I m giving 5 stars because I was greeted when I arrived and promptly assisted me with what I needed. First impressions say a lot about a company. I was passing through the area when I suddenly needed service, it was late in the day, but despite their busy schedule the service manager worked with me and was able to get my car on the schedule for the next morning. The service was completed within a reasonable time. The employees that I met or spoke to over the phone were friendly, knowledgeable, and were able to answer any questions I had.I would return in the future (if I needed service again while passing through).

Appointments do not matter at this place. On the phone they are friendly. In person friendly. But NO work gets done. Would give zero stars if I could. Was there last week, and they did not fix the problem when they said they did. You think they would put that top priority since they misdiagnosed it in the beginning. Brought it in last week for AC blowing warm air when idling. I sat there for 5 hours that day. They said it's good and ready to go. No issues. It blew hotter air that afternoon when I left the shop and did it when I was driving now. So I brought it back after I made an appointment 5 days ago. And I get there at 8 am. Sat there for almost 4 hours, and they never took it back. NEVER..... DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT GO HERE. READ THE REVIEWS BELOW MINE.

We were driving down the road and a wire got caught around our tire causing a flat. However, the tires were quite old and we didn't really want to replace them because the van is so old. Affording a new car or tires was not in the budget at this time but a nice, young gentleman was able to help us find the best deal on new tires and get them quickly. We are happy with the service and our experience at Firestone. Thank you.

I went here against my best judgement. Waited over an hour and a half for state inspection at 9am on a Saturday. 1 car ahead of me. I had to leave after wasting my 1 day off and getting nothing done. I will go to a local smaller company that respects time and customers. Thank you again for ensuring I never go to another Firestone for the rest of my life. I couldn't imagine going there for anything major.

Staff was very friendly. Willing to give me advice on future fixes on my vehicle. I was quoted a price to change my tires and they found cheaper ones available and was able to lower my price. I will come back in the future.

Worst location ever, don t waste your time , especially the guy in frontThe moment you see how heavy he is you know he won t take care of you because he can t even take care of himself , I would give this place no star, took my ford F150 for tire patch took about 4 hours and went flat again the same tire later in the evening, worst tires ever I will not take it to fire stone anymore they are not good at what they re doing

Took my truck there after it failed a state. Mike was very helpful and indicated that the previous inspection was false. Thanks Mike. Mike took extra Care to go out of his way to come and deal with my issue which he did not have to do. He read the report and actually came out to my truck to clarify the issue.

I initially brought my vehicle to the Stonehill Pflugerville location was told by that manager that it would take 2 days before my car would be looked at and had to leave it there. In the interim, I called the Hutto location was told my car would be looked at that same day so I drove to that location met with your Manager Robert he was very professional, respectful and courteous throughout my all visit. He had his technician pull my vehicle into the bay to start the process of diagnostic which I was quoted much lower than originally at the other location. Robert and his team diagnosed and repaired my vehicle less than 4 hrs. Thank you again Robert I will definitely recommend your location.

I went for my emissions test stayed for more than 2:30hrs. When I left my the dashboard shows tyre pressures sign which they said it is checked and started hearing noise. I have to take it other autoshops.

I had a recent experience with Firestone Car Repair when they quoted me $1500 for AC repairs, while another shop only charged $160 for the same service. Needless to say, I was shocked by the price difference. While I appreciate Firestone's expertise, their quote seemed significantly higher than what I ultimately paid elsewhere. It's important to shop around for auto repairs to ensure you're getting the best value for your money.

This location has multiple personalities. Over the phone Firestone is different from in person firestone. This is a pattern. I called and asked about replacing a tire on a spare/temporary rim. They said yes that would be no problem and I could drop the tire off. I went to the same location and then I was told they cannot get those temporary tires in and they tried ordering one a year ago and it never was delivered and it cost $300. These people will say anything over the phone and the service is par at best because they will "fix your car" but in the process break something else and not tell you, and if you find it in time good luck trying to prove Firestone was responsible for it. Youll be doing just as well by going to the dealership.

Great team, friendly helpful and knowledgeable. You always anticipate things being pricey but they will set you up with the best options to fit your budget. Didn t feel pushy in upselling things and the car was ready faster than expected.

Firestone took care of my car!!!! I'm so so so happy to find an honest mechanic. I will definitely be back, thank you so much.Update: I trust them 100%. They replaced both of my headlights when they went out for the first time within a few months of each other and they told me when they found the last person (not Firestone but I won't name them here) who changed my oil had not put the cap on correctly and my oil was leaking out. Scheduling is better if you call ahead and don't use the online scheduling because the online scheduling doesn't take their hours into account correctly. Online it lets you book 5pm on a Sunday, but they close at 5pm right now.

Horrible service. I called ahead and brought my vehicle in for an alignment only to be told they don't have time. I rescheduled and brought it in on Sunday for a 3pm appointment. We went to Lowe's and waited on a call from Firestone. When we drove by I saw my car had been moved, so we went to pick it up. (They didn't bother to call to let me know it was done)I was told they didn't align it because the entire front end was "shot" including my "upper ball joint" on the driver's side....which my suspension design does not have. It uses a thrust bearing camber plate design, a part which was replaced when I installed the coil springs and adjustable shocks. I was quoted $1400 to replace the front end parts - which I had just installed and are brand new (same parts numbers they quoted in fact). I know, because I installed everything myself at home on the lift. The brand new parts don't even have road grime on them yet. I brought my car home and put it back on the lift. I found that they had left the driver's side tie rod sleeve completely loose, saw the brand new parts, and still tried to charge me $1400 for parts I didn't need! This is a classic case of laziness and incompetence. I would never trust them with another one of our vehicles.

When making an appointment, the date and times should be more accurate. Made an appointment a few days ago, got a text confirmation yesterday, to get here and be told that they can't get to it today, and that the tech leaves early. I would have liked a phone call to let me know not to make the drive if I wasn't able to be seen today. The employee even said that appointments shouldn't be made online due to the availability not being very accurate. Online appointment scheduling is very convenient, but not when it doesn't work, or worse, when it's useless like today.

For a flat tire they told me to drop off vehicle and come after next morning and when I went in at 9 am they told me next is my vehicle. After 4-5 vehicles and 3.5 hrs of wait, they told me next is my vehicle. Would never recommend or go again for any repairs.

Made an appointment online. Got the confirmation it is good to go. Of course when I get there immediately I am told they can t do it and they emailed me 3 times to call to confirm. Never received any emails about that.Why do you have an appointment calendar if you can t go by it. Why is it confirmed online but a different story in person.Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else.

Awful experience. The customer service was TERRIBLE!!! Zero communication. Couldn't give me any updates on the status of the repair. Technicians went home early, making it where my vehicle wasn't ready to go till the day after it was supposed to be ready. Only the store manager was polite and easy to deal with on the phone. Everyone else was extremely rude or had no clue what was going on. Then they said the hold up was trying to get approval from the warranty company to do work I didn't ask for. I didn't ask for it because i knew it wasn't covered. All that, and now the evap system isn't working properly and it was working fine before they changed the fuel pump. So now i have a pretty little check engine light that won't go away until i find out where the problem is and fix it myself. Because there is no way im taking it back to those yahoos. Wish I didn't have to give the 1 star to leave a review, because they aren't deserving of that single star.

Purchased 4 new tires, and I got charged more than what was shown online as "OUT THE DOOR PRICE." It didn't say "Estimate." Of course, they say that it forgot to add something, but then they need to fix the website price.Also, they wanted to charge me for alignment check when it said online "Free Alignment check."I'm not sure if this is the norm at other stores, but at this store, it's a hit out miss.

They charge dealer like prices for awful service performed by poorly trained lazy "techs". I'm not even going to mention the attitude these people have. Just avoid at all costs!

Under new management! I'm hoping to have better luck there now. Under the old management, my tires wouldn't get rotated, and my wheel alignment wouldn't get done. As a result my tire wear was uneven. Mike (new manager) made it right with a discount on new tires and a promise for better future service.

While they did call me to "suggest" additional work for my car, it was something that I knew was needed. Normally I get upset at strongly worded upsell attempts, but I was expecting it.With Firestone, every location is different, and this is a good location. Polite, quick service, and good communication.

I live right down the street from here. I stopped by since I ve been calling all month but no one picked up the phone and I live a very busy lifestyle so I just wanted to make an appointment for Oil change and inspection. Tech told me that they don t have anyone doing inspection until almost a week later so made an appointment for the earliest early morning appointment they had that the inspector will be present. I showed up to my appointment and they told me the one who does inspection won t be in til an hour after my appointment and my oil change will still take a few hours because they had to order my filter. What was the point of the appointment? They knew my car when made the appointment. Just overall probably unorganized.

Called Friday morning and was told they were short staffed but if I could drop my truck and keys off they would do the alignment first thing in the morning. Hadn't heard anything by 1 so I called and was told my truck still hadn't been looked at. They wait until 6:15 to call me and tell me that all of my steering components would need to be replaced for them to do a simple alignment and that it would be around $2300. I told them to park my truck and not touch it again and that I would be up there immediately to get my keys. Once I got there they frantically searched for 10 minutes before finally finding the keys. Word to the wise avoid this location at all cost.Service: Wheel alignment

I made a reservation to have a tire plugged about 14 hours before the desired appointment. It accepted my appointment and provided a reservation number. This morning I received an email that my local store has not confirmed the appointment so I should call the store to confirm. I called the store twice and no one answered the phone after 9am. I then went to chat and started a chat session and was told they never had my reservation number. There is a serious flaw with Firestone when their reservation system doesn't work, their stores don't answer phones. All this results in very poor customer service and frustrated customers. I will not be using this company again!Avoid the frustration and go somewhere else where they value their customers.

I brought my truck in for an oil change and and inspection and I left it there and ran some errands. I got a call at 12:30 that the truck was finished. I showed up at 1pm to find out that my windshield wipers were bad and that they needed to be replaced. I agreed and they tore my old blades off just to find out that they didn t have my wiper blades in stock. It is currently 3pm and the wiper blades still are not in stock. I live in New Braunfels and took my parents recommendation to come here. Staff gave me attitude when I mentioned that I needed to get on the road. Now I m stuck here and definitely don t plan on coming back. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Place is garbage.Service: Oil change

Said vehicle was done, was not. Had pieces on the ground. No technician. Nobody called, for updates. Worst customer experience.
