Went to get a quick oil change. Parked and went inside and waited for 15 minutes before I ever saw anyone who worked there. The manager who finally asked me what I needed acted bothered to have to talk to me. I told him I needed an oil change and he scowled and told me to pull into a bay line like I was an idiot for not knowing their procedures. About an hour later they charged me $115 for just an oil change, I am sure they overcharged me. Now my car is leaking oil. Never did before I went here. So I took my car back a coup!e of days later and it was like I went to a different place. The manager that was so unfriendly only days before was so nice after I told him what the problem was. The mechanic fixed it and said the oil drain plug was not tightened all the way and even admitted he was the one who worked on my car previously and was very apologetic. I am very glad they owned up to the mistake and made it right, but I will never go back there.

I always have a great experience at this particular Jiffylube location. The people who work here are friendly and give good customer service. I previously had a guy go above and beyond while helping me with a tire issue. I m sad I didn t get his name. Anyways I d recommend this location to anyone

It would help if a technician would ask what type of service I want instead of standing there pointing which bay I should pull into.Also I thought as a part of your service they would vacuum my vehicle, this did not happen.When service was completed the tech backed out my vehicle very fast and went in a circle (backwards) before parking it which was very unnecessary.Not very happy with this visit.

These guys will make you feel like you re a bother for needing basic auto service Good luck getting any sort of helpful information over the phone. Save your dignity and find another place for service. There are plenty of other oil change businesses in the area. And likely, ones that appreciate your business.

Excellent service as always. Just wish they had a feature of customer bring their own filter there would be a discount. Since my vehicle filter is rarely there. Other than that it is awesome.

Just purchased my car late last year. Brought it to Jiffy Lube for a "quick and convenient oil change" boy was I wrong. Nothing about my experience was quick or convenient, there was a ridiculous line with no sense of urgency. After finally getting the oil change done I drive home, my car is squeezing! I do not know what the technicians did for my oil change but I will not return to or recommend Jiffy Lube to anyone.

Thank you for the after report email. Everything you marked red has been replaced. Wipers and all four tires replaced. My daughter took the car for me and said they tried to upsell her on cabin and air filter. I explained that they inspect everything as a courtesy and inform the customer of the cars needs. I've always had a good experience and appreciate the efficiency of the staff. I will return.

No idea how their service is because every time I have gone their inspection guy or oil change guy wasn't there. This has been on three separate occasions that they've told me this.On another occasion, they told me "he's not here today but will be here at 11am tomorrow." So I get there at 11:10ish and a guy comes out and tells me that he's not coming in that day.It's close to our house was the only reason I kept trying, but now I drive the 10 minutes to Take 5**they get a 2 instead of the 1 because, like I said, I can't speak on their service.**

I was the only car there, and it still took about 30 minutes for an oil change. Strangely grumpy staff refused to let in any cars after mine despite having another 90 minutes before they closed. Door was locked that is supposed to remain unlocked during business hours. You have to get out of the car; they try to upsell you air filters; just go to Take 5 instead. Cheaper, way faster, friendlier. That said, they didn't cheat me or anything, so not giving 1 star.Update: I contacted the owner as they requested in response to my review but they never got back to me.

The technicians working on my car were very helpful and listened to all my concerns about my car. They saw it very quickly and then told me what they recommend and why. The pricing was also very good.

I was the only car in line to get inspected. I had my wipers changed and they still got me in and out pretty fast. The employees were very nice and helpful.

They really care for my vehicle and look over the important things to replace. I appreciate the time and effort they put into making sure my vehicle had all the filters replaced, some of them were really dirty.

The technician Kurt is absolutely amazing. He really went above and beyond for me and my Tundra. He will be the reason I return to Hutto Jiffy Lube. If you get a chance to pick a tech, he s the go to!! Thank you Kurt! Cliff also deserves honorable mentions as he runs the place very kindly and is full of knowledge. Thanks again guys!

The staff was friendly but from an organizational standpoint it was unacceptable. There were not enough people to take care of customers. Two people left during my wait without ever being spoken to. The person who came in after me was seen first. I am not sure why but it increased my wait time by another 30 minutes.

All of the service people were great. They offered me several things they thought I needed, but did not press the point when I declined. I appreciate that. I have been places where they tried to pressure me into buying "whatever".

Showed up, walked around. Tried to find someone working or to talk to about what I needed done. People sleeping in the waiting area and a couple guys working that just stare. Is this a business or not? Anyways. Left with nothing.

Went here for a state inspection and was told couldn't be done because of some readings and could come back within 15 days and still get the inspection done without paying again. Came back multiple times and no one was doing inspections those days. On the 15 day we came again and no one was doing inspections because of the rain. Informed the front desk guy of this situation and that we are doing our part to get the inspection done. Got told I had 15 days so tough luck that they have no one there to do the inspection I already paid for and if I come back again, I have to pay again.The guy was ridiculously rude and flippant.

Sat for 5 minutes while two guys stared at me, all while they had two open bays. 5 minutes later some old guy with a pony tail came out throwing his hands up asking what I wanted. Acted very bothered that I was there. Left without getting service

AVOID THIS BUSINESS IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME.Lost 2 and a half hours here to an oil change. There were only 2 vehicles in front of me, and at least 4 employees. What a complete waste of my time. You could not pay me to visit this place again.

Went there for the first time in my new roush f150 I waited so long for, that I m a little protective over. I felt well taken care of, the guys were knowledgeable and did a quick and clean job even though us was very busy when I arrived. Definitely coming back.

Two hours for an oil change. Truck sat with hood open on service floor untouched for over an hour. Unfriendly, unless you like being barked at like it s boot camp. Avoid this place unless it s an absolute emergency.

Quick service and amazing customer service. The person was very patient to work for oil change and tire rotation. Place is very clean for guests waiting area as well.

We stopped in to get an oil change and while we waited inside with a couple of other people and Older man who is an employee walked in and asked who owned the suv that the had just finished. A man walked over to the counter and said is everything ok with it, the older guy says sarcastically "well not to much" we could tell the customer was visibly upset. He had been there for 45 minutes waiting. The customer than said hey the lady before me took 15 minutes...the response from the old dude "was well we don't have enough employees!". That customer walked out upset, as they pulled his suv out there was a loud clanking sound that made everyone turn to look at the bay, my husband stood up to see what it was. Not sure what it was but at that point we made the decision to leave and go elsewhere. Bad customer service and poor attitude causes loss in business.

Went to get my car inspected and the guy that is there is rude as hell. Lazy and didn't even look at my car. Made me wait while I watched him go into his office . When I came back out and said is it ready he said yes .. so why did I sit there for 30 minutes while you did absolutely nothing to my car. That guy is going to ruin your business. Moving him to another jiffy lube isn't helping when the guest still have to deal with him. Not going back already have you a second chance.

I go here for state inspections. Quick and professional service. There is a lounge area with wifi and Keurig coffee while you wait.
