Terrible service through the phone whenever I call they put me on hold from the moment they answer and then they hang up and then I tried to call back to get a quote and ability for two simple parts and they put me in 50 minutes of waiting. Please put people trained to answer calls.

They have lots of parts for my old freightliner way faster than going into dealer, to truck parking is only down side. I use them a lot good people good prices.

good place to get parts but parking is nonexistent, had to uber there only find out they don't allow guns so I had to leave and not get my parts , I had nowhere to put my gun.

If you're not hispanic don't go here. I stood at the counter for 8 minutes and wasn't helped or at least greeted by any of the workers yet two separate Hispanic males entered and was helped immediately. At that moment I realized Utility or Kenworth would appreciate my money more. If I could give zero stars i would

Man this place is AMAZING. Staff are SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL and these people go the extra mile. If they dont have your part they WILL get it.. And the PRICES ARE super low but the parts are HIGH QUALITY

Prices are about the only thing good here,I try ordering parts and telling them what I need but they just want part ## and can t help u look it up not even with the vin and tell u to call freightliner
