I did a simple oil change here for my new 2023, platinum max expedition Ford. The oil change was 2 hours with appointment and plenty of oily finger prints inside my white leather interiors, on the hood and both front doors. My hands were all greased up after the drive home from touching the steering wheel. I spent another 30 minutes with my husband's help trying to remove all the oily finger prints inside my car. If this is how a Ford service is going to be, this will be my last Ford!

He gave me several options and took the time to really let me explore the different features of a few Mustangs. Color and performance is what I was looking for and I found the car I love! Emilia Gibbs was my salesperson. She was super friendly and knowledgeable & helped me buy a really nice used car. She was super patient and kept me company while the finance team worked hard to find me a loan.Johnny Townsend was the Finance Manager who helped me make the deal with my less than perfect credit. He was really nice and understood that I really needed a car ASAP.The car is in near perfect condition and drives like new. When I need another car, I m buying from them.

Bought my first truck here and I m very happy with it! First to help us was Luis Garcia who was really helpful and did everything he could to find the right truck for us. Then, Javier Borja finished the process and thanks to him we closed a good deal. Javier was really nice, helpful, patient and overall a sales person I felt confident with. He promised to install leather seats on my truck and he did. 100% recommended!

Luis Garcia and his manager Josh went above and beyond my expectations! They were so patient and helpful in finding the perfect car for me and my husband. After looking and test driving several cars, we fell in love with a beautiful mustang! Josh was thorough in checking all discounts and warranties available to us and Luis professionally explained the entire process to us and made us feel so comfortable. When we first reached out about the vehicle we were interested in, Travis immediately responded and answered all of our questions thoroughly. When we got to the dealership, he found us right away and went over everything with a fine comb for us. He knew our price and worked with us on everything to make sure we were able to sign a deal. Our finances were put on a brief hold by the bank, and our financial officer David helped us prep all the paperwork and close the deal to secure the vehicle. It was a quick, painless transfer of funds the next day. This was our first new purchase, and it was a great experience because of this crew.

Last week I serviced my Ford Ranger 2021 at Covert Ford of Hutto. That was not a first time at this Ford Service center, but definitely the last one!! My last time experience was awful from many prospectives: communication with the customers, professionalism of the staff, care about your car.I decided to service my car at 30k miles before going to a long trip from Texas to Colorado (~2000 miles round trip). I scheduled an appointment and dropped off my car in time. I explained to the consultant that I needed 30k miles service which is factory recommended (excessive list of items to check or replace). We agreed, that they will inspect, call me back to list these items and give me a quote.Care about your car:1. On my way back home from Colorado to Texas I opened the hood to add windshield washer and figured out that antifreeze tank is opened and antifreeze liquid had evaporated!!! So my engine was about to overheat and stuck because of the careless of the Covert Ford of Hutto staff!! (see image attached to this review). Just FYI: this tank must be always closed and it must have high pressure (about 20 psi)2. After servicing my car at Ford service centers, I would like to be sure that work is performed by professionals and my Ford Ranger will be working as expected. But definitely I am not in position to check their work, every screw, every lid and every liquid!!Professionalism of the staff:1. consultant didn t know a recommended 30k miles service checklist and was not able to tell me what they are going to do. So we agreed that they will call me back with scope of work and quote (note: no one call me back!)2. Eventually, they did a standard oil change and tire rotation only! And yes, they didn t forget to open antifreeze tank!Communication with the customers:1. During the day I was waiting for Covert Ford of Hutto to call me back and tell me what they are going to do and how much it is going to cost me. Eventually, no one call me back, so I called them in the evening to check on my car. After several holds and waitings, they told me that they done with my car and I owe them ~$100! Please, don t get me wrong, $100 is not a big deal for me, but I am concerned that they did something with my car and gave me an invoice without getting my contest on that. What if the next time that will be not a $100, but $500 or $2000?! Is it a way to do a business?2. Check out experience was another story To keep it short: I paid my invoice online before coming to service center for the car. I approached service desk to pick up my key (they had my key on front desk), but the lady on front desk sent me to consult. I went to consultant, waited for him ~5-10 mins to finish his phone conversation and he told me: pick up your key at front desk . (These 7 words!!!) So I came back to front desk. My keys are still on her table, but front desk lady already gone. After another waiting, I asked someone to help me to get my keys so I can leave. Another unhappy gentleman almost thrown keys at me without out giving that damn invoice to me.Covert Ford of Hutto customer communication just ruins your day, but their unprofessional care about the car almost destroyed my Ford Rager, and almost ruined our long awaited vacation as you definitely don t want to stuck in the middle of Colorado in winter with failed engine!

Mireya Sanchez and Jordan helped my husband make his big purchase! My husband went in looking for a specific truck but the truck was at another dealership. Jordan took his time with helping my husband find a truck that was within his budget range but also made sure to find him a truck that would be worth buying! He listened to exactly what he was looking for and asked questions to get a better feel for what he could offer off the lot. Mireya went in and made sure the truck was taken care of prior to pick up and texted us with every update! We cannot thank them enough for making this such a great experience for us. Bought a Car last week Monday. Told me it'd be ready after some minor fixes that they found during an initial UCI. Said it'd be ready GUARANTEED Maximum Next Week Monday. Ergo Today. Call them to give me an Update. Told me now it won't be done until Wednesday. Was originally informed that once you purchase the vehicle they expedite the fixes. Bought Car Monday, Fixes finally approved FRIDAY, BARELY Start working on the car Monday and then being told it won't be done until Wednesday. Doesn't seem very Expedited to me. Seems like USPS got a hold of the car and lost it in the mailing system.

Could not be happier with my experience at Covert Ford. I worked with Chris Huff and he showed me a few trucks before finding one that fit my budget, needs and criteria that I liked. He was very welcoming, professional and honest throughout the whole process and made it very enjoyable. I really appreciated his honesty and hope to work with him in the future for more purchases. I drove 2 hours from San Antonio to Hutto and I will absolutely be doing it again whenever it s time to purchase my next truck. I also worked with David Cuellar who went above and beyond and was able to find me a rate that beat my credit union s, incredibly smooth process throughout. The Owner Chance Covert also called me and offered his help with any questions or doubts I may have and that was greatly appreciated. This level of customer service is uncommon and these guys are the absolute best at it. Cannot say enough great things about the people at Covert Ford. Highly recommend doing business with them!

I took my vehicle (11 year old F-150, with 208,000 miles) here for service. Requested a diagnosis for a left front tire issue, door issue, an oil change, and a tire rotation. They were advised I was replacing the truck, and wanted no work done, just the requested issue diagnosed. 3-5 days was the estimated time frame. 8 days later, with me leaving voicemails, and showing up in person prior to getting any response, I got my truck back. I was told that I slipped through the cracks. Quoted me 8,000 dollars for work that I told them I did not want (rear end work), never requested, and never received any official diagnosis of the left front tire issue. I was out of a truck for 8 days and charged $270.00 for what was essentially an oil change and notice that my truck was old. As I told them, I was replacing the truck, so I spoke to a sales manager about my issue with the service department. As a lifetime ford owner, I was willing to give them a chance to sell me a truck if they at least reached back out. Well after he told me that he would call me the next day after he talked to them, surprisingly no call. Glad to see that a month later the truck I was interested in is still taking up space on their lot. Ended up buying a new truck from Mac Haik DCJR in Georgetown. Their service was so bad that a lifetime ford owner will never buy another one of their products. Funnily enough as I was shopping, I explained my issue to two other dealerships and they guessed which one I was talking about.

I was in the market for a new suburban. As a small business owner I didn t have time to go by and see what was available.I was fortunate enough to get Amber Neighbors as my sales rep. I told her what I was looking for and she found exactly what I wanted. I spent less than a couple hours there onsite. I took my Ford F-150 into Covert Ford in Hutto, Texas. What a wonderful experience it was! My Service Advisor was Mr.John Schmidt and he was a the top of his game He ensured my Truck was properly cared for and made arrangements to get me back to my home so that I was able to get on with my busy day. When my vehicle was completed; he sent his people to deliver my truck back at my house. I have never had this kind of AMAZING service from any car dealer! I highly recommend this Dealership! We started the car buying process with Javier from Houston with a trade and when he noticed things weren t working for us, he found a way. He upgraded our needs from a lightly used truck to a 2024 with no change in our monthly payment( what our condition was) and even had everything ready when we got to Hutto. The customer service was superb and the sales manager and Javier killed the deal in less that 2 hours. Thank you from the Sanchez Family.

Just had some warranty service completed at this dealership s service lane. The experience was less than great, to say the least.When scheduling the appointment we were told the dealer had no loaner cars to offer us while our truck was in. Instead, we were given specific instructions regarding obtaining a rental vehicle that Ford would later reimburse. We followed those instructions exactly. That information later turned out to be incorrect, causing us to have to ping-pong between the dealer, the rental agency we used, and now Ford s national customer service line.When I explained to our service rep exactly what was told to me his response was No. I know them and they would never say that. No review of the calls we had made with the prior service lane individuals to see what they actually said; no acknowledgment that they could even make a mistake. He was comfortable with telling me that both I and my wife - who were actually present for these prior calls - were liars.Throughout the multi-day interaction these sorts of statements continued, always followed with I m trying to help you. Just because you say something over and over doesn t make it true. I run a business of my own, and worked in customer service for almost a decade prior, including training others for a fortune 500 finance company in their customer service skills. This wasn t it.We have some other work to be done on our truck that the service lane couldn t take care of this time, but I won t be bringing the truck back to this dealer. And while the sales team at Covert was exceptional, we probably won t be buying any more vehicles from them in the future.

Reached out twice to service department to find out if I could use my ford pass rewards points. I had over 42,000 points I wanted to use for oil change and tire rotation. Told the person I called they were expiring so I needed to find out and was told I d receive a call back. Twice no call back. Terrible customer service and now my points have expired. Apparently their service dept only wanted paid work, wasn t worth a call back. What s the point in having a reward system that you won t honor?

I ve never liked buying cars but this time the experience was so stress free. I worked with Junior. He was very informative and made sure that all my concerns were addressed.I was not at the dealership all day. The finance process was stress free and they worked and got the best interest rate for my deal. I can t believe I have a new car AND I got my car tag in less than a week. The next time I need a vehicle I will be coming back.

I purchased a brand new F-150 4x4 Ford truck. Ford knows how to make a good truck. Me and my family drove it from Texas to Buffalo New York for Christmas and we were hit with a massive snow storm. Me and my family drove out of the snow storm right back to Texas. Put the truck in 4 wheel drive and rip it. We drove by 4-8 other abandoned trucks on the side of the road (they were not Ford trucks).Covert in Hutto has great customer service, awesome vehicles and I got a great apr rate on my truck.I will definitely recommend to everyone.
