We visited Palm Valley Auto Sales at the beginning of October - my son s previous car had been totaled in an accident and he needed something to just get him thru the next 3 years in college and that wasn t going to break the bank.Our first visit was amazing - the owner of the lot was very friendly and very honest. Was very honest about what was/wasn t included the vehicles, history of the vehicles, etc. We were still in the midst of dealing with the insurance of the people who had caused the accident and totaled my son s vehicle so it was 3 weeks before we could make it back out.I called Curtis today and he was very upfront about stock, costs, taxes, etc when I called . When I brought my son up today - he very quickly helped us, remembered us by name, and was able to get us in a vehicle within our budget.The car itself was very clean, ran well and they were very helpful with showing my son thru the process - esp since this was my sons first time having a car solely in his name.I recommend Palm Valley Auto highly. They are just genuinely good people.

Frustrating. Owner is great, very personable, and seems to running a great place. That said, we bought a car from him that has turned out to be a disaster mechanically. It's my fault, I should have insisted on a PPI, but I was in hurry and the car looked amazing. Doesn't seem like they're doing much in the way of mechanical inspection on their end. Insist on a Pre Purchase Inspection despite any pressure to purchase because others are "interested."

Curtis the owner and Dee the manager are some of the friendliest people I have met. Always glad to see me even though I have not purchased a car yet. Genuine folks. Hard to find in a used car dealership these days. Go see them.

They treated us wonderfully, so they are nice people.However, literally 3 hours after we bought the car, the check engine light came on. The car is now basically going to cost me $1200 more than the sticker price. Because it is used, you sign an As Is waiver, so I am just stuck with it.

Excellent customer service. I have bought 3 vehicles from them already (all still on the road for those who ask), and I will continue to buy from them. I have a small car, an SUV, and a truck. My experience when buying the truck is why I will continue to go back, and why I recommend them frequently whenever any one I know is in the market for a vehicle. They are well worth the drive. Now, let me tell you about my truck. I had checked out the website and seen this older model truck that I wanted. I called up and was informed that the vehicle was not for sale. Bummer, because I really wanted it. Oh, well, I'll continue to look around. A few months later, I get a call from the dealership -- "hey, Curtis wants to know if you're still interested in that truck. Me - I thought it wasn't for sale. Dealership - Curtis didn't want to sell it to you before because it needed too many repairs. He's gotten everything fixed and wanted to see if you still want it before we put it out on the lot. Me - I'll be there Friday to sign paperwork." Also, if you tell the owner what you're looking for, he will try to find it and have it on the lot for you. That is devotion to his customers and EXCELLENT customer service. Everyone there is friendly and professional, and they treat you like family. Will definitely continue to go to Palm Valley Auto for all of my vehicle needs.

So, I was originally waiting on something but it s in route so let s do this. I love Honda Civics, of all varieties. I saw this dealership had one for sale so I jumped on it. $1400 and it was mine, I drove there, me and my friends test drove it, went to the bank and paid. That was a pretty pleasant experience, we were told hey once you get it inspected, send us the paperwork and we ll get it registered for you . Which was fine, it s a project car so it s not a daily driver. Few weeks go by, I actually take the car on a stroll and it overheats. Which is fine, I know how to work on the car which is the main reason I purchased it. I needed some parts and I went out of town. I realized that the temp tags were out and at this point I didn t want to drive it around and risk getting a ticket just to get it inspected. On top of that, I m a veteran and getting Veteran tags for it was something I said I d do because it d be cheaper and I d get another temp tag instead of waiting for the dealership to send me all that stuff through the mail. So I call to let them know hey the car was broken and I didn t get it inspected so I d just do it on my own and that I would just take the title and do all the registration myself. Well, they didn t have the title at that time and what I didn t know was Texas law says a dealership isn t supposed to sell you a car without having the title physically. Something I didn t know until I drove there a few weeks later to pick it up and she told me she hadn t done anything because she thought I said I d let her know if that s what we d want to do when I actually said yeah I m gonna do it myself because it d be easier . So she says we need to fill out paperwork in order to get the title process started. We do that, and a month goes by. I call to see what s the hold up, she tells me oh we called to let you know that we need both of you to comeback and sign some more paperwork but nobody answered . Which idk if that s the truth because I ve had the same number for a few years now. So at this point I ve fixed the car and it runs great. I say well can I at least get a new temp plate? So I purchased this car on the 29th of July 2019. It s the 11th of December and I still haven t been able to get the title. But I got a temp plate

Got a car there and am super happy with it. Their inventory was great. So many cars to choose from. Girl in the office Dee was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend.

0 STARSSTAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!WILL ROB YOU OF YOUR MONEY!THEY WILL AVOID YOU AND FORGET ABOUT YOU!!!DISHONEST AND UNTRUSTWORTHY!My Husband and I bought a used 2005 Chevrolet 1500 4x4 silverado LT on a thursday. Before we even had the truck one week it popped up with a check engine light 4 days after buying it! Now this wouldn't normally be a concern except they sold this truck to me with no inspection. The front desk lady "Dee" ASSURED ME "the truck should pass inspection NO PROBLEM". Of course they have refused to work on it claiming it was out of their control. But how could they have filled up the ENTIRE TANK AND NOT NOTICE THE GAS GUAGE READ EMPTY!!?SO NOW IM STUCK WITH A TRUCK THAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED AND OUT THE MONEY I PAID AS THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK FOR THE TRUCK. Also when the Check Engine Light came on the radiator was found to have a crack so I'm really stuck.AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY WILL ROB YOU AND CLAIM ITS YOUR FAULT!

They were very helpful; however, once we signed the paperwork and got it home, I realized that they had posted that exact car on craigslist for $2450. They overcharged us for this car.

My son bought a car from there and it broke down thAt night with battery being dead them the next day it broke down as he was driving. We have called and they keep saying there coming to get it and still nothing... now we both have been calling all am and no one will answer so he's without a car and withou6 the 1500 he put down. Horrible company hopefully they will make things right today.........ok so they called back there picking it up thankfully

If I could give this zero stars I would. Stay far away from this company. They sell your contract without even informing you any type of way. Their cars are absolute trash and won t even run for a year once you do get one. Terrible mistake.
