This Valvoline has some very knowledgeable technicians and they are always willing to answer all of my questions. They are always kind and helpful to all of their customers. I've been here about a dozen times over the last 8 months and they are always fast, but also careful to do a good job. I take all three of our vehicles for oil changes here as well as my two elderly neighbors vehicles. I can trust this place to not only my vehicle, but also my neighbors vehicles. I will be going back here and I have told all of my local friends to start going to this location as well. Two of my co-workers drive an extra 10 miles out of their way on Saturdays, just to have their vehicles serviced here. Thanks

Great customer service, good prices and they will not rip you off and will take good care of you. Been going to this particular Valvoline express for like 10 years never had a single problem with them. They are also very fast at getting your inspection done and they have an indoor waiting lobby to keep you cool when it's 100 degrees outside. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning, Oil change

I was greeted by a nice young man upon arriving. He told me my inspection would take about 30 minutes, but I was out of there in less than 15! Great service, friendly employees, and everything exceeded my expectations. I will be back!

The service at this location is top tier. The gentlemen that helped me this morning in Bay 1 were informative, quick, and very courteous. They did not push to charge me more than necessary, but provided me with a full scope understanding of my vehicle s current state and what preventative measures I could take to ensure it stays in good condition. Get a second opinion if they give you an expensive quote.My A/C was blowing hot & I brought in my vehicle for a diagnostic. I was told that the compressor was shot & it would cost about $1300 dollars. Thanking my lucky stars I didn t fork that over, because I went to a different shop & told them the situation; they checked it out for themselves. They told me that my compressor was running just fine & all I needed was for the Freon to be refilled.I m not making accusations, but going from this shop telling me $1300 for a serious repair, to another telling me $81 for a fluid refill is not a good look for this place. Coupled with the fact that I m a woman in her mid-twenties spells out that they tried to take advantage of my assumed ignorance of cars, have a shady business practice and shouldn t be trusted.Service: Air conditioning

I have been coming to this place since they built it about 20 years ago! They've always had great people running it and working there and they've always taken excellent care of me! The last year or so they had hired this guy as a manager and he's extremely rude and unprofessional! I will never again do business there! This must be why they have such a high turnover rate with their employees now! Whoever the new owner is needs to immediately terminate this guy and get better management!

Walked in for my state inspection without appointment and was taken cared of immediately. I was told that it would be done as quickly as possible and replied that I am not in a rush. The inspection was done very quickly anyway. Above and beyond my expectations. Great business!

These guys are really good. Been taking vehicles here for maintenance & service for several years. They are polite, quick & honest. Took my Chrysler van in. Check engine indicated thermostat replacement. First quote was $175 with a discount. Final was $141.07 with discount taken off labor since it took only an hour instead of the initial 11/2 hour initially quoted. I would recommend.

is very poor service.The guy's working there don't wanna work for real. Dosen't even professional when they're rejected to do services. I stopping by and was only One Truck they're working on it. And they said come back after 2 or 3 hours.I called back after an hour to do appointments. They said oh sorry we busy we can't work on your Truck. Is very low Services and unprofessional.

Seriously great experience. Nice from the moment I pulled up, to an unrelated issue to my oil change they were kind enough to assist with. Very kind, very professional and helpful. Whatever management is doing here, they're doing it well; this is truly the best experience I've ever had getting my oil changed, and this will definitely be my go-to place in the future.Service: Oil change

Friendly mechanics, did an inspection quickly, had to wait outside for awhile though. Three mechanics were busy looking at another car while I waited. Overall I would recommend them. Hopefully they will get to their customers faster next time. Would have been 5 stars.

I have used them almost exclusively for over two years. They are professional to the max. Prices are reasonable; service is excellent. I have never had to return because a job was either incomplete or not correct as I have with many other locations. All in my immediate family use Valvoline Express Care. I highly recommend Doug and his employees. They are excellent at what they do be it only an oil change or an inspection or more detailed engine work. Thanks for your dedication. You are really appreciated.

I drive from SW Fort Worth to have this shop do the work on my truck. Why? Because they are honest, fair pricing, and stand behind their work. Oil changes, inspections, brakes, or mechanical these guys have my business.

The guys who work here are great and know what they are doing. It was even better with Doug ran the place.Now a Brian is the District Manager and very rude and unhelpful. He has the local staff scared and under his is thumb.Brian is not the local manager he is the District Manager.I would not suggest using this place until it comes under better management. If something does go wrong Brian will not make it right.I had an oil change here and they left the nut lose. Brian would not make it right. I had a fuel pump housing replaced here,I bought the part through them and the lifetime warranty. Since they bought the part I cannot have it exchanged for a new part.Brian will not make it right. He will more than likely keep the Manager of store from making it right. Their reply to this may be that the offered a resolution. Their resolution had me driving 45 minutes away to a town that has not parts store. I expressed this to them. Ultimately Brian said he was not gonna help in anyway.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Great place to go. The guys are professionals they will take care of you. Highly recommend. I am a mechanic myself and I trust this place. After working on diesels all day you tend not to want to work on your own stuff. So yes I cheat and let these guys do the maintenance on my vehicles.

I've been going here for about 3 years now. We recently moved and it's not really convenient for me anymore but after trying a copule other shops that are closer to my house I realized it was worth the drive. My wife and I have always been treated with respect and they do an excellent job explaining what additional services they might recommend to keep your car in top shape. They've never tried to sell me on a service I knew I didn't need like nearly every other shop I've been to. They also offer discounts for military personnel and their families. Couldn't be more pleased with their services.

Excellent service.I called to make an appointment to have my vehicle repaired spoked with store manager David.he is a extremely nice gentleman.I will definitely recommend this valvoline oil change.

I used to come here regularly for oil changes. The owner is a really nice guy and would greet you personally. However things have changed and so has this place. I had my cooling system serviced here last year. They forgot to put the radiator cap back on. They came and refilled my radiator, but I have been real hesitant to take any vehicle back here since then.

The guys running this place are doing a great job. This is the only place I come to... but they will never compare to the warmth and loving spirit of Doug. He is one of the nicest people I have ever met. In this day and age, its difficult to be nice. Too many schemers, too many righteous, entitled and indignant flakes. But then there is (or was) Doug.... caring, loving and generous. It blew me away everytime we met. I will remember him forever. Sorry Chris, his shadow is just too big.

I have been here twice and they got me in and out in no time both times. Their customer service is exceptional and their prices are reasonable! Albert was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will continue going to this location for all future oil changes.

The reviews are true! Excellent, Fast Service, Great Prices a True Gem, I will never take my cars anywhere else. My wife's car needed an oil change and inspection, we went on a busy Saturday and even with a full sitting area of customers I was in and out in 20mins!!! I couldn't believe the professionalism and I just cant say enough about this place.
