Exceptional Service and Expertise at Rush Truck Centers on Irving Blvd, Texas!!I recently had the pleasure of visiting Rush Truck Centers on Irving Blvd in Texas to address an ongoing issue with my Hino 268's speed limiter. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted warmly by Mark Brain and offered some excellent coffee, setting the tone for a positive experience.Mark Brain's professionalism and attentiveness stood out as he listened to my concerns regarding the speed limitations imposed by the previous owner. Without hesitation, he swiftly got to work, guiding me through the process of signing up and setting up the laptop on the vehicle.Though the task took some time, Mark's meticulous approach ensured that every detail was addressed thoroughly. Great people at this locationSince I have started bringing my truck here, I have been very pleased with their service. Recently I had a lot of trouble with my transmission. Mr GARY GAMBLET was very helpful, attentive and understanding with all of my troubles.If you have problem ask Mr Gary Gamblet,he is the B^E^S^TIf you want to buy part ask Mr Ryan,He is also one of my favorite personGOD BLESS YOU ALL

What more could I have wanted? It was diagnosed correctly, repaired with urgency, and communication was frequent. Dallas South is managed well, and the staff seems to care genuinely. I attempted to coordinate all of my repairs to this location for service.

Horrible place!! WARNING! Took two months to get truck fixed. THEY LIE AND SAY PARTS CAME IN WHEN IT NEVER DID. They like you add extra money to your bill by taking months to fix issues. BEWARE. They don't care and have no remorse!

I don t know where to begin. This is bad experience number 2. First experience: my truck was in the shop here for 5 full weeks back in January of this year to address an engine harness issue. When i got the truck back engine fan wouldn t turn off (which was not an issue beforehand ). Fast forward to the present my truck has been in the shop now for 3 weeks this time for an oil leak and to correct the earlier engine fan issue. This time a mechanic has quit in the process of fixing my truck, which put my truck back out in the parking lot waiting to be fixed again. I had to practically beg to my truck back in the shop and now still have no clue when my truck will be ready. I try to be as patient as possible but 8 weeks collectively to fix a truck is a tough pill to swallow. I normally don t leave reviews but wanted to , to make other drivers aware of an experience they could also have.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Stopped in this morning losing fuel from one of my common rail fuel pump units that I just had replaced 7 days prior at Peterbilt in Harleyville, SC. The customer service was friendly, polite, and professional. The mechanic was fast to get on the job. He was well knowledge as to what he was doing. They had my truck fixed in no time at all. Ken in service made sure that I was treated well. Best breakdown experience I have ever encountered in my 25yr career. Thank you Rush for your great service.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Went to a different place and had the truck serviced. They did a horrible job and left the old fuel lines on. Stopped to see Ken at rush and he made it all better!! Got us right in and did the repairs super fast and didn't break the bank. We will definitely be using them in the future!!! If I could give 6 stars, I would!

I had the worst possible experience with this shop. My truck was there for over a month. (If they could not fix it. that's all they had to say but instead they put my truck on the back lot somewhere until I started to really complain about how long it's taking them to fix it )The excuse the gave me was that they did not have the tool to diagnose the problem proprerly. Once they finally got the tool in and gave me a overpriced estimate. They doubled the price on the recommeded parts and one and a half price of the labor rate posted on the wall. The hourly rate posted is just for show. Once I saw the estimate.I decided to just go somewhere else. If you want a simple service like a oil change and a few filters replaced they might be able to get that done for you ..They did not replace my air filter until I was on my way out the door after having gone through the invoice again. OVERPRICED OVERPRICED OVERPRICED while the mechanics playing in the shop. Don't even bother to contact corporate with a complant.They will listen and never get back to you back with any updates. If you want to go out of business fast.Take your truck there...

Have fun getting a hold of someone there, I been on hold now for 35 min. I called from my cell just to check if I by mistake did not just land on a line that went to nowhere, but hey now over 20 min on Cell phone and over 35 min on business phone just to find out if they have a part. Never before have I even been on hold that long just to find out if a part is available or not and I have been calling part departments for over 15 years now. Just don't understand how can someone leave another person on hold for that long.

Came in with DEF problems checked in at 8:00 truck was taken in the shop at 8:30 the gentleman with beard and glasses was super nice ad front desk ! Mechanic found the issue right away as DEF sensor! Problem fixed less than a few hours!

This award goes to Becka. Thanks for ordering the wrong part and for being great at wasting my time. This turned into a 2 day thing when it could've done right the first time and after all that, I still didn't get the part. This place is wonderful

It took 3 days to do a pm and replace a leveling valve. Only to find out they never adjusted the leveling valve. Returned the next day and it seemed like this is normal business for them! Incredibly it looked like the mechanics had an attitude with me because of their workmanship! Another mechanic there tried to tell me I had a bad celluloid! SMH! Run from this place!

If Ivan is the mechanic working on your truck he will get the job done and explain things you didnt know prior. Solid individual, not lazy, knows his stuff, cares about the customers equipment whether it be a 500 truck mega fleet truck he is working on or some owner operators.

I had a major power steering leak and needed a new input shaft seal and called Brandon in the service department and he said he could get me right in. Him and the rest of the team had me up and going again in less than two hours. The whole crew is friendly and professional. I purchased a new truck, to me, (a 2017 international ProStar), and took it straight to this service center for them to inspect it before I started using it on the road.They performed a multi point inspection on the truck, changed all the oil s, filters, adjusted my clutch etc.The general manager, (Mr. Bell), was SUPER NICE & SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE, even helped me himself and educated me on all the new equipment and gadgets on the truck that I was not familiar with since I am a old-school trucker, trying to learn all the new trucking technology.All of this was done on a Saturday morning and they immediately took me in, took care of my needs and I was back out on the road in a very quick and timely fashion.Looks like I have found me a place I can trust and who will work with me to get me in and out so I can continue making a living for my family.GREAT JOB Rush!!!!!! Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Brakes, Oil change

Had a axle go in my Pete and got ahold of a couple of shops around the area, this seemed the best. I spoke with Kevin service manager and had my truck towed to their service center. They got my truck in on a timely manner and even showed me the parts that had gone bad. The mechanic Manzano was awesome to deal with, friendly knowledgeable and polite. I must say the entire crew from staff down to mechanics were friendly and professional. (Top Notch). I would recommend anyone needing repairs and a fair handshake, well then this is the place to come. Thanks Kevin and Manzano for all your help. Hey hand up for Rush Peterbilt, I lost electric power on the trailer and try to find the issue by myself, after I could not figure it out, I went to TA service center. They also could not figure it out but charge me anyways. Long story short I went nearest peterbilt dealership which is Rush Dallas, it was late night, they were open, talked with service manager, he was super nice, he said they are backed up for next 3 days and they could not help me, but he gave me another adress, and told me they can help next business day. Until here everything looks normal. But than he offer me stay there at night while i don t have electric. And go to other location early in the morning. This is something else, this is customer service, I stayed there with my trailer. Hey every truckers know it s not easy to find parking in Irving Tx, or Dallas Tx. Story did not end here, so early morning I went their other location. service manager, I thinks his name was Brandon, he knew what he is talking about. I had couple more questions on different parts, he explained to me by one by, all other stuff members were so friendly and also they knew what they are doing. Rush Peterbilt centers deserves a huge respects and thanks from me as a customer. Highly recommend them.Service: Electrical

Great people here at Rush Truck Centers Dallas South in Hutchins TX.I have a 2015 Kenworth t680 with a paccar mx13 engine so I went the the Kenworth dealer on Tuesday. I was told they could not get my truck in until Wednesday for diagnosis and that they were backed up 2 to 3 days before repairs could start.I called Kevin at Rush Peterbuilt Dallas South at 4:50 pm on Tuesday just before closing, explained my problem and they were able to work me in the next morning. Kevin even stayed after closing time to let me drop off my trailer in his secure lot.On Wednesday they took my truck in at 8am. All was going well and I was set to be fixed and on my way by closing at 5. However paccar changed the way some fitting connected to the new exhaust back pressure valve. Since the old parts could not be used and they didn't have new parts in stock, they had them overnighted. Kevin kept me informed all through this.Kevin and his team did everything they could to get me back on the road as quickly as they possibly could.This is a nice facility, clean and well maintained. The waiting lounge is small but nice. Could be bigger.I can not express enough how well my experience went and how grateful and thankful for the work and professionalism of Kevin and his team. Took my Tractor in for a state inspection, it failed due to a few minor repairs. I was told I'd get an estimate the following day. After calling every day of the week, I finally got an estimate one week later. I approved and they go to "work" on the tractor. I keep getting told that they are low on staff and will finish it asap. It has now been two weeks and it is not ready.

If ever I have an issue with my truck and I van still safely drive it I will always bring it here. The staff are friendly and honest and work gets done in a timely manner.
