to put air in my tires and fill the washer fluid up, for some reason the guy pouring the oil thought it was a good idea to turn the jug sideways and pour oil all over my car . The first visit here was okay enough for me to feel at ease about the oil change but this time I was so nervous leaving I kept checking underneath my car for oil spots all that day (thank God I didn't see any). I wasn't charged for the oil change and I'm assuming it's because of the wait and oil being spilled all over my car, I really messed up when I forgot to ask where my receipt showing I had service done (it's important for myself to have and to be on Carfax). Really don't think I would go back to this location, will probably take the trip too RR instead.

Employee tried to tell me that going down to a lower grade oil will damage my engine if I had already put the more expensive grade in before. That s simply not true and a total myth.I only take my fleet truck here and would never take my personal truck. I would also advise anyone not to go there if they are trusting the guys doing the work. I double check the filter and oil level after I leave.

Initially they did a great job taking care of my truck, but the team slowly changed and after the 4th time coming there, the entire team had changed I requested an oil change & A/C flush- they didn t put enough Antifreeze fluids back in my 2021 Chevy and caused my Truck to run hot- I went back for an oil change they were not busy- they didn t check my tires to even out the weight accordingly, nor top off my fluids, and didn t give me a reminder sticker saying an estimated time frame to come back. Disappointed the first 4X s were great, but the new team has-no concern of the reputation they ruined ..But tried to get me to replace a filter that was just replaced 1 month ago. I will never go back to this location- I wish the previous team was still there.

Your staff are always friendly helpful but with no pressure. I have never had to wait too long. When they did not have all my wiper blades in stock they called and had some delivered within an hour. I was a very long time jiffy lube customer but your customer sevice has changed my mind. Thank you

I came off the 130 toll not needing my oil changed since I had just gotten it done somewhere else. My skid plate was dragging because it s broken and the guys kindly fixed it at no cost temporarily so it wouldn t drag anymore. I figured I d get my windshield wipers replaced to at least pay for something and the guy gave me a great coupon for them. Damian and Jayden were super kind and helpful and also didn t make me feel dumb for not knowing certain car terms lol. I m sad I don t live close to this location because I would go back every single time. Great employees!

I review this as a Master technician with over 11 years in the industry. I understand this is very diffrent than a typical shop setting. However the visit I had struck me as very unprofessional. The gentleman speaking to me casually used profanity here and there, I could tell he didn't even realize or care but overall was nice. Over half of the crew was off to the side trying to figure out how to use the coolant machine, also casually swearing as the crew joked and horsed around. Doesn't exactly inspire confidence in the establishment when a machine that should be used very regularly, isn't familiar to the crew. The oil change I got was done correctly, my sudo service advisor did his job bringing to my attention possible things to up sell, however the overall experience just stuck me as children without proper management.Side note, I only came for convenience as I live 3 minutes away, and I was preparing for a wedding but needed to get a oil change. Otherwise yes I'd normally do this myself. Would be nice if I could feel confident in theses guys for things like a differential service, coolant or brake fluid, things I just would rather pay for than do at work or in the driveway of my home.Service: Oil change

Mario and his staff went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of!! Will be going back to them for my oil changes.2nd time going there and my experience with Mario and his staff is amazing!! I am a forever customer there from here on out. I definitely recommend them 100%!
