My car had sat for a while, driven only once a week around the block for several years. In the middle of that time period, i received a notice about the rear parking brake recall. So this year I took it in and asked them to fix that, as well as take a look at the rest of the brakes and tires. The tires needed to be replaced and they said the rotors turned as well. They replaced the tires, and supposedly turned the rotors. A week after the service, the car began to shake when braking. So I took it back, and they rotated them again (supposedly). They also said that the headlights needed to be adjusted (one was aiming down), but couldn't be adjusted because the entire front end was off a little, and would cost thousands to fix. After the service, I took the car home. The headlights could be adjusted easily with a screwdriver (free fix, saved thousands), which I did. But a week later, my wife took the car to Arkansas. For a month, the rotors slowly began to cause a bad shake while braking while she was away....When I got the car back home, I decided to just do the brake job myself like I usually do on my cars. The threads on the upper bolt hole on the caliper mount was stripped. The lower was barely tight. So, then I needed a new caliper mount. But mazda only sells the entire caliper package ($300 instead of just 50 for the mount).So in summary, I had to visit the center 3 times in order to receive a bad brake job with at least 1 damaged expensive part, and an attempt to scam me a few grand on a 5 minute fix.

From my wife: I twisted my ankle in a hole when I went to move my car because the other cars weren't parked in an organized fashion. To literally add insult to injury, an employee openly laughed at me. I had to catch myself on the door handle of my car to prevent completely falling and partially being injured worse than I was. I'm currently dealing with my ankle being swollen and severely sprained. Furthermore, when my car was finished, my husband who wasn't even with me got a text but I didn't so I waited there for an extra thirty minutes for no reason because no one came to talk to me. I had to go find an employee to see what was going on. I'm not only disappointed by how I was treated, I'm disgusted. I sent this information directly to them, but have received no response.As for the work on the car, that was fine.Service: Oil change

I wanted to get my fuel injectors on my Mazda CX-5 replaced as preventive maintenance, yet they refused to provide an estimate. I was told I need to have it diagnosed before they can provide an estimate.... That sounds like a ripoff to me. It's a standard job that I did not want to do myself. I guess I'll go somewhere else. I am dissatisfied with this model of customer care.

Came out to greet us as we arrived. Mark was friendly and helpful. Listened to my concerns and walked me inside to the waiting area. Once they were done they sent me a text with a video showing me my engine and that all was good. He came in to get us and took us back to the car and made suggestions to better protect our engine. Great experience.

A blessing I didn t know I needed . My family and I have had the honor of buying two cars from Hiley in the past 3 years. This one has become my favorite in less than a week. Clay Fuchs took good care of us. Made the process as smooth as possible. Provided me water, snacks, and charging space. He was very attentive, patient, yet determined to getting us exactly what we needed as a growing family. I can t say thank you enough to him and his great team. We Will always come back here if we re ever in need of a good reliable car.

I've done business with them at least 10 times over the past couple of years and I can tell you that in the beginning service was good but towards the end not so much. The advisor that was taking care of me was rude to me on the phone and made fun of me when I came down to the service department. While I was there another customer came in and got into an argument with him about the same thing.Also, he gave me incorrect pricing and told me that it was one problem and it ended up being another issue all together and this wasn't the first time that this it happened to me. I recently called them for pricing for changing out a thermostat and was quoted $228 after $100 was taken off. I asked why it was so high and he basically was told it was for labor. I had someone else do it all together and it ended up getting done in under 30 minutes and was under $100 and that included the $25 part. I would suggest if you want to do business here that you call around for pricing at other places. There are times where they have good prices and there are times when they will gouge your eyes out and they are always short staffed. One other thing I would mention is that four out of the five times I've had my car in for service it has come back with scratches or dents. Beware when doing business here as they don't seem to care about their customers or their customers property. They will park your car as close as they possibly can to other cars due to a lack of space so as they are getting in and out of your car and other cars they are slamming them into each other or leaving long scratches with whatever they have in their hands or their pockets.

Always a pleasure going to Hiley Mazda. I have bought two vehicles from there both were Mazdas and I could t be anymore happier with my purchases.

Well , service was very good. A bit pricey.Very nice service people as had maintenance done on my car. Considering all we are going through , grateful they were open. And were willing to take care of me Ok so after spending my stimulous funds to pay last bill for service and maintenance. And I am working remotely from home. Now I have a service engine , wrench on console. We will see. Not pleased. So I went back, obviously shortly after light came on. I did not even have to get out of the car. The service person told me the steps to get service light off. It should have been done after I visited. Guess they were trying to complete the basic maintenance.

Went in to do some research on the Mazda CX-30. Came in the dealership late in the day and was able to get a deal worked out with the professional and simple approach of our salesperson Bruce. Great product display and answered all my questions. Will look here first for next car.

I took our Mazda CX5 here to get a Car wash. Mazda provides free car washes here. Their service is always great & efficient. I don't have to wait too long. Plus they provide coffee, hot chocolate & snacks in the waiting area. There is also a TV there if u want to watch something.

The service was good. They didn't have the part I needed, but called another dealership for them to hold the part for me. The only problem was getting pressure to buy a new car

My 2 star rating is for rich.He's an excellent dealer than the manager.They will credit check without taking your approval and then they will be simply sorry for their mistake.Who cares!!I came with an autoloan and I have my check ready but they took my SSN details and did credit check which impacted my credit score.Never ever share your details atleast at this location.
