This team did a great job on my Explorer. Came in for a laundry list of issues I've had for a while. It's over 100K and 10 years old. They went above an beyond and made my truck (that I love) new inside and will last another 5 years or so. This is my new shop! From the digital quote to the commitment to get it done before the weekend I can't say enough about my great experience. Thanks Omar and Labor Only Team!

I have had the best experience at Labor Only Auto Repair. Being a single woman and going to an auto repair business can be daunting. All you single ladies out there in need of auto repair please talk to Omar. He is awesome. I have had my Outback serviced on 3 separate occasions. The work was done timely and accurate estimates. I dropped her off, they gave me a ride home and picked me up when she was ready. Great work and customer service Labor Only in Hutto, Texas!

I took my 70s truck here to replace a gas tank. This is a hidden repair shop tucked away on the outskirts of town that does OUTSTANDING work. They don't play the usual game of piling on three other items that don't need to be fixed. Very honest, high quality work with no upselling. Long term relationship builders.

After throwing parts at my '88 F-150, I gave up and decided to take it here. They diagnosed it within a few days (it was a bit more complicated due to its age) and gave me a reasonable quote. My truck had to stay there for a month because they had issues tracking down an extinct dino part, but everyone was courteous and communicative throughout the process.After the repairs were complete and I brought it back home, I noticed new issues. One was completely unrelated to the repairs, and the other could've been a possibility. Anyhow, I let Evan know, and he asked me to bring it right back so they can check it out.Turns out they did their work correctly. My truck was just being old and causing drama, lol. I highly recommend this business!

Labor Only was excellent to work with. My vehicle had an extensive repair needed recently. No only did they save me money over the dealership s quote but they also made the process seamless. They are very easy to communicate with and very responsive. They we also great about answering all if my questions. I would not ever go anywhere else after my experience with Labor Only. I first came across Labor Only Auto Repair via a U-Haul rental; since then my partner and I have had both of our cars serviced there. Evan and his crew are consistently phenomenal. They re always polite, honest, and timely! They know you by name, and they re very respectful of your time and money. They re transparent up front and through the duration of repair and/or service. Renting a U-Haul from here is also a very easy and pleasurable experience. I ve rented a U-Haul from them about 3-4 times now and I ve never had any issues or difficulties doing so.I would absolutely recommend Evan and his Crew to anyone looking for either a place to rent a U-Haul or get their car serviced. I really appreciate the services and superior customer service that has been provided to me here. There s never any pressure to do anything when it comes to repairs and they price point is extremely fair.I have nothing but nice things to say about this place, so please check them out - I promise you won t find a better auto repair shop and u-haul rental!!!

Update: January 2024Our truck went in for a heater core replacement, came out with radio not working - radio was looked at and connected the same day.Air Conditioning was not working went back in - it was a relay and it was fixed free of charge. The owner [Evan] attempted to make it right. The lady at the front desk is professional and kind.Coolant leak identified at time of AC diagnose [not identified when heater core was replaced] repair was identified as timing chain cover $1,700].Coolant leak may have been missed when the heater core work was completed and tested? Note: NO coolant leaks were present when taken in to have the heater core replaced. No coolant leak present after the truck was picked up from having the heater core replaced. The leak appeared when taken back because AC was not working. Attention to detail is no longer present, at least by the tech/techs who worked on our truck in January.We completely understand components fail; however, components [such as a timing chain cover] failing a few days after a major repair was done involving the cooling/heating system was done - just doesn't correlate.We had the timing chain cover repaired at another shop.~only the facts have been posted~+++++++This shop is amazing and beyond!!We were referred here from another shop because the current shop couldn't take on the scope of the work my son 'struck needed, the referral in itself is a compliment. Off to a great start.Evan and his crew are amazing!! Great customer service which you don't come to expect from a shop; however, here, you will receive it. Techs are pleasant and helpful. Office staff is pleasant and kind.The most important factor, the workmanship is superb. Done right, the first time.Pricing is fair and worth it's weight in gold when it comes to having vehicle repairs done correctly and soundly.So pleased with the work done on my son's truck that my truck is now going in for service.Amazing spot for vehicle repairs and general maintenance.Highly recommend this Shop!!Thank you Evan and Crew, you guys are the best at your craft.Two satisfied customers [son and father].

I cant t brag on Labor Only Auto Repair in Hutto, Tx enough !Last summer my air conditioning went out. I lived 200 miles away and had already taken it to a local shop. I was visiting in the area and read their reviews . Evan was excellent and repaired it and I haven't had anymore problems.Now I have moved back in the area . Imagine my pleasure when I had another problem for Evan. He got me in without an appointment fixed my problem same day-and at a very reasonable cost. If you want repairs done promptly, professionally ,on time and in budget please go see Evan and crew at Labor Only Auto Repair.

I took my car to Labor Only for some extended warranty work. My regular mechanic doesn t handle warranty claims, and Labor Only was on the recommended list from Carmax. When I called, the first thing they told me was that if my mechanic is licensed he could do warranty work, he would just need to call the warranty company s vendor line. I appreciated so much that they didn t want to steal a customer from a good mechanic. Since my regular guy doesn t do warranty work I brought my car in. They diagnosed the issue and called the warranty company who informed them the particular issue I had was actually still covered by the factory warranty. Labor Only called Nissan to confirm that my car was still under factory warranty and that the issue would be covered and sent us there for the repair.I did not have any work done, but the customer service, the integrity, and the care shown was top notch. If my regular mechanic is ever booked or out of town, this place will be my next call.

Labor only was amazing! They were friendly, professional and above all HONEST!! I went in thinking I had an issue with my starter but they were able to diagnose the actual issue my Jeep was having and they addressed it super quickly and efficiently. Not to mention at a super budget-friendly cost! I will definitely make this my go-to place from now on for my current vehicle and any other I may have in the future. Thanks Labor Only! We got an oil change coupon in the mail and I went and used it. Met the owner Evan and got an oil change and tie rotation in 35 minutes! Friendly staff, nice waiting area. I will definitely go back again and tell my friends about this garage. To me it is a down to earth Honest place to do business. Had it not been for the coupon I would have never known it existed and it s 2 miles from my home. Thanks for everything. Kent

Absolutely the best. They see you quick, they're extremely honest and caring, and they give you regular updates about upcoming maintenemce your vehicle will need. I've been here half a dozen times now accross a year, and they have never once disappointed. Always the best service I've ever seen from an auto place, every single time.
