After recently bringing my Toyota Corolla in for a routine service and tire rotation, I noticed a damaged hubcap a few days later. Although I didn't immediately bring it to the attention of the service center, when I did, there was some initial hesitation. However, after being provided with the manager's contact information and speaking with them directly, I was pleasantly surprised by their understanding and willingness to rectify the situation. The manager graciously refunded me for the damaged hubcap, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction. I appreciate the manager's professionalism and the positive resolution to this matter.

I came in to get an oil change, fluids changed, and tires rotated.I show up to my appointment 5 minutes prior yet i say in my car for 20 minutes waiting for some assistance. I was told I would be helped by some man, forgot his name, and that was it. Everyone who arrived at the same time as me or after all got helped and seated in the lobby while I sat in my car. After 20 minutes I just left. I'd rather support a cheaper and friendlier mom & pop shop.I feel as though I was not taken as seriously since I am a young woman yet I came to get full service.

I took my car to the Hurst location after a very disappointing experience with the Grapevine location. Desmond was amazing! He listened to my concerns, found the issue, and made sure it was fixed. The honesty and integrity of this service department was a welcome surprise.

We moved from Las Vegas to Fort Worth about a month ago, went in for a regular maintenance, brake check and a few other questions for our RAV4 and let me tell you, when we showed up the greeting we received/customer service we got was outstanding, best I have EVER experienced, I give this Toyota dealership a 10/10 Malory and Kelly perfect examples of efficient, thorough and most caring attention (customer service) hands down...Thank you!!!

Gotta be one of the most unorganized dealers I ve ever seen. Had my car for around 5 weeks didn t get the job done. Took my car and brought it back for them to tell me to wait for around 2 hours turned into 5 then next thing u know that Thursday 2 hour wait turned into a week again. Go to Texas Toyota this is literally a joke of a dealership

I went to Freeman Toyota for service on my vehicle. The rep, Tim, was great to work with. The waiting area was comfortable with free water, coffee, and popcorn. And for those that hate the wait, they give you an idea how long your service will take. In my case, I needed a bit of work done that couldn't be completed in a day, so the gave me a loaner vehicle for the weekend. I pick up my car tomorrow and I am really happy for the experience.

I can't say enough good about our experience at Freeman. We were traveling through Fort Worth on our way from Houston to visit family up north. Our check engine light came on and Freeman worked us in immediately. They provided excellent service, expert advice, and compassion in our time of need.

I've been using the Freeman service department for several years now and am very pleased with the service they provide. I've never had a bad expiration here, and their communication with me regarding my vehicles is always very detailed. My most recent visit was 12/2022, and my service advisor, Peter, was awesome! He initially said it might take 3 days to get the work completed on my truck. However, it was done in one day. Highly recommend getting your Toyota serviced here.

Great service, i had a problem with my truck and took it to freeman to have their mechanics look at it. I just needed to know what the actual problem was. I didn't want to replace the wrong part. Honestly I couldn't put my finger on the issue with the suspension. Glad I did take it to them. I would have never guessed what the problem was. Truth be told, that most mechanic won't tell you the real problem because they want you to bring it back so they can fix it. freeman toyota, you all are great and I will recommend you guys and I definitely will come back. I've worked on my own vehicles for the past 25 years, only because I don't trust another mechanic. I'd give you all a 10 star if I could.

Extremely disappointed and waste of my time and money! I called let them know I was on my way and what was wrong with my car. The told me it would be around 800.00 no biggie 800 to fix my car last minute and same day well worth it! Then the 42.00 car rental fee, no loaners anymore huge disappointment. The call cane sorry hour car is going to be more like 1400, and then another 100 and then another 600 so like 2000. Then there was the obstacle of wont release my vehicle to triple a until I bring rental I paid for the day back. So had to reschedule that since I was out Christmas shopping. Then was told my service fee would be discounted or rental fee would be free neither of which happened! 208.00 for me to tell you what was wrong with my vehicle! You lost my business indefinitely! Enjoy your 208!

Most folks gripe about the service department of a car dealership. I have found Freeman to be very fair on their pricing and the do work. Go see Peter Stevenson, my service advisor, if you have a problem with your Toyota

Highly recommend the service department! Last year, we bought a 2014 Prius at Freeman Toyota and the finance guy talked us into adding an extended warranty plan for an extra $6/ month. TBH never thought we d need it so it was really for peace of mind since it was used. However, after 6 months, the ABS light came on and the ABS brake system failed. I took it in for that as well as a couple other minor issues. I mentioned the warranty and thankfully the ABS repair was covered and they repaired the other issues at no cost. That small decision saved us over $2000!! In addition, they didn t even ask if I wanted a loaner car, they basically gave me the keys to a 2023, very clean Camry to use. Anyway, repairs took about a month (because, parts) and when I got my Prius back, they washed it and it was in perfect condition. It s been 2 months and it's still running perfect (just not as clean, lol). BTW we ve been doing business with Freeman for about 14 years. Everyone is efficient & professional. We ve dealt with other dealerships during that time and none can compare to Freeman s service & sales department!Services: Electrical, Brakes, Brake service & repair

I purchased my Toyota Camry July 2021. I have taken my car in for the 5,000 mile check up and again for the 1st oil change at 10,000 miles. Fast and efficient, friendly and professional. Freeman understands what Customer Service means. I have been in the hospitality and restaurant business for 30+ years. I greatly appreciate what they do for their customers.

Service is good.. If you have warranty. Don t buy or lease anything from this dealer. Fee and more fees and rental fees on leases. But we all live and learn. Over 25 years I have purchased vehicle from them but now I m finished. Sales are friendly people, but finances not so much. Best of luck..Dean.

Took them 4 hours to do an oil change service on my car. The shuttle wasn't available and if you want it you had to wait 2 hours for them to come and pick you up! I had to get an uber to go back to my work and get another uber to pick up my car

If you re looking for honesty and an advisor you can trust Steve Curry and Tim Farand are the best bar none. Never felt like I was being over sold like I experienced at other service centers. Waiting for service is like going to the dr for a physical, not exactly nipping at the bit to do it but it s necessary. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time!

They said it was going to be 3 hrs for the oil change, but it only took an hour. Nice service, but, WHERE ARE THE DONUTS Y'ALL USED TO HAVE ON SATURDAY MORNINGS FOR PEOPLE WAITING????

I'm usually pretty skeptical of car service centers, but I was pleasantly surprised when I started working with Steve. He was professional and cordial. He gave solid advice and his time estimate was just about right. I'm so glad he was the one who answered my random service call.

Called to make an appointment for maintenance. Got transferred 5 times and hung up on twice. When i finally reached someone they said since its my first time then i have to make a profile. Okay fine but idk why no one knew what to do right away and couldnt explain that. Then i got transferred back to the girl that hung up on me to make my appointment. I saw the bad reviews and immediately became hesitant of even letting them touch my car especially since they showed how unprofessional they are so i contacted the location in Arlington ( they are sooo friendly and professional ) When i called to cancel my appointment the lady was rude and confused about what i was asking. I want to cancel my appointment, why did even that have to be difficult?

What an extraordinary experience. Such kind people to great you and you are in and out of service quick. They had the most amazing popcorn to munch on while you wait and two supras in the showroom floor. Never thought I d enjoy getting my car serviced at a dealership. I get my Toyota and Honda both serviced here with Steve Curry

I bought a maintenance contract from Toyota and I come today for a nail in tire need just a batch, they said I need to bay for tire repair and alignment because is not covered !!!!Guess what I went to Discount Tire they said will fix it for free.So I paid a thousands of dollars to Toyota for maintenance but I have to pay for tires repairedDon t pay for any maintenance contract with Toyota you losing your moneyService: Tires
