My man Rene Chavira is the GOAT!!! He went over and beyond for us twice by now, highly recommend having him as your salesman for auto purchase.Smooth buying/trading experience, quality vehicles and service.

Decided to go look at a car that I saw on their website (via capital one auto financing) and Carl took care of me there.Super nice guy, no hard sell, let me take the car for a test drive and pointed out some of the best features. I decided quickly that I wanted that particular car and subsequently went through the financing stuff there, with Josh. They were very helpful and understanding, and very easy to work with. Honestly things could not have been smoother.I'm very impressed with the process, and the price I got. I even thought at one point it was all too easy! That's just testament to the team there though. Highly recommend!

The customer service is top notch first and foremost. They are able to make it possible for first time buyers to have a selection of different types of vehicles to choose from. I was encouraged to take them home and try them out. I felt welcomed to speak freely about my questions and got honest straight answers. I was not pressured once. I did however end up falling in love with two cars and had a tough time making up my own mind. With my credit status, their payment options, and their ability to work with my financial abilities I was able to get a GREAT car and a more than fair DEAL. I highly recommend anyone to see these folks. Thanks Mac Haik for making it possible.

Best dealership in town. Mr. Allen is the best manager I ve ever come across at a dealership. If your looking for a vehicle, he has no problem going that extra mile to help you out and putting you in something that you actually want and can afford.

I went to Mac Haik on Saturday will little faith that I was going to be able to find a car. I had recently had a very bad experience at Round Rock Honda and had a lot of anxiety about going to another car dealership.I worked with Don Washek and after telling him roughly what I was looking for and what terrible experiences I had prior to this one, he was able to find me the perfect car for me and at a great price. He was very kind and understanding and made this car buying experience a great one. During the closing part I worked with Josh and he could tell I was having a lot of anxiety about it and reassured me that I was making a good decision, and overall made me feel very comfortable. I am very pleased with Mac Haik and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks so much for the awesome experience and I love my car!

I have had the best experience at Mac Haik Hutto!! I highly recommend this used car dealership to everyone. David Carlson spent a lot of time on the phone with me and answered all of my questions plus more. I love the community spirit of the Hutto location. My friend and I were welcomed with a lot of information on the car that I was interested in buying, beef jerky, cookies and a Christmas tree. Drew Baker was also extremely helpful. I also appreciate that I was not pushed into buying a car quickly, or made to feel pushed in regard to making my decision. I will definitely tell all of my friends about the positive experience in regard to buying my car at Mac Haik Hutto.

My experience at Mac Haik was excellent. I am the type to be suspicious of sales people of any kind, but Chris Nulton was very friendly, helpful, and honest! He gave me a great deal on my "new" car. We were still finishing up after closing hours and I did not feel rushed at all!! I'm so happy with my purchase! Thanks

Carl was AMAZING! We went in looking for a first car for my teenage daughter. Carl really listened to what we wanted and he found several options for us to choose from. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He made the entire car buying process very smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend buying from Carl!

Great experience, called talked to Jerry. Filled out information online, arrived at the dealership the vehicle I was interested in was ready for me to test drive. It was quick, simple and as painless as possible. I'd give them 10 stars if possible

Just bought my 2017 Ford F150 XLT Sport from these guys and I love em! They literally gave me the hook up when it came to trading in my old F150 for this one. Ruben, The Manager, and all the guys here are customer focused and aren't like other dealerships where they try to screw you for every dollar you have. I definitely recommend these guys if you're interested in getting a better vehicle. Will definitely be coming to these guys again in the future!

David and Jose at Mac Haik made our dreams come true. We were looking at several cars and David was in regular communication with me and found me the SUV we were looking for. I have never had a car salesman be so diligent in finding exactly what I wanted, with all the features I was asking for, in the price range I was looking at. They not only found me the vehicle I was looking for, but also got me a better term on my financing than my own bank was able to! They went above and beyond for us and we will never buy a vehicle from anyone else! I highly recommend giving them a call! If they don't have the car you want, they will find it for you!

Great experience here. Was in and out with a new to me car in about an hour. Jose the finance person worked with the down payment and monthly payments i wanted to stay within and got me exactly what I was looking for. The sales person and manager were both very nice and helpful. They work well with bad credit applicants. Would definitely recommend Mac Haik in Hutto.

I went here because I found an SUV that I really liked. I went and test drove it and loved it and brought it home. I live 1.5 hours from the dealership. About a week after having the car home, I realized it was smoking really bad. My plates came in and the dealership called me. I informed them that they sold me a vehicle with an oil leak and that the car was smoking really bad. (This is after I paid asking price for the vehicle. They were unwilling to negotiate at all on the asking price of the car.) The salesman that called me about the plates said he would let the manager know and I would get a call back. A month later and I still haven't received a call. I understand that used cars are bought as is. I don't have an issue with that, but to know that the car has an oil leak and they still are unwilling to negotiate the price is not right. Then, when I call them, the least they could do is call me back. Not too pleased with the service afterwards. They were very attentive until they got my money and then they don't give a care in the world. I won't get another vehicle from them ever again because of this.

Stopped to look at trucks and after test drive the finance made me the absolute best deal on the truck. Barely letting him make any money on it...for the low low price of $1,500 OVER the price they had it listed online. In addition, refused to take the key back after the test drive because he just knew that was my truck.

I purchased a car from Mac Haik a few years ago and recently found myself in need of another car. i went back to Mac Haik in Hutto and Carl sat down with me and took the time to help me figure things out. He was very patient and helpful. Im very grateful for everything he did for me. Carl made the car buying experience a great experience. If you need a car I highly recommend Carl.

Less than exciting. I went to look for a new vehicle today, spent about 20 minutes on the lot with no one in sight. I have NEVER gone to a dealership and not had at least 3-5 salesman check in on me. It was only when we were backing out to leave that a salesperson came outside. I don't typically post negative feedback but this just seems so out of the ordinary.

Back in March, my son purchased a jeep from Mak Haik Auto. Before he got back to base, the engine light came on. It ended up being the spark plugs. He spoke with Rene and Rene said they would cover the cost of the spark plugs. My son purchased the spark plugs and replaced them himself. Rene said he would work with him and would send him a $100.00 gift card for the spark plugs. I have contacted Rene about this, but have yet to hear back from him. While I know this isn't a big deal, we have tried to teach our son to stand by your word and follow through with it. Very disappointed in Mak Haik Auto. I know that Rene has children the same age as my son. I wonder what he would think if his son was treated this way????

Really enjoyed my experience when purchasing my Truck from Sales men Jeremy. It was low pressure and he found the truck i was looking for in my price range. Never Tried to get me to spend more then what my budget was. I'll be returning when my wife is ready to get something different.

Chris Nulton is a great salesman definitely made it easy for me as a first time buyer, told him and his boss Drew Barker and finance guy Jose Ocampo my down payment and monthly payments I wanted and they got them to exactly what I wanted. There straight forward about the ins and out of the vehicles. Would definitely recommend them.

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I went into the store this past Saturday and dealt with Monica. We test drove two vehicles because we couldn't get the prices on them until after we test drove because of the "liquidation" sale they were having. Three hours later we still have not received the prices on the one we picked. She comes in with an amount of $44,000.00 on a 3 year old Toyota 4 Runner with 77k miles. No way. I offer $25,000 cash for the vehicle. The manager comes in and tells us they paid 35k at auction for the vehicle and has a paper that said the current MSRP was 31k and the MSRP brand new was 42k. Monica was trying to sell me the car for 2k more than it was brand new 3 years and 77k miles ago. These people are crooks and are only out to try and find idiots they can take advantage of. I walked out of that place and won't go back. DO NOT shop here!!!

The sales rep did not know the information on the car we were looking at. He told us he would pull up the car fax. He could not locate the vehicle on his computer. We had to leave so we left our information and he promised to let us know and email us the copy of the car fax. We never received the information or his business cars we asked him for. We were really disappointed because we had heard good things about this dealership.

Very deceitful!! I was texting on the FB post last week with an internet person he tried his best to get me to come in saying they could help So I decided to give them a chance so I took all my papers that were requested in and spoke with EddieHe said he approved me and sent me to Georgetown to test drive the car that he said I was approved for so I went to Georgetown McHaikspoke with John Leschbiar he was completely clueless all were looking like deers in headlights everybody else including the finance guy. They ran my credit again and said I was not approved and I needed $4,000 to get the car everybody was telling different reason. Completely a waste of time Sooo unprofessional

Jeremy Green was my salesman.Honestly they worked with me like no other dealers would. Gave me $1000 off to get me what i wanted. Let me trst drive the car to secure the money in my bank account for insurance and even helped me get insurance on the spot. Hassle free... guys are awesome.Now im rockin my 2010 civic si 4 door at a better price then round rock honda.Peace. Thanks guys
