I have used Hurst Tire and Service Goodyear for over a decade for all of my vehicles. They have an outstanding crew and their service is impeccable. Just recently I blew a tire and they were able to get a replacement within an hour. Thanks to their great customer service and attention my car was ready for the trip I was planning without delay. I can't thank them enough. I would like to single out Levi for leading their customer-facing team and constantly exceeding my expectations as well, as other customer's as I have observed. Thank you and keep up the great work

Stopped in here after a slow leak in a tire turned into a fast flat. They opened before Discount did at 8am and we all know how long you sit at Discount, waiting - even if you make an appointment and even if you show up when they open! I, too, was skeptical about the service after reading some reviews on here. But, I also realize people predominantly post after bad experiences, not good ones. I got there when they opened at 7:30am. Levi was working the counter. He collected my info and had my car up within 10 minutes. They discovered my leak was patch-able and I was in and out and on my way to work shortly after 8am. Excellent customer service and no one tried to sell me anything or tell me I needed something I knew I didn't. They did mention in passing that I would probably need new tires this year, but I already knew that. I would definitely go there again and would recommend to others.

Been going to this shop for about 8 years now. Levi does a great job of providing customer service while giving you the facts of what's going on with your car. I have older cars so the added insight that he and the mechanics give (shout out to Chris) is always appreciated. They will do what they can to get the work done right while making it affordable. Recommend.

I needed a flat tire service call to my house. They couldn t come when I called late in the afternoon, so I scheduled for the next morning. They came and got my tire, fixed it at the shop, and put it back on my car. The price for the service call and tire repair was about $40, which was well worth it to me. Their technician Levi was very polite, professional, and took care of business. I plan on using them again if the need ever arises.

Levi and his team at Goodyear always take really good care of our vehicles. I recently bought four new tires for my Mazda from them and I am very satisfied with the experience. I had been buying my tires from Discount Tires for as long as I can remember but decided to give them a shot and I m glad I did.

I went here after noticing my tire had a nail in it. Justin assisted me and was able to get a similar tire ordered, delivered and installed within 2 hours. I was impressed at the quick turn around and attention to customer service. I'll return for future car needs. Thank you!

This was first time using Good Year at this location I came in to have battery and alternator checked since my truck had just died on me across the street. Manager Levi and other mechanics were friendly and professional after checking vehicle free of charge, Levi explained in his opinion what next step I could take to found out what is going on with truck and gave me a quote. The waiting area is clean and complimentary water is offered and service was fast didn't wait longer then 30 minutes thanks again Goodyear!

Used to loved this place because of the "courteous staff & honest work". This weekend was horrible. Front desk rep was more concerned about rushing every job in order to close for Labor Day weekend. Gave me the lamest excuse as to why they could not do a state inspection on my vehicle after the problem I expressed (which I've had for years) has never interfered with getting a state inspection before. Apparently being a loyal customer who spends thousands of dollars to make sure all my household vehicles are in working order doesn't matter.

HORRIBLE...HORRIBLE....HORRIBLE...If 1 person reads this review and decides NOT got take their car to this shop I have succeeded. I took my car to that shop to have them look at my front tires(3rd time to take to them). The front 2 tires were almost completely bold. I told them that I have to go out of town at noon(took it in 9). They said they will call. They NEVER called. I finally called and they said that the front end alignment was fine that I need 2 new tire that would fix the issue. I paid almost $240 per tire when I replaced. So I told them to replace the front 2 tires. They finally called at !;30pm to come pick up the car. I get there and they tell me that they replaced the front 2 tires and it wore out so fast because I did not rotate the tires. They had replaced with a different type of tire cause the one I had on my car was discontinued and they took $50 off each tire. TOTAL miles on the bad tire 32K and the Goodyear TripleTred was rated for 65K. Again, if you are readying this review and need car service, please please DO NOT take it to this service shop. What's really really sad is that my wife told me NOT to take it there cause she had to take it there to fix a leak and it took them 2 hrs to get that fixed. I will NEVER take my car t o this shop again or if I can avoid purchasing Goodyear products, I WILL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Levi was very professional and helpful with the purchase and installation of new tires on my company truck. He contacted our fleet department and made the whole process painless and easy. The only issue i had was no valve stem caps were installed so i will need to run by and see if they can install. I will be using Goodyear for all my vehical maintenance from here out. Thank you.

I ve been here before and their customer service has always been great I ve easily spent more than 1200 dollars on multiple occasions. About 3 months ago I took my car for an oil change. Changed my filter did what ever they recommended. Drove my car normally for the last 3 months and two weeks ago I started hearing a noise from my car. Took it back because I trusted them and they told me I needed a whole new transmission and it would cost any where from 2-3k dollars!!!! My car only has 70k miles on it. It is not transmission time. I was upset and said I understand and I call them to bring it back soon. Took it for a second opinion. My transmission is fine!!!! Come to find out they never did an oil change 3 months ago. The new mechanic said my oil looked black and like it hadn t been changed in almost 10k miles!! Had two mechanics check for leaks or any other source of the noise. Nothing. It just needed an oil change and they already charged me once and would ve tried to charge me 3k probably for a transmission they didn t even put in. Crooks!! I have been spending so much money here and being a loyal customer and I m appalled and offended and would never come back here again.

Who knew that getting your oil changed could be a pleasant experience? Levi and the staff at Hurst Tire and service make every Service experience so easy. A friend told me she gets all her cars serviced here so I thought I'd give it a try. We are hooked now too and take all 4 of our cars!

You can trust Levi and Paul! I needed my 2007 Honda Accord to be safe and maintained so I can drive a couple more years. I had (2) motor mounts, both lower control arms and my serpentine replaced. Very reasonable. I know I m good to go. Thanks Good Year Tire and Service (Mid-Cities/Hurstview)!

After reading the reviews posted online (5 months ago) we were skeptical of leaving our foreign SUV here. I met with Levi who explained that the last reviews were old and that since then they have hired new management that the whole team was working hard to change any bad perception that had previously existed. In short the did a very fast turn-around and the repair was less than the estimate. They called and texted about the car and got me back on the road much faster than i would have thought possible. Thanks guys for great service!

Do Not Go Here, we will not go back ever again. Levi appears to be friendly when you come in a get a quote on what something will cost. I was told that it would be 4 hours minimum and 6 hours max. I was replacing my thermostat and broke off one of the bolts in the engine. A friend said that he can remove it but he only made it worst. So I contacted Goodyear what a mistake. I talk with Levi which told me that they charge $115.00 per hour I was also told the amount of hours it would take. I was told that they worked on it every morning for about an hour. I went by every day in the morning saw them working on it. I thought everything was on schedule. I just wanted them to remove the bolt, Levi stated that the entire front end of the car needed to come off in order to get to the bolt. However Levi never stated that he was going to cost me more he just said that it needed to be done. Just to remove a bolt from the engine went from 500 to 600, by the time they was done it was $1350.00 what a RIP OFF. You got me this time but this will never happen again, I will never return to Goodyear in Hurst.Update: 07/17/19After sending 1300.00 with this shop (Rippoff Shop) I still had a link. I had them look at it and was told that it would cost me another $1000.00 because the water pump, this was after they put the car all back together. A good shop would have a seen this and would have offered to fix it because it was in the same place they worked on. So I was not going to get taken again so I spent 3 weeks looking for someone that was going to be honest and do the right thing. I found Express Oil Change and Services on Hwy 26. I talk with Landon the manager and he was super awesome. He told me how many ours and the cost per hour and the cost of all the parts. He just did not tell me he created a estimate not including some other items like car inspection and oil change. At Goodyear I did not get an estimate at all and they did not stay with the time line. Goodyear went from 6 hrs to 10 hrs and it took them a week to do it. Express told me 6.7 hrs and it would ready the next day and they was on point. Great job James he was the mechanic that completed the just. I repeat don't go to Goodyear they are all about how much money they can get you for by adding more billable hours.

I purchased Wrangler Adventure tires for my 2008 Tundra at this shop. Been running on them for about a year. Awesome tires; good treadlife so far and very quite. At the time I Purchased tires for my wife s MDX but I eventually went back for the Wranglers for my truck. And they gave me a ride home while they installed my tires.I recently went back for rotation and balance. It took about an hour but not bad considering they were serving 4 customers ahead of me. It s a small shop but great customer service. Went to Starbucks in the Tom Thumb next door while I waited.

We've been taking our vehicles here for years & have been very happy with them.The last visit was a game changer.We took a Dodge sprinter in for because it seemed like it was sluggish. Their diagnosis - whole turbo had to be replaced $5307. At that point we declined. Not sure if we wanted to put that much money into a 12 year old van.Decided to take it to Parra Car Care for a second opinion. They diagnosed a single hose losing vacuum to turbo. Turbo checked out good. $537Maybe they're not familiar with turbos. Don't know. Don't care. Won't be back.

They charged me for a front end alignment I did not need or request. They also were supposed to have changed the oil and installed synthetic oil. 3 months later and less than 2000 miles the oil looks like it has 10,000 on it which leads me to believe it was never changed. The invoice I paid was over $200 what was quoted over the phone.Stay away unless you wish to be ripped off.

Mechanics are not known for being trustworthy but rather pushy. That s not the case that I ve found here. They don t try to upsale me on things I don t need. I came in for a normal oil change but they found a screw in my tire and fixed it for me at no additional charge and then a different tire was in need of replacement and they gave me a great deal! I completely recommend this location!

Nice team at Hurst Auto. I had an issue with breaks and I was getting ready to tow a trailer. They resolved the issue quicker than expected an i was on the road. Cost was acceptable and service was exceptional . And best of all the tech are CLEAN!Thanks team!!

Unfortunately I didn't have the same kind of experience the prior reviewer had. I took my truck in for a state inspection. Actually I took two vehicles in for state inspections. My trucks fender was damaged while it was in their shop. My truck is a 2010 with 21,000 miles on it and it stays in the garage. I showed the two guys that was there Saturday morning and they both agreed the damage was fresh. The manager (Kendall) wasn't there so I had to bring the truck back Monday for him to look at it. He asked me to get an estimate which I did ($668). I took it to him on Thursday and he said he would get back to me that afternoon. On the next Tuesday I called him because I hadn't heard from him and he stated that he had turned it in to their insurance company. Then on Thursday he called me and said he didn't think it happened in his shop and was refusing to pay for it. First he lied when he told me he turned in a claim because I work for an insurance company and insurance companies don't deny claims through the insured. They would have called me to discuss the loss facts. If you read this and go there you have been warned that nothing has changed with this company or its investors. Same poor quality of people as the last bunch. I will never go there again nor will I recommend them to anyone. As an insurance reprobative in auto claims I am asked often by customers where to go for good service or who I use. It will not be this place that I go or recommend!!!!

I worked with Earnest Eckert at this location and because of him and the all around great customer service they provide I will never go to another location as long as I drive. They found crucial issues that I didn't know about and got me all fixed up in no time at all. I highly highly recommend these guys no matter how far you have to drive to get to them. They will take great care of you.

Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff who really went the extra mile (no pun intended) to help me both meet my repair needs and remain on budget. All work was completed quickly (same day). I plan to use them in the future for regular maintenance and any other repairs on my vehicle. Big thanks to Levi and the rest of the crew for their help!

They are the best and most efficient automotive repair shop in the DFW area, and I've been to several. And the best part about them is that they have never lied to me or try to cheat me... they're honest and have always been there for me. I'm taking over seven different vehicles to them and they're the only place I prefer to go.

The crew here is so great! I work in a facility very close to them. They have been so kind and let me drop off my truck to work it in or have even offered to walk over and pick it up from me due to my crazy work schedule. I m so impressed with their customer service. This is the best shop I ve ever been to. The crew is very respectful and respectable and they give you the best and most honest info about what s going on with your vehicle. These guys go the extra mile and Levi is an exceptional manager and a cool dude.

I was very pleased with the overall complete service I received. I am glad that I have found a place that I can trust. Levi the assistant manager is awesome and I believe he deserves a manager position. He should have his own store and for sure he deserves a raise. Very professional!

Stopped in with a screw in my tire. No nonsense, great old fashioned customer service. They do not bother you with stuff you don t need. They respectfully take care of your needs and get you promptly on your way. I ll be back when I need tires.

What wonderful customer service. I was so upset when I came in contact with the manager behind the desk. He was so nice and calming. Levi took care of me immediately and was so reassuring. I was 30 minutes from home and couldn't figure how what the warning gauges were trying to tell me. Will use them in the future.
