Hail storms suck. We all know this and to despite my best efforts with covered parking and watching the weather closely I was sadly caught in the last big storm, on the road, while driving... The damage was extensive.... Glass, fog lights, damaged trim, and hundreds if not thousands of dents ruined my day and changed a once beautiful car to a broken, bright red, golf ball. I was unsure about the whole process but the team at Just Hail made everything easy and went above and beyond in their service. Almost unbelievable how much these guys care about their customers, work ethic, and reputation but I can confirm it is real and they are the best. Car is perfect!!!! Proud to call myself their customer for life and will return for any future golf ball inducing incidents. TLDR - Hail Sucks, Just Hail Doesn't.

I took my challenger to Just Hail to get 100+ hail dents removed. I was impressed with the efficiency of the operation in addition to the quality of service received. All of my questions about the process were answered up front, and I was given an opportunity to observe their repair process in their shop. They take a lot of pride in the quality of their work and it shows in their end product. The following after pictures prove that after Just Hail repairs vehicles it is quite impossible to discern hail damage ever occurred. Also I believe their specialization in performing just hail repairs provides more value in terms of their repair efficiency and expertise when it comes to hail repair. While I don t look forward to the day I get hail damage again, I feel less anxious knowing a high quality shop like Just Hail can restore my car back to normal in a short amount of time. Thank you.

I met chat at a gas station in Belton,Tx while he was picking up someone else s vehicle. I asked a few questions and took a chance. Just Hail took care of me and my vehicle. They did an amazing job! He told me they would take care of everything and they definitely did. 8k worth of damage and 0 dollars out of pocket!

I highly recommend Just Hail. Angela was an amazing help and super professional throughout this entire process.I contacted this company based on the reviews, and boy did they deliver!Angela came to my house in couple of hours after talk to her , picked up my car and even gave me a rental.Very professional throughout the entire process, great value, and absolutely top customer service.I'll definitely be coming back to Just Hail and recommending their services to all my friends and family.

Add me to the list of happy customers. My Ridgeline had over $4K of hail damage from a recent Texas storm. I reached out to Just Hail because of their "no deductible" advertising. They came to my house promptly and we set up an appointment to have my car repaired. I told them I was leaving the country for 2 weeks and they worked with me on coordinating the repair time and a FREE loaner vehicle. They finished the repairs on time (early actually) and my car looks fantastic! They also took the trouble to wash my dirty car! They worked with my insurance company (Geico) and I ended up with ZERO out of pocket. These people are fantastic -- prompt answers to inquiries, very courteous and helpful, answer all questions, work with your insurance company, and as I mentioned FREE rental car while repairing your car. Look no further for hail repair -- these people are the best!

I recommend Just Hail. The team is great. Chad and his wife are so friendly and they have great personalities. Customer service is excellent. They respond to your needs and questions without hesitation. They will even give you a nice loaner car. They will pick up and drop your car off. The work they did on my car was great and look like new. I give Just Hail 5 stars.

Deductible paid. My car looks perfect.. Maybe even better than before our hail storm! I had several dents, especially on the hood and a massive dent on the drivers side rear panel. You would never know now. Inside and out was super clean when they dropped my car off at my house. Thank you!

Like many folks my car got hit hard by the recent hail storm. Just Hail came out, picked up my, handled all the insurance and kept me informed all along the way. I just got my Audi back and it honestly looks brand new! They did an amazing job removing every single dent. If you have hail damage I cannot recommend them enough. Fantastic work!

The did a good job with the repair, but took like three months on my car which is a small Honda fit. They then preceeded to drive through the toll roads and didn't say anything, so I got a bill in the mail regarding tolls to roads in an area I don't even drive too.

I got the repairs completed in less than a week and a half. I received a nice loaner car. They paid my full deductible. The vehicle looks good and once I wax it I will be able to give a final grade. Seems like a good job so far.

I just have to give a great review..no one asked me to do it either.This place is of great quality and customer service...very caring and nice. They treat you with kindness and good communication. My car looks great and they brought it back to me in record time. They gave me a nice loaner car to use in the meantime!! It was well worth it! I will be spreading the word! Everyone I dealt with was so nice!!

I needed some hood hail damage repaired on our Jeep JK Wrangler before we traded it off. Most places were pretty busy but Charlie was very friendly when i called and said bring it out so he could take a look. Turned out that he thought he could squeeze us in a few days. We needed to drop if off early when the day came so he arranged someone to meet us there. By 3p that day he called to say it was ready. It looked amazing, like brand new. We also had a small rock chip that had some surface rust which he sanded and touched up with matching paint. Really happy with how he got us in quickly, the quality of the work, AND the price. If you need hail damage fixed, you need to call Charlie.

I will just state the facts here, & let you form your own opinion.I had a co-worker take his truck into Just Hail to fix some dents on the hood. He slipped the tech $200, & they did the work within 30 mins. Because he had such a good experience, I then took my Porsche Cayenne Coupe S there the next day to do the same. Upon arriving, they tell me that they don t take cash, & that I need to file a warranty claim with my insurance. They then started stating the work that would need to be done; which included taking parts off the car. With me driving a Porsche, I did not feel comfortable with them taking parts off & replacing them with aftermarket parts. Once they noticed my hesitation, they then stated they didn t need to do any of that.It really didn t make sense to me, but with me not being the professional, I agreed to start the insurance claim & keep my vehicle there (with the understanding that when the adjuster came in,if in fact they needed to take parts off, I would be taking it to Porsche instead). Fast forward to that evening, I get a call from Allstate. The itemized items specifically stated that multiple parts needed to be taken off & repaired. I called Just Hail immediately to tell them to not do any work on the car, & that I would be taking it to Porsche. The gentleman stated that the car was almost done. How was this possible? Well, they started working on the vehicle PRIOR to the adjuster coming to take a look. This resulted in a faulty claim. The amount that they wanted to charge was $8200! We went back and forth multiple times with them talking in circles about what was getting done & not getting done. Bottom line, they were charging my insurance for the full estimate, but they we only performing 60% of the work. I was told multiple times that needed to be taken off, but once I confronted them, they admitted that there were some parts that in fact need to come off & they recommend Porsche do it. At this point, I was beyond frustrated. I just wanted my car back. After I finally got it all sorted it out & the check was on the way to Just Hail from Allstate, they still made me wait until the check cleared their accounting department until they released the car to me- a week later. In conclusion, the work they ended up doing was done well. HOWEVER, the back-end work done with the insurance is highly questionable & very unprofessional.

They had my car for 3 weeks the first time, when I finally got to pick it up there were still missing trim pieces ( supposedly on back order for an indefinite amount of time ) dents still on hood, over spray paint down both sides of my car extending to back passenger doors, black finger prints ALL OVER my headliner, dried glue on the dash, missing tint on a replaced window, and dirt/white graveli in the cargo area. I spoke to the shop manager who said he would make it right and gave them my car for another week and a half. After it was dropped off the second time, there was still a dent on my hood and over spray down both sides of the car messaged the shop manager again and didn t receive a response until I messaged him again asking how we could resolve the situation. He was condescending and I didn t feel comfortable lettingr him have my car for yet another week to just be returned in the same condition. The quality control is non existent, the only reason I am giving 2 stars is because most of the were removed and they provided a loaner car but it wasn t worth the trouble.

I would highly recommend Just Hail. Having never been through a damaging hail storm here in Texas, I wasn t sure who to reach out to. I wanted to deal with someone local and the google pointed me to Just Hail located here in Hutto. I called close to 8pm not expecting an answer, but they did! A few days later they were at the house to inspect the vehicle and to explain what to expect next with repairs and insurance. After less then two weeks of dropping my vehicle off at their shop they contacted me to let me know it was done. Vehicle looked as good as new! Thanks again to the team at Just Hail!!
