10/10 experience from start to finish. You can tell they genuinely care and want to get you taken care of. They did amazing work getting my 2016 F250 running better than ever. Taylor and Mike know their stuff. I highly recommend Diesel Pros to anyone needing some work on their PowerStoke diesel.

Truck stalled out and the crew went above and beyond to get her running and back on the road. They did a thorough inspection on the entire truck and told me everything that needs done now and what will need to be done soon. They worked with me keep the work affordable and within my budget. Management was fantastic, and the mechanics know what they re doing! I wish I could give these guys six stars. After having my truck in two different shops, and waiting nine months for a discontinued no longer available board found out after a three hour diagnosis that it was just a bad wire. Then they opened up the transmission, and found out that the solenoids that were installed prior to the board being misdiagnosed one was bad.Great communication amazing service and good prices. Skilled labor isn t cheap and when it comes to having your work truck worked on going cheap is never the right option.

Had my F250 towed here after another shop couldn t diagnose the issue. Went in for a crank, no start. Diagnosed right away: A/C was seized. Diesel Pros replaced the unit in a reasonable amount of time and had me back on the road in perfect order. A few months later my 20 year old hoses started leaking after passing the leak test for the new system. When I called about the leaky hose they were very professional and were more than willing to work with me on a solution. Great shop, will definitely bring my truck back in should the need arise!

If you are looking for a diesel mechanic. This is your shop.These guys are fair, knowledgeable, and great to work with.They will make sure they get down to the root of the issue instead of just putting bandaids on your truck.

They seem really nice until they aren't. They had our truck for 7 weeks and cost us $7K. 3 weeks after we picked it up from being repaired it broke down while we were out of town. We called them and did EXACTLY what they told us to do and they said they would cover any repairs, but then they went back on their word leaving us with an additional $4K repairs (and being out of a truck for another 5 weeks). How can a truck break down 3 weeks after being repaired and they don't honor their work? It was the engine, which they had just taken completely apart but yet they're finding some way to not take ownership. The owner Mike hung up on us repeatedly anytime he didn't agree with what we were saying. This truck is our work vehicle. We have lost so much time and money and worse of all, they messed it up and didn't stick with their word or stand by their work.

Diesel Pro's are the Best around. I'm from SoCal and new to the FTW area. When my F250's check engine light came on, they fixed it. I would highly recommend any one with a Diesel powered truck to have them do your service. Prices are reasonable and their work is way above reproach.Unlike other shops, when the put my truck on their diagnostic machine, they knew exactly what was going on and what needed to be fixed.I was also given a 12 month 12k miles warranty on all the parts that they had to remove and replace.I would highly recommend this shop, they are fair, knowledgeable, and will explain in layman's terms what your diagnostic checks mean.5 Star rating from this happy customer

Came here because it was more convenient than driving to my company shop. Brought my truck in, while I was on a short vacation, came back truck was ready. Serviced what I needed done and also checked for other issues. Great place they've earned a new customer.

Absolute best place to rebuild your Diesel engine. They do it right and will not allow subpar work. Their quality is unmatched. I had my truck rebuilt somewhere else and they destroyed my truck diesel pros brought it back to life and they worked with me. I m very grateful of them and I m fully confident that with routine maintenance I ll get 300k + miles out of their rebuild.

came in with a 2019 f-450 that had death wobble and they were able to get it fixed no more death wobble. Good people here. Really know what their talking about. I bring my work and personal truck here instead of the dealership. A++

I was on vacation from Tampa Florida when my truck broke down Saturday night. It wasn t Just any truck, but a custom built SEMA truck. Not knowing who to trust, diesel pros came highly recommended. Matt and the rest of the staff who I spoke to on the phone were very knowledgeable. They were able to give me accurate information and and timelines on what need to be fixed on my 2001 7.3 f250. They always answered the phone or if all service techs were busy they called back very quickly. 10/10 would recommend to anyone with a diesel truck or semi. I will be only using them in the future for repairs or service. Their technician Stanley was absolutely awesome he explained what was wrong and the many different options I had to fix it. Gave me all. Info and pricing I needed to make the best decision for me! Thank you again diesel pros you guys really are the pros!

Diesel Pros did a turbo swap on my truck and some other miscellaneous work I needed done. Matt and his guys had me in and out very quickly. They're very professional and the quality of work is top notch. Don't trust anyone else but Diesel Pros for all your needs. I'm glad I made the trip from Arkansas.
