Got oil all over the front end of my Jeep, I ve scrubbed and scrubbed and it won t come off. One day later and oil is still leaking out onto my driveway. Garrett is the new manager and his customer service skills are superior. He aims to please and it shows enough for me to take the time to write a review because it is way above average. Superior service and that means a lot when I'm bringing 5 cars there. Greatly appreciate the extra care. Highly recommend!!

Getting my vehicle inspected was easy at Take 5. They have no waiting room, so you stay in your car. The technician was friendly and professional and got it done quickly. I only had to wait a few minutes for him to start, as one car was ahead of me. I'll likely go there with my other cars.

Everyone was extremely friendly. Wasn't remotely longer the commercials. Took about 40 minutes on a Saturday for an oil change. Not horrible. Expensive though. I pay less going to the dealership. But need an appointment.

I ve gone here several times and I didn t realize my sticker had the incorrect next oil change mileage on it. When the man looked it up he informed me I wasn t due for an oil change and printed the correct sticker. I was grateful for his honesty and to not be taken advantage of. This place is honest, quick, and very reliable.

Ive just come from trying to get a vehicle inspection for registration at 3pm on a Saturday . waited for about 40 minutes but only 2 guys changing oil in the cars in the workshop bay. No one came out to my car, had to go in and question a guy who grunted a couple of times but couldent estimate how long I had to wait, no apology for waiting, nothing. It took all the time I was there to finish doing 1 car and they werent in a hurry so I left. Extremely poor service. Manager needs to do better and sort his staff.

I would strongly advise anyone looking for a professional oil change in which you and your property are treated with respect that you go elsewhere. This place took much more than 5 minutes as they somehow overflowed my oil and then had to remove some. Meanwhile they were selling me on a new cabin air filter as mine is really old and dirty- it can clog up and ruin the whole AC unit and that s thousands of dollars . I had just gotten a new air filter the past week so that tells you a lot about these guys. They then proceeded to put the air filter and its cover in wrong and leave the screws on the floor. I could go on and on about how bad this place is but I feel like any reader now understands what goes on at this place. They also scratched my hood

Very efficient and kind staff, I happend to come during one of there lunch breaks and he didn't hesitate to stop what he was doing and help out the other staff once more cars came. They Also very reasonable pricing.

Garrett walked me through every part of the oil change and my options. I was in the bay within 30 seconds of pulling up, stayed in my car, and was done in 5 minutes! Great service!

I normally always have a pleasant experience here. One of the few shops that can service my lowered vehicle.Upon arriving, the technician told me he couldn t service me for an oil change because I m too low. I informed him I d been bringing my car here for a year or so and there s never been an issue. He replied ok I ll try but if i can t do it that s not my problem okay well he tries and sure enough he can give me an oil change I was not given any water, that s ok it s cold out and I was seen right away so no waiting.They did not check or top off any of my other fluids at all! I was not shown my filter or asked if I wanted to change it.Edward and Josh also spent majority of their time bickering back and forth over who would service my vehicle. One of them was concerned when I d pull out I d hit their equipment and the other swore I d be fine, encouraging me to exit the bay anyways. Luckily was fine Lastly, they didn t honor my active military service discount.Outside of these two technicians I love Take5 for quick oil changes

I came in 01/25/24, just came in for an oil change and to change some fluids but the gentlemen that helped me were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They explained everything they were doin and just gave really good service and super genuine people. Whoever put that team together is runnin that ship right, i appreciate the quick service and everyone being so helpful and cool. God Bless, hope this review helps someone

Tried to drop off my car and I work within sight distance of the shop, I was told I have to stay in my car for inspection?? So I'm supposed to ride around with them while they do all their testing? Never ever heard that before anywhere else. No problem. I'm happy to go somewhere else if they don't want my business.

It was awesome! The mechanics were very friendly and kind, but best of all I got to be in my car the whole time. Will never go anywhere else for oil changes!

They changed the oil fairly fast but it took a little more than five minutes. Service was good but it's pretty expensive for a synthetic change, even with a promotional coupon. If it costs more than a dealership that seems a bit excessive.

All they did was change the oil didn t check other fluids (power steering, brakes or windshield washer fluid I never saw them do any of these, but the guy Andrew looked at me all weird when I asked him to do so and said he looked at the sides of the bottle didn t actually do anything), didn t check the air filter (other than to replace the one I brought with me. Had to ask them to check the air filter). Didn t clean the windshield. Didn t offer a bottle of water (like every other Take 5 I have visited) tried not to give me my military discount and the discount for bringing my own oil filter). On top of that it took more than a hour just for the oil change. Don t go there unless you like VERY poor customer service. Never going back again

Offer a way to expensive oil change option for an old truck and took forever to get the oil filter off. Instead of take 5 was more like take 30.the guy try his best. Need better tool available .

They were extremely slow. One car at a time but had all 3 bays full. The young man taking care of my car was more interested in texting on his phone than taking care of me. This Take 5 took 45 minutes to do a full service oil change. I used to go here all the time but I will now find some place else to go that takes care of customers and not play on their phone.

I pulled up to get a state inspection and was guided in by a technician. After that no one said a word to me besides keep it running. After setting there 20 to 25 minutes and still no one saying a word to me I was over it. I watched 2 to 3 cars pull in and get oil changes. Apparently state inspections aren t on the top of their list as money makers. I ll take my business elsewhere.

Wasnt pleased. I normally have good interactions with Take 5 but this location slick talked me into paying the most. They didn't clarify until they were finished. Kinda mumbled what they were doing. I felt taken advantage of and will never go back to that location.

I went in to get a tap off and there was a total conflict with the computer so they said and the sticker in the car. The so call person in charge said I had not been in. My sticker showed a June date. I will not go to that place again. I had always received good customer service. All should be fired. They me to get a full oil change at 82.00.

My 4th or 5th visit to this facility. I arrived with 4 other vehicles ahead of me. It took a full hour to get my oil changed. I am not sure if I am better off with Take 5 vs. other oil change companies.

I stopped in for an inspection. The guys were very nice and worked quickly to get my inspection done. They even offered me a water when I was leaving. Nice, friendly, and timely.

If I could give it zero stars I would. While getting an oil change they broke the filter housing and have yet to fix it. My oil keeps leaking out and they said to keep going to get topped off until they get the part. Stopped to get a top off and they tried to charge me for it they refused even after acknowledging that my oil is still leaking and they have not replaced the part broken.

First time customer. Unfortunately I will not be returning. Technician opened my hood and starred at the engine compartment and had no idea where the plug was to remove the oil. Three technicians looking for it . The technician removed the engine plastic cover in the process and failed to put it back on prior to closing the hood. I had to call this out to him to open the hood back again and fix the cover. No fluid checks were done for wiper fluid and tire pressure not checked since the air compressor was down. To finish up, the y did not reset the oil service reminder until I had to request it after they motioned for me to move on out. I was also offered several options of oil viscosity, but the fill cap specifically states the oil viscosity to use. Time in the bay was 20 min+. I was hoping that this was going to be alternative to the dealer, but that will not be the case for me.Service: Oil change
