Terry is the best in the industry! He goes above and beyond for anyone, even potential customers. He is trustworthy and is truly looking out for what's in your best interest. I will only ever be using his service center. Cannot recommend him enough!

Update 6/13/21 - Continued service and great communication. Trusted.Shout to Bradley and everybody at Novak Motors. They helped me get my truck running strong again. (Waited a week to post this and no engine light or squeaks anymore)Very friendly and kept me up-to-date the whole time. Told me recommendations but did not force them on me.They even gave me a discount & complimentary ride when I needed to drop off my vehicle.Clean waiting & restroom too.

Terry and his group at Novak are extremely honest and have amazing communication. I took my jeep in after experiencing horrible vibrations at highway speeds.I communicated that I was desperate for answers as my jeep had been to several mechanics and turned away from Discount tire with no solutions. Terry could have sold me on any repair. He didn't. He told me what others had said - my tires are no good and encouraged me to go back to discount tire for new tires.He quoted me an extremely reasonable price on name brand tires in case discount tire refused to help me.Novak also did not charge me for any of the diagnostic work. Both my husband and I are extremely grateful for Terry and Novak helping me through this process. I will return to Novak for all of my regular service and diagnostic needs in the future.

Terry and his group are outstanding to work with on any service. Did a wide variety of things to my Ford Focus including fixing the AC, changing both O2 sensors, brake fluid flush, oil change, and spark plug change. Terry kept me very informed along the way and the car was ready sooner than expected. Even had a couple of things I thought might be an issue and they said were fine and could have made an extra dollar. I drive 100K a year in my car so good to have someone local I can trust to work on my car!!!

Came here for tire alignment, rotation, and air filter replace. Terry and his crew are professional, straight forward, and don t beat around the bush. They don t talk down to you and they re sincere, something I appreciate and struggle finding with auto shops nowadays. Not to mention they didn t break my bank. I had read some great reviews about Novak Motors Service Center, and I needed a good, trustworthy, reliable maintenance facility. I stopped into Novak Motors Service Center, and was immediately impressed with the facility itself, very clean, bright professional looking. I then spoke to Terry who was extremely polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I spoke with him about the work I needed done on my F150, and he told me it would be no problem. I brought my truck in for repairs in the morning and by lunchtime Terry called me with a status update. By the end of the day the maintenance personnel had completed the normal maintenance and had discovered several items that needed attention. Terry provided me with an estimate for the work which I thought was more than fair. After completing the work the actual bill came in less than the estimate, which was a nice surprise. My truck is running fantastic, and I would highly recommend Novak Motors Service Center, Terry and his crew for you vehicle maintenance needs. They do great work. Found hard to find parts for a Fiat 500 and at a great price too. I inspected the work and it looks like everything is perfect with no corners cut.

Larry and the Service manager TC were awesome!! I went in for multiple things, and was out within an hr and a half with all 3 things addressed! They didn t have the part that I needed so they called around and found it and got it for me! Prices were fair, I m so glad I didn t get overcharged. I m very thankful to have bought from a good company and know my car is in good hands bringing it into this service center!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I stopped here today on a whim, and I m so glad I did!I ve been needing to get my annual inspection done on my car so I can renew my car tags, but also needed a oil change and my tires rotated. Normally I go to a chain store for this, but I didn t have 3 hours to spare for them. So as I was driving to another small shop for a quick inspection, I realized they turned into a whole different service and were way too busy for me. So I turned around because I remember seeing another shop...Novak Motors.I walk inside and was quickly greeted by Terry the Service Director. I originally just asked for an inspection and they could get me in right away, but he also let me know they are a full service shop for oil changes etc. Lucky for me they had time to do every thing I needed, and I was then placed in the capable hands of Bradley. It was brought to my attention during the oil change that a part was stripped and it could give them some difficulty, but luckily it all went smoothly. I told them I greatly appreciated their honesty and before I knew it, the service was finished!If you want prompt, professional, friendly, and honest work, go to Novak Motors. I ll definitely be returning!

I have seen this shop near my house and finally decided to take my truck there for an oil change. I found a Groupon and purchased it. I made an appointment and they got me in the same day. The service manager, Terry, was friendly and professional. He accepted the Groupon without hassle and even have me an extra discount on an additional service that I had done since it was my first time. They got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I am happy with the service and plan to return again.Service: Oil change

Perfect service! Excellent in every way. The (3) wiper blades needed replacing before inspection and that was pointed out. We didn't opt for this service since it's an easy job for me to do, but your tech didn't push the service on my wife like so many shops tend to do with the ladies. I think we have found our new service center especially since Cadillac now charges $120.00 for a basic oil change! LOL We will be back!

I was expecting to get the same-ol' "women speak" treatment in a service shop. What a surprise to NOT BE TREATED THAT WAY!Over-the-top professionalism, clear details on what they would look for and how long it might take. After the diagnosis, they went over each of the items again to tell me what it was not, then what it was! Not a dime was spent until we were all on the same page of what work was getting done and the final price. My car runs like new again! Love this shop!

On April 21, 2021 I (thankfully) was parked in the parking lot next to Novak Motors. After picking up a cake from Claudia s Cakes, I got into my 2008 Kia to leave. Unfortunately, my car would not shift out of PARK. I walked over to Novak and was greeted by Zik. I explained my situation and he kindly came over to check out my car. After 30 minutes or so, and a trip back to his shop to get another tool, he was able to get my car operable. I was so very grateful to Zik for going the extra mile to help me...he was pleasant and informative, and reinforced my decision to buy another vehicle soon. I had read other positive comments about Novak on Nextdoor, and am happy to share my experience and recommend their service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

If you're looking for a Happy customer service experience don't go here! After trying them out on both our vechicles we would never recommend them to anyone.They broke my husband's heater (which the admitted) but were unable to fix it when he brought it back in.My car broke down a week later, was towed there and they couldn't find anything wrong even though the check engine light kept coming on when it got cold outside. A week after that, the same thing happened. They had my car for an entire day both times.We towed it to Mid Cities Service Center in Euless and they found the problem in an hour. A cracked Manifold.We contacted Adam, the General Manager of Novack Motors 2 weeks ago and he said he would call back. He never has. We've called 4 times but nobody will take a message.Meanwhile, my husband is still cold and without a heater and I'm still hot over their lack of concern over the customer service we didn't receive. Did I mention we paid out over $2000.00 to Novack Service Center???Denise & Mike Sutter-Mizelle
