Franks Auto Body is awesome. They are honest and have excellent service. I took my car in and got it fixed fast and the work is amazing. Looks brand new! They are friendly, honest and operate with integrity!! As a woman it can be difficult to find trustworthy mechanics and this place outdid themselves!! Will definitely be returning with any repairs and will definitely refer them to everyone!!

Got the vehicle back covered in dust and he claimed it had been washed, but judging by the receipt they left, it had been sitting around not worked on for a week.Left the garage and got a few miles before I realized the under body of my vehicle was falling off and getting destroyed by my tires. They neglected to replace the pins holding the underbody together, and when I returned, they just drilled some screws into it.They also didn't replace trim, broke clips and replaced with exposed double stick tape (seriously), didn't get all the dents that were agreed on and paid for, left paint drips and overspray, etc. This looks like an amateur job. Luckily, insurance gave me some money back when I reported this.I will not go back there. I will fix the remaining repairs myself. I hope I can save others from this experience.

I had a few scratches and a dent on my SUV. Franky was quick to respond to my text message. When I arrived for my estimate I had the final price within minutes. I then delivered my vehicle a few days later and within less than 48 hours it was ready to come home. Even better I paid by Venmo and everything was done. Quick easy. Brought in my Chrysler 300 to replace the bumper. Same day I dropped off the car Franky noticed a dent on the fender (unrelated to the bumper incident) and asked if I wanted it fixed. He gave me a reasonable quote so decided to have fender fixed as well. Car was ready to go within 2 days which was great as I did not go through insurance and did not have a rental. I got rear-ended and needed my car fixed fast and perfectly. We found Franky's on Google and couldn't have been happier. I was able to take the car in the same day and drop it off. Franky dealt with the other guys insurance company and fixed the car quickly and perfectly. Car looked brand new and spotless when I picked it up. I was looking for a shop for my truck after an accident that I had and came across Franks Auto Body. Franky was very professional and was able to get me in the very next day. The work on the truck looks fantastic. Definitely recommend for anybody looking for a customer centric experience with a high focus on their craft, this is the place to go. Highly recommend Frankys for any of your auto needs!I got my car entirely repainted and bodywork done for a great price. The service was impeccable and the finished product was like having a new car!The communication is stellar and everyone there is very friendly.I shopped around for quotes before I went to Frankys and had multiple other businesses tell me I needed to order thousands of dollars in new parts which I obviously didn t need Franky and his crew were honest and upfront with me about what my car needed and what they could do. After a run in with another vehicle, my brightly-colored Toyota Corolla IM needed repair and painting on the passenger side. Franky was able to get me in for a quote within a day, schedule the repair for a couple weeks out. He did a great job matching and painting my vehicle, adding in a touch up in the front, and I was very happy with the result. He was available when I needed to drop off and pick up during the weekend, and answered every text during the process within short order. I highly recommend Franky!Service: Painting

Shop told me they can fix everything due to an accident. I brought the car in, the blind spot detection on the list of things needing to be fixed. The shop said they could fix this issue. After going through insurance to use this shop, I got my car back. Everything was fine aside from the blind spot detection. Franky told me in text that everything was fixed. I was careful to document all my correspondence with this shop. After getting my car, I noticed the blind spot detection was not working.After going back and forth with Franky, I was directed to go to the dealership. It took me another 4 months to get my car into this dealership. They had my car for another week, this put me a total of 4 weeks without a car. After having the car for a week or so, they explained that the previous body shop did not put on the correct side mirror. Apparently Franky's used a cheap side mirror. I then had to wait for the part to come in, and then bring my car back in.In the beginning I was very clear with Franky. I need all these things fixed by one shop and I have a limited time to do them. I am now dragging on a year of going back and forth with the dealership, my insurance and the body shop which originally told me they can fix everything wrong with the car. Avoid this shop if you don't want to deal with the headaches I have had.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim
