Unbelievable customer service!I decided my 2016 CX-5's brakes had been feeling off for a few weeks - steering wheel went back and forth as I was braking, and the car would slightly jump forward as I was finishing braking. This would be our THIRD brake job in 1.5 years. We bought this car new, so figured it was majorly suspect. The second brake job was still in warranty and Hutto Automotive both replaced the front rotors and brake pads free of charge but also upgraded them. Apparently there was a part issue with the second set of rotors we got. Unlike the first place that did the initial job, Hutto Automotive went above and beyond to fix the parts issue that led to the overall brake issue.We called on a Friday afternoon, they checked it out right then and there, we picked up the car over the weekend for parts delivery on Monday. They were finished by Monday afternoon.Will definitely be coming back and will highly recommend to others I know!

The folks at Hutto Automotive are top notch. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. They worked extremely hard to get my vehicle back to me quickly and were very upfront about the costs. I will definitely take my vehicle to them again. I highly recommend them.

My Diesel needed a new exhaust injector and I was in limp mode. Chris Tovar and his team kept me informed of when it would be finished and price never changed. They had me back on the road in 2 days and my truck has been running great since then. I highly recommend Hutto automotive for all your mechanic needs.

Had to have my brakes bleed here. They got me in the same day. Price was around $180.

This shop is great! I had two vehicles with check engine lights - one vehicle had a part that they could have made me replace, but the tech was able to clean it and we have had no issuesThe second repair was more involved, but they worked with me on scheduling and were very clear about what had to be done and what could wait. We ended up doing the repairs in a couple weeks because the pricing was so great!

I ve got a 2015 Honda with over 100k miles I will only take it to Tovar s! I have a knocker sensor fixed, the start button replaced and just this week I had the AC looked at and Freon added. When I didn t have the money on hand the second time I came in, I applied for Snap financing and got approved to pay it off.Chris always checks to make sure everything is working well after a repair and Cynthia works to find the best part for the best price. It s a great local small business and it s the best! I can t recommend it more.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning

My car was towed to the shop for a broken heater hose where I was quoted $2,600.00 for a laundry list of items in which I wasn't willing to have taken care of at Tovar Automotive. I felt the quote was too high, $800 for heater hose and crank position sensor replacement.That being said, the car was towed back to my home where it sat for several months as I procrastinated and avoided the summer heat.After spending a weekend replacing the above mentioned items and bringing the car back to life, I noticed the back of the driver's seat slightly pried out as I began cleaning the interior. Further investigation showed at least 3 missing airbags. Missing as in removed and likely sold elsewhere. I'm not pointing the finger at the owner of the shop, but it wouldn't surprise me if someone who created the work order may know about the stolen airbags.

Tovar's Hutto Automotive is an excellent place where professionalism and top notch service is demonstrated. Eric, the manager of the company went above and beyond to exceed my expectations to assist me with my vehicle. His dedication and unbelievable service was outstanding! Hutto Automotive is straight up family. I have been going there for the better part of 8 years. ALWAYS FAIR, never over priced, by the book labor cost.When I use to get price quotes from "Other" brand places it was always literally 3 X more than Hutto Automotive.Experienced service. They check on me from time to time and ask me how Delicious (my Tahoe) is doing.I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.

Good service and prices. I have had many vehicles here for repairs. Just got my some things old Vette taken care of, included the headlights being able to pop up again. Now I can drive at night again, so a huge plus in the driving factor for this car. Thanks!

These folks were awesome! Super friendly and not out to empty you wallet.They swapped plugs and wires on our CTS-V (not an easy job on those LSAs) in no time and charged a reasonable price. We'll definitely go back for anything we need for our vehicles.

Professional, knowledgeable, and honest! They definitely saved me some $. A quick discussion of the problem over the phone was enough to convince me to take it in. A few hours later (no appointment!) they had identified the issue and had the part replaced for me and I was back on the road. Several people highly recommended Tovars Hutto Automotive to me. Took my car in last week---and I must say, best experience I've had in regard to automotive repair. Excellent service, reasonable/competitive pricing, reasonable turn around time, very humble and friendly owners/staff. I will definitely be recommending them to others; as well as using them from now on as my go-to auto repair specialist :)

Second time returning to Tovars. I m comfortable in that I don t feel as if I m pressured to have work done as with most repair shops. The work I ve had done has been done to my satisfaction. Customer service is the cherry on top; all the way from Thane and Christa in the front office, to Nick and Chris in the shop. Chris ALWAYS follows up with me to assure that I m pleased with the work. I really appreciate that. I will definitely return for car repairs and will refer others to the shop. Thank you guys for all that you do!

Was getting quotes for some work on my truck and heard good things about this place. Spoke with Alex about my basic ideas and left with a clear cut plan and some new ideas. He took the time to walk me through the process and what it would take to do it right. Ended up with a perfect project and a new go to shop.

Hutto Automotive was extremely helpful when I needed something fixed, prices were great and service was amazing and time efficient. Elmer Hernandez was most very helpful to help figure out a cost and get an estimate, and if I didn t understand, he went to great lengths to explain what the workers are doing and how it s being taken care of. Overall a very good place if you need something fixed on your vehicle!!!

Granddaughter had two fault sensor indicated, 1. Rear Lights Failure fault and 2. Brake Service required. Brakes were fully inspected and no fault and a reset only was required. The rear lights fault indicated electronic and light assembly were defective. The light assembly was bad to the electronics. Tovars only repaired up to a fault-free and saved me money on not replacing good parts. They were also true to the time for the repair work also. Saved me time and money and that is not easy to find always in this business. Trusted repair shop for me.

Hutto Automotive is the most outstanding and professional automotive repair shop I have had the privilege in having my car and truck repairs done with no hidden charges or pressures. Always up front in their diagnosis and always in contact with their customers as the repairs are being done. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
