Took my car in with maybe a serious issue, and they managed to repair the same day. I also had them do additional work since the car has 170,000 miles on it. When I dropped the car off this morning they gave me a ride back home. Great service. Recommend.

I m new in area, and chose this place based off reviews and it didn t let me down. I came in for brakes and change of fluids. Everyone was super nice, offering waters cool or room temp, and baked cookies. They were even nice enough to let me know that I didn t need brakes at the moment, instead of just taking my money. One of the best mechanic experiences I ve had.

Had my car in twice for various things, it's a 1995. The techs did a fantastic job both times. Car runs and sounds great! They took the time to listen to me talk and show them the issues, always smiled, genuinely nice in every interaction. I won't be going anywhere else for my vehicle needs.

Stopped in for an inspection after stopping at several other places who told me they didn't do inspections after 3 or 4. They were an absolute breath of fresh air. Inspection was done within 20 minutes, they gave us cookies, and had a play area for my children. It was truly refreshing after a long day of running errands. They are a gem and a real blessing. I will be going there for all of my car's needs!

No place is as friendly as this place. It is nicely decorated, not like the "usual" shop decor you see! ICK! It is comfy waiting, warm cookies, coffee, etc...and they are fast, thorough and I feel like my car is in good hands. What a great place.

First time visiting and was very pleased with the service. Stopped in for a vehicle inspection and the gentleman were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I recently moved to Hutto from NY and will be returning here for all my automotive maintenance and repairs.Thank you CB Auto.

You can t beat the friendliness and ease of service here. The courtesy shuttle took me home while I waited for the work to be done, and I absolutely LOVE the text message system to approve/decline work. It s so helpful and easier to understand than at other shops. However, the price of your service is almost always going to be pricier here, so it s not the cheapest place you could choose. But it s always very seamless!

Initial visit, I was informed a diagnostic would take less than an hour. I asked to schedule an appointment for 12 pm the following day. They said no one would be working between 12 pm and 1 pm. I scheduled an appointment for 11 am. I checked in my car before 11 am. At 12 pm they had "not scheduled a tech" to my car yet. What's the point of scheduling an appointment if you aren't going to diagnose the vehicle when you say you will. You will charge me for the time it takes you to diagnose a problem, but you show no value for my time while I'm waiting.

Christian Brothers Automotive is a great place to have my car serviced for any problems or concerns. They are professional in every area. The work quickly at finding the problem and getting back to me so I m able to take the next step. I would recommend them to anyone! Great service!!

The customer service at Christian Brother Automotive in Hutto was exceptional! My appointment was at the end of the day, but I was greeted as if I was the first customer of the day. The young man who processed my bill was fantastic as well.

Great customer service and great communication with what work was needing to be done and not over sale anything that didn t. That means a lot to me and they earn my trust. I don t often leave reviews, but I was so impressed with the professionalism.I have a fleet vehicle and they took care of calling and getting authorization to get the work done. Saved me the hassle and headaches!Quick turnaround and got me back in my vehicle following morning as promised.They gave me a ride home and even offered to pick me up.The place is clean and waiting area is very comfortable.I highly recommend anyone in the Hutto/RR/Taylor area to give these CB a try you will not disappointed.Service: Brakes

I ve been using Christian brothers for at least four years now. I ve never had an issue up until the last two times that I ve visited. I brought my vehicle in because the front left side was squeaking and I started having an electrical issue with my vehicle. I was adamant when I told the office manager I just want the squeak fixed and told him that I believed it was the strut.They sent me the report, saying it was not the strut, it was the tie rod. Me not being a mechanic I agreed for the repairs. When I left, I could still hear the squeak on the front, I called and informed the manager the truck was still making the squeaking sound. Note: the truck had been at the shop for about a week at this point. So I just thought I would bring it back whenever I had time I have multiple vehicles to drive in the meantime, and would just use my truck when I needed to tow stuff.I had to haul equipment down to Matagorda, Texas and on my way back my electrical issue started again. The exact same thing that it was doing before. The radio starts going off and on. I couldn t roll the front two windows down and my side warning sensor was malfunctioning.I took it back to Christian Brothers automotive so they could diagnose the problem. They sent me their diagnostics and said they could not hear the squeak and the electrical seemed fine. I told them I would be by today and would be happy to show them. When I arrived, there appeared to be two managers were waiting outside. We acknowledged each other and I walked right over to my truck, put my hand on the upper part driver side door and rocked the truck. Clearly load enough of a squeak for them to hear in front of the garage door bays. One of the managers just walked inside and the other one came and apologized. I asked him if they were going to be able to repair the issue and he said yes. This was on a Friday so I had to leave my truck over the weekend. On Monday they sent me another diagnostics report. Saying I should take it to the ram dealership and have them reprogram it and have the software updated. The strut needed to be replaced to fix the squeaking noise. They said that they could do the mechanical repairs, but they did not want to mess with the software and sent me a repair bill for $3000 again.Why would I pay you $3000 to fix something you couldn t fix the first time? I thought Christian brothers automotive offered a warranty with their work? I felt like Christian brothers were a reputable, God loving, Bible believing mechanic shop. Man was I wrong. Don t represent to be something that s godly and rip people off at the same time. Have some integrity. Aharon Krieter the owner was involved in this as well. I asked him to take the truck for a drive and tell me if you can hear the squeaking. It was very clear they lied multiple times. Over the phone and to my face. They don t warranty electrical work and because the boot tore on the tie rod it needed replaced anyways. I asked him for pictures of the tie rod in the report and It was the only picture that they did not have.To replace the front struts on a 2020 ram 1500 is $3000. That s at least what I was quoted. Aharon, why would I pay you $3000 again to try to fix what you couldn t fix the first time I gave you $3000? Christian brothers definitely isn t the honest shop it use to be.Photos are of the invoice of the original attempted repairs

I was so beyond impressed with this business. Very accommodating, so polite, timely. Offered snacks and water, had toys for my daughter. Did not think I was at a mechanics shop. So glad I picked Christian Brothers

Good service, bit pricey. They recommended several services after our inspection. A little sampling of things that would take you ten minutes and less than $20 at home: change engine filter (they asked $86, $15 at your local grocery store), fill up on coolant ($210 vs. $10), clean the corrosion off battery terminals ($44 vs. $1 for a can of Coca Cola that will do the job)

Have been taking my vehicles here for 8 years. The staff are friendly towards women instead of condescending like some automotive shops. They are also honest and don't push things on you.

Incredible service, remarkable people. I stopped in after getting a battery jump, had no appointment but the team worked me in. The cause of a newer battery going bad was quickly diagnosed, they took the time to explain why it happened and offered to leave me with the replaced parts. Any shop that offers to leave you with the replaced parts is confident they are only replacing bad parts. I live in Round Rock but will make the trip to Hutto to this Christian Brothers for my repairs. Thank you Aharon (the new owner of this location as of 10/23) and your team.

Replaced rear drums and shoes myself. But something wasn't right. Christian Bros. Hutto determined that the brakes need to be bled. No con games with them. They were honest and reasonable. Been taking my cars here since moving to Hutto, Texas when there is an issue with my vehicles that need a professionals eye. Thanks Christian Brothers for being an honorable and honest shop. I definitely would recommend this location.

Very happy customer! I had the best experience getting my annual car inspection. Last year, I had to go to 3 vehicle inspection businesses over several days to find a technician that was available (or working that day) to get an inspection. The professional customer service I received at the Hutto location was outstanding. I will definitely refer them to family and friends. Dropped my wife's QX80 yesterday for front radar sensor malfunction. The service advisor politely acknowledge me about the $170 diagnose fee which I accepted! Later, the same afternoon I received a call and technician told me that they were not able to diagnose the problem and I have to visit the dealer. Being a tech myself I knew that the problem is not obvious and requires special diagnostic tools which they may or may not have. My blood already started boiling since I thought they will charge me the fee and re direct me to the dealer for further investigation. I was pleasantly surprised when the service advisor apologized for their inability to diagnose the problem, gave me the keys and wish me a great day. Good to know still has honest shops around. If you folks need some service, stop by this place :)

EVERYONE who works at Hutto�Christian Brothers is so pleasant and my cars have been inspected promptly! Quickly and the do not try to add on services that are not necessary like two other businesses I USED to use, but no longer. The office where we wait during the inspection is so comfortable with lots of nice furniture and we were offered cold drinks while we waited the short time. CBA goes above and beyond for their customers! They are efficient and quick with their repairs and always do a great job. My sister was in from out of town and her car broke down, they went out of their way to make the repairs so she could get back to Florida on time. They never try to force repairs that aren t needed. They re kind and honest! We didn't have an appointment, but was able to walk in and get 2 state inspections in less than an hour. Customer service was great too. I would definitely recommend this place and will be coming here from now on!
