In 25 years, the service and integrity is unmatched to others. They try to make money, but if I am not buying all of the sales pitches, they still provide quality service and professionalism. My ONLY complaint is the waiting area looks like trash. However, it is not their fault. It is a leasing issue that I inquired about to understand why the service is topnotch yet the customer waiting area is scary and does not look sanitary to wait there. This is where corporate could step up and help. It is ridiculous. This is a great store and good people. Step Up, Firestone, and fix this situation. They have no control over it. They deserve better and so do we.

Great job taking care of me and my car. The staff was nice and took their time to make sure to answer my questions. They updated me as my car was getting serviced and they even did a courtesy check. I always go to them for my car maintenance services because not only have they earned my trust, they do quality work every time!

Went to get a fuel pump replaced had to come back 3 days later to get ANOTHER one installed due to faulty parts . 1 week later car stops driving at a red light and I was forced to take to a nearby shop that had to replace the fuel pump AGAIN! 2 weeks after emailing about getting a refund and still haven t gotten a reply. Has been a hassle and quite unpleasant experience, would recommend future customers to take vehicle elsewhere.

I went to get a complete vehicle inspection along with an oil maintenance. I had noticed some things/noises wrong with the car and wanted them checked out, one of them being BOTH main headlights not working. This issue was not brought up during the summary of the inspection and the worker had no answer when I inquired whether or not they noticed it or what was wrong with it. A light check is the most basic of checks in an inspection and firestone failed to do just that, a basic inspection of certain functionality. I have had similar quality in the past and I think this is the final nail in the coffin for me being a firestone customer.

They did an complete inspection report to tell what all needed to be done. Last week I had spark plugs replaced at the dealership. They said I needed new ones! Also said I needed rotors with the rear brake job, roters are only 3 years old on the rear.

Went in for a wheel alignment and it was done within an hour, friendly staff, they have a waiting room with coffee, tv and reading materialMy vehicles ride is much better than before, I do recommend them

Complete morons locked my car knowing battery dead couldn't open door as only had key fob. Had to call a lock smith$100 dollars later and they took no responsibility, no I wouldn't let them work on a bicycle

They tried to tell me I needed 4 new tires totaling $1,999 plus tax for a wheel vibration I had. Said that SHOULD fix my problem. When spending that kind of money you should KNOW that s the problem. Went and got a second opinion and only needed two new front tires total came out to $462.78 and fixed my problem. Please seek a second opinion before spending hard earned money with these con artists. I would ve been pissed

Can t say enough about the guys on the Sunday shift. I rolled in about 15 minutes before close w a flat tire off the truck, and needed a new one. Dom and the fellas made me feel totally comfortable and not imposing. Really appreciate you guys taking care of me today!Service: TiresService: Tires

Never go to this location. I went there last week (3/16/2023) and my car was relatively fine, now it won't even start. I took it in for an oil change, balance and rotation, alignment, and to have the steering rack and pinion looked at because the turning was a little rough out of the start. They told me the rack and pinion was fine and just a problem with the power steering pump and would be an easy fix. I come to pick it up later that same day, and the first thing I notice is my driver side door handle just comes loosely open, doesn't open the door anymore. That's never happened the entire 14 years I've had the car so I go back in to ask about it and the guy looks at me and lies directly to my face "it was like that already." No it wasn't, never has been. I tell him this and he says "uhhhh that's what one of the techs said." OK so you're both liars. Got it. Next when I get in the car and start it, the engine overheating light immediately comes on. That also was not a thing when I dropped it off. Well these guys already lied to me so I call their corporate office driving very slowly on the way home. Got an email last Friday that I've responded to later that day, now no word since. And now, much to my exasperation my car won't even start. They've somehow effectively disabled my car within a week of me taking it there. Never use this location, incompetence does not even begin to describe what they are, not to mention that their lying about something as minor as a door handle which they could have said "hey, we messed that up, we'll pay for you to take it to a body shop" says volumes about their business. I had bad experiences in the past with Firestone of the amount of time it takes to do a simple oil change and tire rotation it would take 3+ hours or even more. I thought to give them a chance again and go back and they didn t allow me to bring my own oil and filter. I don t plan to go back.

The last time I will go to this firestone. Went in to get my subframe checked. Mistake on my end. I'm never letting firestone touch anything besides tires and alignment from now on. I was charged 75 dollars just for nothing. The tech checked everything else besides that. And the sales guy kept dismissing me when I asked about it. He would keep saying it's all in the paperwork he handed me.If you value your time and money, don't go to this firestone.

These guys used to be operating an honest shop, and would do their best to make sure you were running a safe and reliable vehicle. My most recent trip in I dropped the car off telling them I was going to Tulsa and needed the front drivers side tire fixed because it was losing air. I got a call 3 hours later saying I needed a bunch of work done that I didn't need and didn't ask them to check for. The next day when I went in they said I owed them for a tire rotation I didn't ask for. I hadn't had the tires long enough to need a rotation. (My tires have a road hazard warranty) I made it to Tulsa and the tire needed air twice on my way, but it was on the back instead of the front. Thanks Firestone, for sending me on a road trip with a bad tire. I gave up after taking the car to a other Firestone and being turned away because "staffing issues" I ended up stranded at home because the tire went completely flat after I kept having to put air in it. After having it towed to discount tire to have a new tire put on it (well before the mileage wild have suggested changing the tire) I'm now out the money for the new tire, plus towing costs. Firestone doesn't care about your safety. Take your car, your safety and your trust somewhere else!

After getting less than desirable service at the 2 Firestone stores on hardwood rd I came to the northeast mall store. Sean Huff listened to what the other stores did and he set out and in about an hour he had the issue resolved for me. Thank goodness there are good people that take pride and do their jobs!!Service: TiresService: Tires

Earlier today I brought my friend's car up here for a tire change. They told me that they couldn't replace them, due to not having the wheel lock key. Although the people were very informative about which one I needed, they messed up the splash shield underneath, AND everything in the trunk was misplaced. It wasn't broke when I took it in, and now I leave with something that needs to be replaced. This shouldn't be happening.

I d be very cautious before taking your car here. I ve had many issues with taking my car here. The techs have told me they were watching youtube videos on how to work on my car and they have broken my wheel lock. I ve had a gasket go bad because they did not replace it when they we re supposed to. I have also taken my car there numerous times to have them turn off a warning light but always tell me they don t have time or they can t figure it out and i have to take it back, even though i scheduled a appointment ahead of time with the specialist they have on staff. They usually brush off any issues i have and tell me to take it to the dealership.

So my husband made an appointment to have two tires put on at 1:00. When I got off work at 3:30 I found out he was still waiting around because they had sized the tire wrong and put on tires that were too big. We car share so I grabbed a ride from a coworker to the Firestone. It was 5:30 when we got out of there with the appropriately sized tires and we had to pay more for the new brand because they didn't have the original brand in stock. We have a 15 month old who had a huge fit because he missed his afternoon nap. My husband was late to his evening classes that night, too. We also need a third tire in the back but we're having to split between paychecks. They insisted to my husband that we needed to rotate the new tires to the back because they'd wear out faster in the front. Mind you we said we would be back in two weeks for the new tire. While this is true, two weeks won't make enough of an impact on the new tires and we also denied the request because the traction control is in the front. It makes no sense to put the worn down tire in the front where all the traction control is. We were pretty disappointed with how they managed their mistake and their recommendations. Next time we will buy the tire but my husband will put it on himself and verify the size before he takes off with it.

Had my truck for almost 2 hours to come in and tell me that they could not lift it so I took it to another Firestone on 377 which is way better by the way and they lifted the truck with no problem on the same exact lift that they have at this Firestone, the technician was just being lazy and didn't want to do the job cut and dry

Came into this establishment and told the gentleman at the desk that my car was wobbling and that it may be my alignment but need a professional look at it. Was charged $130 for my issue not to be solved. They lifted my car and still didn't notice the giant bulge in my tire that was spotted very quickly by the next tire shop i went to. Waste of money

Great service took care of me and went on my way. The only thing that did get away was the Battery block for battery not to fly around and kept missing my bullet stud for my tires.Other than that Shaun and Shawn explained the issues and recommended what needed to be done.
