I just recently got my Tacoma truck back from Crash Champions for a small finder bender , rear bumper damage from a low speed rear end collision. When I got my vehicle back it had a new bumper and bumper pieces but still looked like it was in a wreck . I found out after market parts were used instead of OEM Toyota parts. These parts didn t match up, big gaps on one side of the bumper. Parts not aligned just right so I returned my Tacoma to Crash Champions. I was contacted by the service manager and he assured me that OEM parts would be put on my Tacoma to make this right. Thank you so much for taking the time to contact me and making my truck look awesome.

Not the same quality of customer service as Service King.I have been waiting for more than 3 weeks for a quote to fix a wheel and a small crash on the front bumper.For some reason that I still don t understand the two times I have called about it they just tell me that the quote is ready and they will send it soon.Nothing happened. Will never go to any Crash Champions after this.Way to ruin the impression I had from when it was Service King.

I have brought my vehicles from my fleet here several times. Every time it's the same - great service and great communication. The repairs have always been good too. I would highly recommend this team. They are top notch and seem to have a great leader.

Our Tahoe was brought to this location and Mrs. Terry got us fixed up, quick and handled everything with our insurance company, we can t thank her enough! If you have to come here, reach out to her and see if she can help you like she did for us!

So far, my experience with this location has been awful. Was quoted two weeks to two months for repair, based on location of parts and approval from insurance company. That is understandable. I have an 18 year old vehicle, and don t care if it s not physically all perfect again, but a completely smashed tail light needs replacement, so we took it in. After a week and a half, I had to reach out to them, since I hadn t heard anything.My first update from them came two weeks after dropping off my vehicle, as a te t message, at 9 pm at night?!?!?!?Today, it s been almost a month since I took my car in, and was told I would get updates twice a week, just so I could know what was happening, and I have only been updated three times total.All other updates I have, are because I called them.Last update they gave me was 12 days ago, and when I called today, they were like, well? We don t have anything new since last update. Why advise that you will update me twice a week and go almost two weeks without anything?If you are waiting to hear back from the insurance company? hi! We are still awaiting a decision from the insurance company and are reaching out to them again today. That s an update ..I will keep updating my review, but it will definitely still be 1 star

Service King should be called Scam King! I had an appointment to get my bumper replaced. I had received a $1200 estimate which I agreed to, and received an appointment a few weeks out. I showed up this morning, to be told several things that should have been shared at the time of the appoint/estimate. Your appointment for this service is ONLY to pay for it. They do not order the parts for the repair until the service is paid for in advance. As I was preparing to pay for the service in advance, I tried to get an estimate of how long it would take and when the parts would arrive. They COULD NOT say at all, it could take days or weeks. I am to leave my car with them, they will take the bumper off and see what parts they need (this could take days), then they will order them (this could take days or weeks), then they will fix it (this could take 3 or more days minimum). So I said, OK, I'll leave my car for you to see what parts are required and I'll come back and get it when you order the parts, and we can make a REAL appointment after you receive the parts. Oh no, because they would have taken the bumper off and wouldn't be able to put it back on for me to drive. Then, they looked at the estimate I was about to pay for and "discovered" it was wrong, and upped it from $1200 to $1777!!! Service King does not know what an estimate is, nor do they understand the concept of appointment. I left and had to pay the UBER I had ordered to take me home, even though I drove my own car back home. This company is a total scam, cannot make an appointment, cannot make an estimate, cannot do the job!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!Service: Body & Trim

Service King was great! Kia kept losing our parts and pushing our repair off for over 3 weeks until the day before I got induced with my baby. Service King got the parts the day before I got induced and made sure we were the priority so we could have our car with our carseat and camera. I'm so thankful for their hard work!!They sent me texts and called me everyday to keep me updated through the whole process. Their customer service is unbeatable!We got our car back the morning before my induction detailed and washed so it was clean for our baby boy! I cannot thank them enough for taking care of us!

I had hail damage to 2 of my cars. They repaired the first car within a few days then started the next one a day later. They do excellent work! When I first notified my insurance agent, he said it may take months to get it looked at. I have used this repair shop before and was impressed with their customer service and work, so if you need quick outstanding service, go to the KING.......Service King in Hutto!!Service: Body & Trim

I couldn't be more happy with the fitment and finish work. I was constantly updated through out the process. The expectations were set up front on possibility of back ordered parts that are out of any body shops control. The manufacturer indeed had back ordered parts to send to the shop. I was updated properly and understood the process from the beginning and didn't worry. 10 out of 10 customer service!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great service! Great repair! I stopped at Service King in Hutto on a Saturday morning to see about repairing some rear end damage on my Grand Chereokee. Terrie was thorough and patient explaining the repair process and how the insurance worked. A little over a week later on a Monday I dropped my car off and picked up a rental car. 4 days later on Friday Terrie called to tell me my car was fixed and ready. The repair was very well done; looks like new; and the service from start to finish was excellent. They definitely earned a 5 star rating!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Back in 2017 when I wrecked my new Ford F150 I found Service King in Georgetown. I was so happy with the care they took with my truck. So recently when a deer wrecked my little Mazda 3 that I thought for sure was a gonner, once again Service King came thru. This time we found the Hutto Service King location (closer to home) and we were extremely satisfied with the work done on my little Mazda. They restored my baby back to factory condition. Communication was great the entire time. Yes there was some delays due to the part shortage in the U.S. but they allowed me to go physically check on my car so that I can feel reassured that it's not just sitting in a field with grass growing over it. What I found was a Service tech physically working on my car and communicated every detail on what he was waiting on. I was so relieved. Thank you Hutto Service King Team!! You all exceeded my expectations.

1 year waiting and my car is still not fixed, always when i call and ask about parts coming in and them start to work on my car, They tell me we call u back they never call me, my car still not fixed as of now they keep putting it off saying they need to order more parts make me wait longer, i will not go there anymore and neither should you.

I am very happy to report my experience was excellent with Service King. My car had extensive damage from a deer I was concerned that the car would not be able to be fixed properly. Service King did an excellent job I have looked over all areas of the repair no one can tell the repairs had to happen the car looks new. Service King kept me informed from start to finish and returned the car to me clean inside and out! Excellent work Excellent customer service!

Very rude receptionist. Implied that I wasn t an adult for not keeping up with paperwork from a different auto shop. I made an appt to get a repair continued but their business line is apparently answered by a call center that isn't informed what can or can't be done at this facility. Wasted weeks of my life and time off work.

My car had been hit in a parking lot. The claim was being handled through the other party's insurance. I took my car to Service King and from the beginning to the end, I was informed of the process and my vehicle looked great when I picked it up. They coordinated with the insurance company and had a rental car there for me as well. All in all, a very smooth experience. Service King in Hutto is one of the best repair shops I have ever been to. When I needed repairs on my front bumper they gave me a quote in a timely manner and explained all the repairs that needed to be done to my car. Terry at the front was very sweet and kind and patient with me. While my car was at the shop I got text notifications throughout the whole process and it was even ready before the expected completion date (less than a week). We dropped off our car with substantial hail damage. They arranged our rental car and told us it would taken a couple weeks for the repairs. Just as the first week was ending, we received a call that the repairs were complete. They even delivered our car to the rental car company for us. Thank you Service King for an outstanding job.

What s different about Service King is that they have extremely courteous, personable, and knowledgeable ladies who answer your call. Every time! What s even more incredible is that these ladies can tell you the exact status of your car every time you call. Pleased with every aspect of my recent car repair. Bait and switch. Scam. Do not recommend. Short version: quote for timeframe of work radically changed between day of quote day and day of scheduled appointment with no change in scope of work. Long juicy version: I found them through my insurance company as a preferred provider. I scheduled an appointment with them for an on site in person estimate. I was told both by them and reassured by the insurance company after an on site in person estimate the work will only take 3 days. I scheduled an appointment at their request more than one month out which is a bit much but I complied. I arrive for scheduled appointment... Suddenly, they need my car for an ENTIRE MONTH to complete the repair work. Not being senile or on mind altering drugs, I ask what about the 3 days I was quoted. They quickly and easily acknowledged that the quote was for 3 days and that's what they told the insurance company too. I was incredulous. They offered no apology and no explaination was forthcoming. When I pushed for an explanation this is what i was told: that the work to be done within the original scope of work that was quoted included that the headliner will need to be removed and that this alone will take them a week to remove. This "explanation" only accounts for an additional week not three additional weeks. SO...why not include that ridiculously long headliner removal time in the original quote? Why has the time line suddenly changed? Why wasn't it mentioned during the month which I was waiting for the appointment? Or during the chat they had with insurance company? Fishy. Do not recommend. They don't value me as a customer or my time. I have given my insurance company an earful about this company's practices too.

After picking up my truck three days after a confirmed pick up date via text my truck had a check engine light along with a immediate shut down notice from my trucks computer that was not on when the truck was dropped off. After taking the truck back to the Service King shop in Hutto I was told it was an oil sensor and it was my problem. After inspecting my truck further I found the mufflers hanger was still bent and muffler was not secured to the frame witch is not only lazy but unsafe for a shop that claims to be kings of Service. With other damage and scratches caused from disasembley and not repaired or touched up, missing emblems along with many other short cuts for a supposed $7,900 job is shameful. My only positive would be the additional work that was quoted and agreed upon was later raised so I declined. Great decision on my part but regretful I went in first place.

You never want to have to use a body repair service, but when an accident happens you don't have much of a choice. Service King was a pleasant and seemless experience. Overall the experience was good the staffs were friendly and polite. My car took little longer to get repaired because of parts delay. Overall it was Good experience. Definitely going back.
