Just got my windshield replaced here and I can't stress enough how wonderful the experience was. The staff is super friendly and awesome about being straight to the point with their process and what to expect. They got the job done way faster than I anticipated and the work done on my car was practically flawless! I 100% recommend coming here for any auto glass issues. Can't thank them enough!

I had the front windshield on my 2015 F-150 Lariat replaced by these guys and they did a great job.... the entire staff from owner to technician were super friendly and great people. Wonderful customer service and quality of the work...

There was damage done to my car by the shop after getting my sunroof replaced after the hailstorm in 2023. After the initial work was done, I noticed a small hole in my seat that was not there before, and the sunroof was no longer functional. I brought it back a second time for them to fix it, and noticed that the hole had become a full-on rip and puncture.I did want to give them a chance to address it, they were nice enough during the initial work. I had taken thorough amounts of pictures of my vehicle before bringing it in because of my insurance. And had taken a picture immediately after the first and second pick up. Showing the damage they caused. They insist that it's not their problem, they don't care what proof I have, and they're not going to fix it. My seats are now ripped up, there's smudge stains and broken glass throughout.

Great Experience. I spoke to Brandy over the phone. She got me scheduled and set to get my F150 windshield fixed very promptly and quick, her customer service and communication was great. I'd recommend this place to everyone I know. Again SHOUTOUT TO Brandy for her great services and communications.

My windshield cracked. I found Low Price Auto Glass in Hutto through my insurance. I felt they were honest and gave me the best deal. I saw them as professional and will return if I ever need chip repair or another windshield replacement.

Been there to get my glass fixed for a couple of vehicles and they re just great at what they do, quick, efficient and doesn t cost an arm and a leg. Mr. Barron (the dog) helps pass the time and is fun to play with, the staff and owner are amazing people and make sure you re taken care of. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Such a an amazing trusted place to replace your windshield or any other auto glass may your car needs , i replaced my windshield then i came back again to replace the front glass door, the staff very friendly respectful and professional, Brandy the office manager she was awesome and the technician Alex very professional , even the owner very generous and always gives us a good quote , they also do tinting which is great!!! Thank you guys definitely we will come again

$55 for a windshield chip repair that Safelite would have charged $164 for (per their website). Repair was done quickly and apparently effectively. I showed up with no appointment (they don t do appointments for chip repairs), and was out of there in ~ 1/2 hour.

My wife s car windshield got hit by a rock. Low Price Auto Glass was super responsive to communications and were able to get the windshield quickly. They were fast on the install, but did a great job. Everyone was super nice, especially Brandy, and my kid loved the big dog. I ll definitely use them again for any auto glass needs!

This is THE BEST company to work with. Their communication skills and customer service skills were amazing. Their pricing is extremely fair and reasonable. They ordered my glass and the delivery and installation was extremely fast. They held true to their warranty and gave me same day service. Everyone was so kind. I had a cracked windshield that spread to the point of needing to be replaced. I called Brandy at LPAG and she was able to order my new windshield and set up a same day appointment that worked for me. I showed up and was out of there with a new windshield in about an hour. Hector and Brandy were pleasant and made the wait easy. The Tech did a great job and all is well not to mention the price, it was very reasonable. The reviews project the image of a well-established business, but I had a difficult time finding their location. There were only a few yard signs along the road to guide me. They claimed that their installers were certified, but when I entered their office, I didn't see any certifications displayed. There was a person working in the shop wearing old clothes with no uniform, and the office had a strong smell of alcohol. After taking in the surroundings, I decided to leave as I didn't feel comfortable doing business with this establishment.

This is a great place to have glass replacement done. I had a windshield replaced on my Subaru recently, excellent service and they were very quick. Significantly cheaper than the dealer and other places that I got quotes from. The price included recalibrating the cameras/lane assist. Very professional. The dog love to be petted. LPAG is true to their name. They have great prices, fast service and friendly staff. I've used them several times to either repair a chip or replace a full windshield. They are fast to get the job done, and if they don't have the glass in house, they can usually get it locally quickly. I would definitely recommend them if you need auto glass repair work - especially if you need it fast!

Highly recommend such an amazing people from Mr. Henery to work with very friendly staff was very sweet my 2015 Nissan Rouge rear view mirror finally broke and I called around to other glass repair business with no success and when I called Low Price spoke with Brandy she was so helpful. I mentioned to her that I had purchased a rear view mirror from Amazon and was looking for a auto glass place to install. Well the Amazon mirror didn't workout for me called the next day to let Brandy know that the mirror was not working for me and asked if they could order me the another mirror, with a few questions on inches of the mirror she called back within an hour and I had the new mirror install the same day. Highly recommend this place! I had reached out to this company when I needed a good price to replace my front windshield and they provided that and MORE! Henry and his team were able to replace my windshield the next day and it only took them an hour to install. I had a really specific windshield which had lane departure and rain sensor. They had the best price, were super quick and extremely professional. To top it off, Henry also has a cute dog at the shop to keep you company.Service: Auto windshield replacement

While we were hoping to replace our truck windshield, we made two phone calls. The first call was with the owner, but due to his accent, communication was challenging. The second call was with an American lady. However, upon arriving at the shop, we noticed that neither the shop nor their technicians possessed any Auto Glass certification, and they were using low-quality aftermarket glasses. Consequently, my wife and I decided to take our business elsewhere. It's worth noting that certain insurance policies may impose restrictions or limitations on coverage for repairs or replacements carried out by unauthorized or non-certified shops.

This not only is the best glass repair shop, but the best customer service experience in my entire life. Henry took the time out of his day to explain the story of the auto glass repair business. He answered every question I had asked him about the industry, life endeavors, and his travels. Just about all of these shops are ran by his family! Crazy because he said that he had over 240 locations nationwide! Henry is absolutely great individual. Alex, whom had replaced the glass completed the task in 15 to 20 minutes, which is tremendously quick for the front windshield of the 2007 GMC Canyon. I was still talking with the CEO, Henry, when Brandy, the manager had informed me that we were ready to wrap things up. Thank you Alex, for providing wonderfully quick service. Brandy was extremely professional with both the information for the upcoming days of the glass and the operations of the business. Also, the dog was very friendly as well. Not bugging you consistently, but very loving when it came over. I paid $302 for not just a windshield, but for a experience I will never forget. Thank you so much!

Called in this morning and ordered my windshield. Couple hours later they had me rolling again. Low price, good work, lifetime warranty on cracks (no one does that). Great customer service and the prices can't be beat. Skip your insurance and just come here. Prices are cheaper than the deductible.
