One of the worse places I've ever been. I went there for inspection around 4:15 pm, the guy said they're closing , but sign says closes at 5:00 pm! I came back the next say at 8:00 am, the said it takes 30 minutes for the system to comes up?!! I came back a 10:00 am they said it will be an hour wait!! Very rude people.

15 minute flat repair!! No Joke!! Arrived at 10:30, driving off at 10:50. Courteous, quick and great price. I drove up, they came out, got the tire and it s still perfect.

I've got tire repair in the past. Today they inspected my car. It's always the same here, great service, short wait, no b.s.This is a small shop with alot of fast moving employees.

Been using Hutto Autoplex for a decade or more for tire services and State Inspection they do good work and have always been reasonably priced and honest.

These guys are always busy, but if you catch them when they have an open spot or two, they are super quick. Got my tires rotated and balanced, and my state safety inspection there and I was in an out in less than 30 minutes! Awesome old building.

5 Star Service!! Went in with a damaged tire. It was inspected and was found to be damaged beyond repair. They had me a new tire back on and I was out of there in under 10 minutes with a new tire. Thanks guys!

Came today on a Friday at 4pm. Their office hours state they close at 5pm. Yet I was told they were closed. You have one Hispanic kid working on one car replacing a tire and one Hispanic kid just sitting office doing nothing. I need a patch repair on a tire which cost $20 when I ve come here before. Idk what s going on but I ve never had issues here before.

I was so happy to get my inspection done here. I was only there for about 30 mins. Very friendly and courteous. This is my go to for my inspection and tire needs for sure!!

Had screw in my tire and NTB didn't have enough staff to fix it right away. We stopped at Hutto Autoplex and they had my tire fixed and ready to go super fast. We were really impressed. Great $ too! Thanks guys.

Have used this business for years can t count the number of times I have spent my money there ,now for the second time in a row they close their doors prior to posted hours and state they can t work past they re closing time of 5 o clockPreviously I arrived at 4:25 doors were closed and it wasn t a Saturday today got there at 4:45 and they said they could plug my tire only they couldn t patch it because it would take more than 15 minutes And they don t get paid after 5 o clockPlugging a tire Is unsafe compared to a patchTires don t have watchestire shops should cater to the customers needs within reason I personally feel this was well within reasonUnfortunately I will have to take my business elsewhere now

Been coming here for a few years now for your usual flat tire and inspection needs. Never had to wait longer than 20 or so minutes for any service. Just had an experience where I needed new tires mounted and balanced; Firestone(which is closer to me all the way in Round Rock next to 35) wanted $90+ for it, where as Hutto Autoplex charged me less than half of that! I ll always drive to Hutto to give these guys my business because of their quick, professional work and fair pricing.

Friend had a blow out and needed a quick emergency replacement. This place came in clutch and we brought in the individual tire and they took less then 20-25 mins!

Waited for 10 minutes at their window., they even looked at me pull up and looked at me through the window and saw I ve been waiting. A different car pulled in and the went and started helping them. It also so dirty and smelly

Horrible attitudes i have been here twice and have gotten nothing but attitude customer service is horrible. All I have ever wanted to take my car there was for a state inspection, for them to tell me that they are not doing them right now. A state inspection is a requirement. I will not be going there ever again. Horrible experience gave you guys two chances now i'm done. If i could be zero starts i would

Ugh, we've all heard it...that tap.. tap.. tap.. tap.. as u drive listening intently trying to figure out if it's coming from the road or our car.. that was me ,I had a screw embedded in my low profile tire. Which is not an easy fix. These guys got me in quick, had me up on a jack in minutes and repaired in 15.. quick,accurate, and inexpensive. Anytime I need a tire looked at, I'll be stopping by the Hutto Autoplex, you should do the same!

They sale used tires for the price of new tires. You'll do better going to Walmart or discount tire.

Took my truck there to have my tires balanced he accidentally missed one of my tire I took it back he fixed it with no problem. He does good work very busy place so I can see how he missed something like that. Thank you sir for making it right

I will never go here. They got my tires confused and put a tire with a bubble on my car? I had to repay and go to a real tire shop. Never again all my cars go to real shops from now on. But they were nice while putting on the wrong tire!!!
