Some people leave reviews because they are mad. I am only leaving this review to warn you. You will be much better off going to the dealership. You will Pay a little extra and have peace of mind it was done right. I took my truck 97 f250 to this guy and 2 years and 3 months later, I got my truck back. He was supposed to rebuild my engine instead he swapped it out for a 1995 model. This was never talked about or agreed upon. I did not realize this until the thermostat was not working and I had another mechanic look at the truck. There is a difference between the 97 and 95 year model trucks. During this 2 year period he would ghost me especially after I sent him half of what he said it would cost. (5000.00 for parts he says). When he finally told me the truck was ready he had increased the price by another 4000.00. I refused to pay the increase because that is not the original price I was quoted. Plus he had my truck for over 2 years. I have had to put the truck back into the shop since I got it back from him a month ago. He is not honest or trustworthy. I would like to tell the entire story but I am running out of space. Do yourself a favor and Please learn from my mistake. Take your vehicle somewhere else anywhere else. It s just not worth the headache dealing with these people.

FANTASTIC service and reasonable price. Took care of multiple issues and updated the computer on our F250 diesel. Stayed open late so we could get there with the truck and he could work on it the next day, as he was going out of town. Will use him for all our diesel repairs and recommend him to our friends!!

This is a shop you can trust. The Byron knows what he is doing. Custom fabricator, knowledgeable, tuner, fixer, you name it this guy is great!He came under good recommendation from my neighbor so I tried him out, he was able to get me a quote and get my truck fixed within a week of me first contacting him. I was able to get more work done for less than I expected to pay and less than I was quoted anywhere else.The work is great quality And he had recommendations to promote the longevity of my engine that I had never even thought about before. He was able to save me some cash due to his recommendations and my truck is driving better than it ever has since I've owned it.100% recommend

This guy helped me with my trucks SCR system and I ve had it for 4 years now with no issues, this guys the real deal and charges a fair price for the high caliber of skill you get I am very satisfied with his work

Byron and his staff are awesome. I originally brought my truck to Covert Ford for repairs. They determined that the fuel system needed replacement at a cost of just under 20k with a 2 month back order for the parts. I had it towed to Eddins House of Diesel, and 2 days later, my truck was ready. Bad fuel return line and 1 injector. If your Diesel needs work, take it to Byron.

Byron is one hell of a mechanic! I will not take my F250 anywhere else to get worked on. He is always very thorough about everything and takes the time to explain the problems. Totally recommend!

Man, I can't say thank you enough for the quality of work Byron and crew did for my old truck. If you have a powerstroke, do not hesitate to swing by and chat with them about upgrades, repairs, or small improvements. I haven't said this in years but I will be bringing my truck back every chance I get to throw some money at it!

I'm so thrilled that I found this place. I had my 2003 7.3 Powerstroke at two other shops, for weeks, only for those shops to misdiagnose a pretty severe oil leak and front end noise. I was able to drop my truck off at Eddins House of Diesel and they had it figured out in a couple of hours. I was on the fence about getting rid of the truck. But, now that I know about this shop, I'm keeping it forever! I am 100% confident, they can take care of ANY issue that comes up.Can't recommend them enough. He only works on Ford Diesels and he s unbelievably knowledgeable and honest. Process THIS I drive my truck to him 2 hrs from San Antonio. He s that good. About 60 seconds into his explanation of a problem and you realize just how much he knows. Incredible.

Very professional! Also the mist reasonable price around! I put DEF in my fuel tank and called around to all the other shops and they said I would need to replace everything within my field system and it would cost around 12,000. They suggested I call my insurance company. I had a neighbor give me the phone number to this shop and they had me up and running in a couple of days! My truck runs better now than it did when I bought it new. 2020 Ram. So thankful for these honest people! I have a forever mechanic.. finally!Service: Exhaust

Diesel fanatics know a good diesel place is like finding gold. This place is gold.Take mine there 10 plus years ago rolling 400k miles this week.Took my son's 6.7L in for a starter, said bring it back and we will fix what someone else "fixed" prior to my son buying it.Now, better fuel mileage, better power, sounds better.Give them a go!

Best diesel mechanic around Central Texas. Engineering level knowledge of the operational theory and experienced with all facets of the engines operation and maintenance. Eddins is capable of redesigning the OEM hardware to make it more reliable and has several proven designs on the road.

I was on my way from Phoenix to Baltimore and was lucky enough to have needed repairs close to this shop. They were able to fix issues I had, and also correct those left by other shops, always checking to see if I wanted the extra work done. Really can't say enough about this shop.

Great experience, he really knows his diesels!!! He knows them so well he could tell what make and year model truck just by looking at a small plastic clip. That's very impressive to me.
