This is by far the best dealership I ve gone to. My boyfriend needed a car and we had gone to a different dealership before and had a horrible experience, but we came here and John immediately greeted us and was very helpful. He made the process so easy and great and we loved his honesty. I 100% recommend this place, I will be coming back to purchase my car!

Scott went above and beyond in making sure we were taken care of. As soon as he realized our service was being delayed he put us in a loaner car and got us on our way. He was a true pleasure to work with. We have always received outstanding service at Moritz Kia - all their service reps are outstanding!

I ve gotta say that Moritz has been fantastic to me every time I ve been. I purchased a used Optima in 2018, the process was easy, my payments were great, and the car was fantastic. I had an issue with a faulty oil sensor that caused my engine to seize up, and they did a warranty full engine replacement, no fuss. Yesterday, I went in and Tanner got me in a MUCH newer car than I was hoping for, and for less monthly than I was expecting! He was friendly, found something I loved right off the bat, and is making sure that everything is fresh and ready to go when I come to pick it up next week. On top of that, Ty in the Finance department worked an honest to goodness miracle on my monthly payments. Seriously, these folks are friendly, they re accommodating, and they do great work with good cars.

Purchasing my new car from Connor was great! He is very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. He listened to my questions and he did not try to rush my decision in any way. Alison was also wonderful to work with in the finance department. Overall, a great experience.

The overall experience was great. The only issue is the waiting area in the service area. Is totally uncomfortable because is a small space. The chairs and the smell of nicotine was to much at 10am. I waited instead in the sales area. Besides that everything in a timely manner. I bought my Kia Soul during the shortage after the pandemic. They order it for me in the color and features I wanted. So yes I will recommend them as a excellent dealership.

I m not one to normally do reviews, but in this case I thought it was very well deserved. My daughter had to get her a car cause her first car was going out fast. Upon arrival we were greeted by the sales rep Andrew. When I say wow I mean, wow! So very friendly, kind, very knowledgeable, and greatest personality ever! With this being the first car buying experience my daughter had he explained everything and made sure she understood what she was getting. I have bought some cars and I have never had this kind of experience. Then we went down the line and everyone was so great to her. Went above and beyond to make sure she could get the car. Normally finance is the worst part but nope Daniel made the last part amazing easy and great! I can t say enough to everyone that had a hand on helping my daughter buy her first car and let her trade her old car that I was shocked they even used as a trade. I will be coming to KIA in the future and Andrew made a customer for life.

I was in a wreck unfortunately and had less than a week to find a new car within my budget. My mom and I found the perfect car online and went to see it in person. Our salesman, John, was amazing. He was so kind and listened to my needs. He was very straight forward and knowledgeable. Moritz Kia Hurst gave me a loaner vehicle while my car was being detailed and inspected one last time. Upon inspection, they found something that needed repair. My car is still under manufacture warranty and they took it to the manufacturer for me to get it repaired. 10/10 recommended this place and recommend John for car sales!

WoW, I bought 2 years ago a Red Kia Soul from Mr Steve Potter of Kia Moritz of Hurst, I had not a clue on how to do this! Mr Steve Potter was Kind, Patience, Informative about buying for the first time. He was not you're average car dealer, he was Funny, Personable and Honest. Well a week ago I bought another Kia from Kia Moritz of Hurst, I was also given a great deal on my trade in Kia Soul. Hats off to the Kia Team, Mr Steve Potter - Business Development Manager and Mr Daniel Williams - Finance Manager and the lovely receptionist that greeted me first. Easiest car dealership I ve ever dealt with. I emailed Cef on Saturday afternoon, told him the price I wanted to pay and he said he would work on it Monday morning. He called me Monday morning, asked me a few questions about my trade in and said he would call me right back. He called me back in 5 minutes and said we ve got a deal. I told him that I wanted to be in and out as fast as possible since I was paying cash. We were in and out of the dealership within an hour. Allyson in financing was also awesome. Could not have been an easier experience. I highly recommend.

I've been getting my vehicle serviced at Kia Motors in Hurst for over 8 years now. Since I have been doing business with them, the team greets me with professional service and that's what I love about Kia Motors. Martin is the most reassuring and kindest service manager I ve ever met anywhere- he looks out for me and controls the cost with coupons and keeps notes of the smallest details. I trust him when he tells me whether I should purchase a part or service and he s always honest with me and will tell me if something can wait. Recently when something electrical went awry he knew I had to rent a car and without saying anything arranged for me to have a loaner car within a few days so that I could return the rental , saving me a a lot of money. I have known him now for 8 years and will hopefully work with for many more.

We had a great experience purchasing a used car from this dealership in July. We were not looking to finance and did not feel any pressure to do so. The signing process was easy and painless.My issue are in regards to the car itself, it is a 2015 and had low mileage. However in the few months that we have had it, we have already paid almost as much as if we would have just bought the extended warranty. We did not buy it as we did not anticipate so many issues so soon. Yes, we understand it's a used car, but we have already had to replace the battery, O2 sensors and thermostat in the few months we've had it and the check engine light has come back on again over the weekend. I did previously call and speak with my salesman who said that we did have the option to bring the car in for an evaluation to see what kind of warranty coverage it would be eligible for but in my opinion, it should not be much different than it was a few months ago which leaves me wondering how extensive the evaluation was previously for possible issues. Even if we had gotten the warranty, we would still be dealing with issues and the inconvenience of having it in the shop constantly. Unfortunately, it feels like we got a lemon! That's not to say that all of their used cars are we are already considering selling it for something more reliable as we have not been able to truly enjoy it and it's sad knowing we paid so much for it and will likely not get nearly as much back.1/23 Edit: I spoke with Jazz maybe a month and a half ago and had went through my list of concerns. He was to have the director of used sales call me to discuss options but I haven't heard back. Probably won't but I appreciate the offer.

My awesome service advisor (Martin) was leaving and handed me over to David to complete my service. Was a little skeptical of someone else taking over. However it was a great experience! I would highly recommend this service department. They always complete my service to perfection and in a timely manner

My sales rep Preston, was amazing from the moment I arrived. He greeted me while I was still in the parking lot. I explain my situation and what I was looking for. He helped me find something to accommodate me and my daughter. Ty in the finance department was amazing as well! He not only listened to me but he heard me and knew how extremely important it was for me to get a car that day. Ty even comforted me after I started crying at the good news that I got approved and made sure I didn t feel embarrassed for crying over a car. These gentleman didn t just help me get a new car. They help me in starting my new and better beginning. Thank you Preston and Ty for all of your kindness and empathy. If I m needing or wanting to buy another car in the future I will be returning, just because of of the customer service alone.

I haven t had my used 2020 Kia Forte car for more than 3 months and it s dead in my driveway. My platinum warranty won t fully cover the 2 mile tow I need to the dealership. A warranty I wasn t aware would be forced upon my purchase till after agreeing to a purchase price. A 160+ inspection my foot. Who knows what my final coat will be. And I called their service department in Hurst 4 times yesterday. No one was answering. Finally got someone on the 4 attempt. And they said it would take 6 days at least. I m not sure if that s 6 days of waiting for someone to look at my car or 6 days all in all. The whole purpose of buying a newer vehicle was because we needed a dependable vehicle. My husband starts a new job in a week. We are down an income and now we might need to rent a car. Then I got to figure that out and the reimbursement from Kia. It s going to be a headache.

I came here looking for an hybrid but unfortunately, they didn't have any in my price range so instead of leaving the dealership without a car they put me in something that would work for me without, I love this car 2023 Kia K5 GT so much fun to drive. Tristan is an amazing sales person he was fun to be around and I didn't feel pressured at all. I would go to him anytime even just to say hi

My experience with Mortiz Kia of Hurst was nothing short of amazing. From the first initial follow up to me driving off the lot. Knowing my credit was not so great and that the likelihood of me obtain a vehicle was slim to none, I was not very optimistic about my visit. My salesman Ceferino "Cef" and I went over my credit and buying options. He was very confident that he could work miracles and get me into a brand-new car versus preowned. That he did!!! He stuck with me the entire process and between him and the finance manager Allyson, my experience was amazing. If you are in need a great car and sales staff that listens to you, head to Mortiz Kia of Hurst!!!

The staff was wonderful. They had the car pulled out front before I even got out there. I had looked online beforehand and a few options and inquired about one in particular. Went to test drive cars at the Moritz dealership in Hurst, tx. Steve Potter was our sales associate and did an exceptional job helping us and guiding us through all the steps in purchasing our new Kia! We absolutely love it. He made a stressful process into a seamless transition and was very knowledgeable about all the cars on the lot. Go buy from Steve he ll get you a great deal!
