I am very pleased with the customer service and the cleanliness of the shop. I went here because I heard a knocking noise coming from my car which made me feel very uneasy. They thoroughly looked through everything that possibly could be wrong and said everything was sound. When I left the sound was gone and they said if it ever comes back to just bring it back. They spent almost half a day on my car trying to find out what was wrong and never gave me attitude, they are very patient and pleasant to work with. I got my oil changed here also my tires rotated. I would highly recommend bringing your car here for all your car care needs. Go see Brian and Luis - you won't be disappointed!

These guys are great!! I needed to prepare my truck for an upcoming deep freezing weather. They flushed the coolant system and changed the oil. Great customer relationship. Thank you, Troy, and the crew is working hard there.

First time visit to this facility, and very happy with the quality of service I received. The technician went above and beyond by checking and clearing a "Check Engine Light" code. The information was useful, and I was able to take care of the problem. Thank you for the excellent service!

Tried this today. I paid $100 for a full service oil change .They literally checked nothing except the oil.I even ask the person who was helping me, and he lied directly to me about it.I was sitting in the car watching the whole time, so knew they didn t check anything.First and only trip.I would give it zero stars.

These guys go above and beyond!! I have had trouble with my catalytic converter for quite a while. I've had to have it replaced before, and when it went out again, Troix and his crew went out of their way to provide excellent service. They found the cause of the problem and fixed it, no questions asked! Very friendly and understanding! I will continue to take my vehicle here for any services needed! Highly recommend

Out of several quick stop oil changes we have used in the area, these guys have been the best. They have been fast even with lines, no upselling, and it is obvious they have a process down. Troix and the others have never acted flustered even when they are swamped. Very professional.

Came in for a quick inspection. They were very helpful! I needed a few more miles driven after some work and they hooked up to the car to confirm it wasn t ready before doing anything else so I could run out and get everything done quickly that day.

Troix and Mary Ann provided top notch service ! I came in because my tire pressure signal light was on. Troix immediately checked pressure on all tires and found a nail on one ; within 20 minutes, my tire was patched and ready to go! Thank you for the high quality and speedy service!!!

Omg in September my tire popped in the middle of the road so I pulled over into a gas station and no one in my family was answering my phone calls. I called everywhere every tow truck around me. But they were trying to charge me an arm and a leg and a lot of them didn't have the tires I needed. I was so stressed out UNTIL AN ANGEL NAMED TROIX ANSWERED MY PRAYERS. He walked across the street and guided my car to the express oil change once I got there, he gave Really good advice he was super nice. As a woman I do feel like men always trying to take advantage of women especially in Car shops, he was the Complete opposite, this man needs a raise! He got my tire changed and gave me a discount since it didn't get there that day And he even cleaned the inside of my dashboard window since it was a little foggy. IT HAS BEEN MONTHS SINCE THIS HAPPENED BUT I THOUGH I SHOULD LET EVERYONE KNOW HOW KIND THE STAFF IS. THANK YOU AGAIN TROIX !

Great experience. In and out for an oil change and state inspection within ten minutes. Kind technicians, especially Justice, who was transparent with pricing, offered us water while waiting, and provided us with coupons and an already cooled-off car to return to. Will always come back for my quick service needs!

By far the best oil change experience I have had anywhere. The employees are all incredibly friendly and the Manager Troix is absolutely fantastic! They offered a cold bottle of water which is great especially in this Texas heat. I will absolutely be back any time I need an oil change and would highly recommend them to everyone!!

I attempted to get an inspection but instead I left with no inspection and my door dinged by Ricky the mechanic, I advised Mike the manager he was less than helpful and even though I let him know my car was new and had no dings he stated your car is not that new Manager Mike customer service is trash and after waiting an hour I left with nothing just a ding and a waste of my lunch. I will never refer any of my colleagues from XPO company across the street to go to this tire shop. Mike is unprofessional and disrespectful. Although Mike is in the customer service industry he lacks customer service etiquette.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Have been using this place for several years for all my car repairs. They have been through several managers during this time. There have been great experiences and this time was no different. Aaron and his team treated me like family and were very professional and courteous. Some of the team knows me by my first name! The whole team at this location is always so friendly, attentive and respectful! I usually come here for my oil changes and they have me in & out in about 10 minutes. For this visit, my check engine light was on; After a quick vehicle inspection by the mechanic, he found we only needed to replace an O2 sensor. He gave me my options and worked with me on a solution to fit my budget & get my car back in working condition! Despite them being fairly busy, they got my car fixed in no time. I was able to grab lunch, run a quick errand & come back to a finished car with fresh oil & no check engine light Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I can't believe the price of an oil change today. Having said that, my time at Express Oil Change was well spent. The technician and I discussed the three types of oil to see which one I preferred. He then checked lights, turn signals and pressure. Very, very thorough and I was glad he changed my oil.

Fantastic! This is my second time coming here and it s just as enjoyable as the first time. I ll be honest I haven t been here in maybe over a year but I don t think I ll be going anywhere else anymore. Brought my 2015 Nissan Altima for a full synthetic oil change. The gentleman servicing my car even brought over the air filter and recommended I wait till my following oil change. That s a good man. I appreciate your work guys and thank you for accommodating me. *Clean waiting room*mini fridge with water*speedy service*

When it comes to getting work done on my car, beyond standard oil changes, I drive to Express Oil Change. I live in Duncanville. I drive to Hurst. I used these guys in GA for years because I always got great service and a straight answer there. I get that here too. Troix is a great manager and has a great team. It s the first time I ve ever paid someone to change my oil, recently moving here to Texas from back home where I always did it with my dad. Unfortunately I had a leak and had to have my spark plugs/other parts changed. The service and the friendliness of the crew was incredible. Brain and the others there that day were great!
