Took time off to bring a new set of tires to be mounted and balanced, called days in advance and they said come on in. I arrived on thutsday (only day they do tire work apparently) and not only did they say they were busy, then they said since they weren't brand new from their shop they can't mount them.Had I known this, I wouldn't have taken the time off to come in. Pretty frustrating as the first guy said yeah a couple miles on the tires is fine (from driving home from the dealership).

Daniel and his team were awesome! It was cold and they were having issues with the air compressor. However, they took care of all the customers with great communication and courtesy. My oil change and inspection were completed and was on my way in no time. Great place!

Went there today and I cannot thank Scott enough for being so helpful and kind. Been going through a hard time with hubby having a stroke and me being lost and stressed. There are truly angels among us. I will tell everyone to go there for their inspection/oil change. They are polite/ professional/fast/ and caring. Thank you.

I just got my inspection completed today and everyone was very polite and responsive. It only took about 10-15 minutes and I don t feel the need to go anywhere else! Such sweet guys.

I didn't catch his name, so I'll refer to this awesome guy as Mr Tattoo. Tall slender covered in tats, knit wool beanie. I took my wife's car there to have a possible oil leak checked after service, not realizing that we didn't have the work done there. Nonetheless, Mr tattoo checked everything and gave me the good to go, no charge. Incredibly professional and friendly. I usually take my car there on the regular.. My wife's car will be going there from here on out and anyone else I can send their way. Great to have such a good business here in Hutto.!!

Drove to 3 places this morning to find someone to do a car inspection in Hutto. Finally found Hutto Fast Lube and they took my car right in! So friendly & quick! I will be telling my friends & fam! Thank you

This is my go to oil place. They're fast and everyone that works there is friendly. Never had problems there, always had a good experience.

Dishonest company and rude manager. I did my oil and filters change on October 5th. They were having issues with the terminal, so ran my card multiple times, but assured me that only one charge went through. Next day I see two charges so I gave them a call with no response. I've been trying to contact them almost daily and they finally responded on Oct 31st. The manager, instead of apologizing for their mistake, starts by saying that it happened a long time ago and there is nothing that they could do. If you screw up, you should acknowledge the error and then try to solve the problem. After I pushed back, he asked me to go to their place to review. I do not have time, and I should not be needed to review their receipt list from October 5th. I decided to call my credit card company to dispute the transaction. Will never do business with them again and I recommend everyone to stay away if this manager continues to be in charge.

It's the best place to go for oil changes, inspection and trailer rentals and all of the guys are friendly with outstanding personalities. Trust them with my cars and family cars

This place went down hill fast. It s owned by some investors who moved to Texas from California they own 20 oil change places across Texas. I tracked that down because they refuse to pay for damages to my vehicle they caused. Also they would not willingly tell me who owned the place. It s about $600 in damages this guy owes me and even said he would send it but then never heard from them again.

Big fan!! These guys are super kind, quick, and good at what they do. I got my oil/filter changed and state inspection done in under 30 mins at 8:30am on a Wednesday.

We get all our vehicles inspected here and they are always thorough but efficient. Never waited more than 30-40 min, even on day they were short staffed. Highly recommend.

Edit:I used to love this place but not anymore! Over the last couple years they have gotten much slower. I went today to get an oil change and sat there for an hour and a half, I got out of my car and asked how much longer only to get excuses and no time frame. Now keep in mind there was only 3 cars in front of me and they have2 bays, the first 2 cars are in and out in 20 minutes (normal for oil changes) but I just sat there and when I asked why they didn't use the 2nd bay I was told they only do inspections in that bay. Now keep in mind I saw at least 5 employees and they are only using 1 bay. Not only have I been going there since they opened but my husband is a retired master mechanic so I know how long it takes. And to top it all off I get in my car to leave and as I am pulling out they pull the truck in front of me out. They could have simply said oh we are about to pull this one out so only a couple of minutes but no they gave excuses and no time frame. I myself have 4 vehicles I have been taking there for oil changes and inspections not to mention my kids, family and friends I have sent there, but I will not go back until they get new management. I now have an appointment with another shop in the morning. This use to be a great place but I already had to find a new place for inspections because they never had an inspector when I went yet the second bay is only for inspections, now I have to go somewhere else for oil changes too.Previous reviewI love the fact that they actually have the oil filter for my car and unlike the other place in town that have the filter I don't have to sit there for hours just for a 10 minute oil change

Staff is always polite and respectful. Got work done quickly. They are honest, found a simple problem when others would of done unnecessary work. Saving us good amount of money.

I m not really the type of person who leaves reviews, but my last service warrants this. I ve been a long time customer of Hutto Fast Lube and I must start by saying I have never left there having a bad experience. When I showed up there they were obviously short handed, and I quoted 30-45 minute wait time. The guys found another gear and my vehicle was in the bay and being serviced within 15 minutes Daniel is a stand-up employee and be recognized as such I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing vehicle service

Great place to get your inspection done quickly. I tried to go to numerous other places but all wanted me to make an appointment. They didn't require me to do that here and they are very friendly and efficient.

There most of the time an issue here. Sometimes their internet connection isn t working. Other times their vehicle inspector took the day off. The prices of their air and cabin filters are over retail prices. They don t use top quality parts (Fram, Wix, etc.) The employees are nice enough and do good work. My suggestion is bring your own filters and let them change your oil.

Showed up needing an oil change for new truck getting ready to head to the coast for the weekend. Upon driving up the place is clean and easy to navigate around. Staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. ( I knew what the truck needed, so did they, didn't tey to sell extra stuff not needed ). Waited about 10 minutes for them to finish the car ahead of us. They finished that one and we pulled in. Oil change took maybe 15 min. Communication was good and clean everything pertaining to oil change was fantastic. They'll keep getting my buisness based of honesty and cleanliness alone. Great job guys

DO NOT GO HERE!Came in to use my free oil change they sent me in the mail for being new to the neighborhood. Turns out it s definitely not a free oil change. Upon entering the waiting area I showed Daniel the flyer I received in the mail and he told me that the value is worth 42.99. He then couldn t give me a price for a standard synthetic oil change. I asked him to please give me a quote before starting service. He told me it was going to be another 20 dollars. Upon asking him what other services I m being charged for he then said that s the price for a standard synthetic if that s the case why wasn t that the price quoted when I first asked? While watching the mechanics, I could tell they were not familiar with my vehicle. They ended up taking my engine cover off which has never needed to be done in the past. The mechanic, Brocka , decided to also toss my engine cover on the ground showing no care. I will have to check to make sure nothing was cracked due to his lack of care. Also tried to upsell me on changing my air filters out when they were clearly not very dirty at all. Gotta love being a female at the mechanic haha.Really was hoping to find a great local mechanic but unfortunately they failed to earn my future business due to lack of transparency, care for my vehicle, communication, and upselling unnecessary services.Update after looking at my car. They definitely did not take care of my car. Forgot bolts and now my under cover is torn up.Service: Oil change

I can't thank you guys enough for fixing my tire. I tried 3 places before I finally found you! One store TTY said I needed a new tire as they ALWAYS do and 2-3 days. The next place FS said oh 3-4 hours. The next place NTB said no time since they had 1 guy working. Your guy did it in 15-20 minutes and didn't charge me. I have pricey tires on my car and I will definitely be coming to you when I need new ones. Thank you for helping a girl out in the rain!Service: Auto maintenance
