This place offers great service at a very competitive price. I have repair my cars a couple times here and they exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this place to anyone. In my opinion it is a great place run by honest workers, something that it is sometimes and unfortunately rare on this industry. Great job.

Great Service and Friendly staff. I had a loose sideskirt on my Wheelchair Van and they fixed it within an hour of arriving and got me going again.

We use this body shop to re-paint our customer's cars when hail damage breaks paint. They are the best painters in town. They always use top of the line products and take extra time to make each car perfect. Show quality skills and caring, honest owners and techs.

Alex and his team worked on my truck and all I can say is they did an amazing job everything came out perfect they handled the insurance and made sure I got quality parts for my truck. Thanks to Alex for getting the supplements needed and always keeping me updated, hands down the best body shop i have ever taken any of my vehicles i will be recommending them to everyone i know that could use their service.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Brakes

Prices were reasonable. But one day after the job was complete the door which was painted was much darker than the quarter panel. They then wanted TWICE the amount of money to blend it in ( Basically FIX their mistake). Very dissappointing as I was initially pleased at the turnaround but feel baited with a lower price and stuck with a completely mismatched door.Based on the owners COVER UP response it makes sense why the employee ( who wore a blue shirt like all their other employees and still list Mid Cities Collision as his place of employment on FB) who repainted the door wanted CASH. It still doesn't take away from the fact that the car was repaired at Mid Cities, by their employee (Jose Baca) , I was scammed out of my money ! Beware !!

Definitely impressed with their work! My buddy also had some work done before. He had no complaints. You couldn't even tell that the car was ever damaged. Very reasonable timing on how long they needed to keep the car. Very easy going and kept good communication on the progress of the car.

Eric and his team at Mid-Cities Collision have excellent customer service and quality work. His work came in right at the estimate, the timing was exactly as promised, and he even did a few extra items free of charge. I cannot imagine a better experience for anyone looking for honest quality body shop work. They even clean the car very nicely before you pick it up!Service: Body & Trim

Very disappointed in the service we received. What we were told would take 1 week took 3 only to get there to pick it up and the work looks terrible. No attention to detail, wasn t called and informed that any of the parts weren t aligning. The paint looks terrible. After taking 3 cars here in the past, this was the last time we will ever use this place. Their customer service is horrible, very disrespectful and rude. I came here with my front bumper hanging on with duct tape. Alex gave me his honest opinion about repairing it and even gave me options in sparing/fixing some parts. He gave me a temporary fix by mending my bumper back on for free and you could not even tell it was ever duct taped. THANK YOU!!! Highly recommend.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

These guys replaced the front bumper and side fender on my Jeep is less than a week and it looks AMAZING! Their customer service exceeds anyone else I've ever dealt with. They even did a few little upgrades on my Jeep sinply because I expressed how much I love my car. I will never take a vehicle anywhere else, no joke. The pricing is also on point!

I brought my car in about a week ago for an estimate on my 2011 Nissan Versa. Got into a fender bender and with just returning from a non-paid internship, I really needed the cheapest option. I can proudly say I am overwhelmed by the professionalism and care they provided. Alex went over and beyond for my car and even gave a little extra free of charge. He worked well with my budget and just completely surpassed my expectations. My car is good as new! I would recommend Mid-Cities Collision to anyone. The kindness, quality of care, professionalism, and budget friendliness is 5 out of 5. Thanks!

There s a reason why they have such a good rating. These guys are the greatest. My teenage son got in a crash last week and only had liability insurance so we worried about cost and how long it would take and if we d get our car back the way it was before the crash. My wife went online and everyone said to go here. We took their advice and brought the car and not only was the price less then what we thought but the guys were super friendly. They got the job done quickly and when we picked up the car it looked and ran great. I hope I ll never have to use them again but they made a crappy experience so much easier than I thought it was going to be. I can t thank them enough for all they did for my family.

These guys came highly rated from a Southlake moms group and they always get it right!! Honest, friendly, family owned shop! They do what they say they are going to do and with the best customer service! Their prices are the most reasonable I have found. They work with your insurance and they left my truck like new!!!

Got into a wreck and Alex and the team fixed my baby right up! My white Lexus RC350 got the rear fixed, and a full face lift. Most places inject Botox... this was plastic constructive surgery at its best. Paint was flawless, seams to the bumper tightly aligned, matched my factory starfire pearl white! No doubting when I need to get my car fixed.

What more can I say Alex co owner of midcities collision has worked on three of my vehicles and the service is professional and they go out of their way to do anything they can to help you with an otherwise bad situation being in a wreck isn't fun but my car looked better than it ever did when they were done awesome experience with them alwaysServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Jose and his team do a very professional job. Their shop is always immaculate and I have always had such great interactions with everyone has assisted me and my family. So when unforeseen accidents have happened, I never second guess where my vehicle will be in the best hands. That's at MID- CITIES COLLISION! WHERE THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR OVER 25 YEARS!

ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEE'S CAME HOME OR MAYBE TO HELP A CUSTOMER CONSTANTLY BLASTING HORRIBLE RAP MUSIC WHILE MOVING TIRES AT MY APARTMENTS PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO WORK FROM HOME. IM TELLING EVERYONE TO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL IN YOUR WHITE WORK TRUCK WITH YOUR COMPANY NAME ON THE BACK BASSING MUSIC
