My car looks great. The previous tint was brown Car Toys changed my tint to ceramic black tone and it looks great on my red and black Fiat. Thanks for great customer service and quality workmanship. Real professional.

I ordered #8 wire. The put in about #20 and the wire on the fuse I think was smaller. It was fused at 30 amps but I bet the wire would melt before the fuse blew. I ended up replacing everything with 10 Guage and fusing it correctly. At least I was able to use their wire to pull good wire through the firewall. Make sure they actually do what you order before you leave.

Daniel and his Jovondrick did a great job for me. I needed a new backup camera that had lines to help back into parking spaces. Also wanted wireless apple car play and we found a couple of products that seem to be perfect for my needs. It is only a couple days since install but I am very pleased. Should have done it earlier.

They were very sweet and polite! Going above and beyond what I needed too! Juan who did my windows was genuinely kind and professional! Never pressured me into getting something I didn't want or need. They did my stereo system also so I highly recommend CARTOYS FOR YOUR CAR & TRUCK NEEDS! The price for my window tinting was very reasonable and I have lifetime warranty!

Had my windows tinted on Tundra Crew Max and they did a great job. Very professional with service as well.Talked about stereo systems for a while and appreciate the time the associates took to educate me on options to get better sound. Didn't buy anything yet but stay "tuned"! lol

The staff at car toys are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They help me and my daughter outfit her vehicle with a great sound system, explained all of the options and did a fantastic job in the installation of the equipment. I would recommend if you want a good sound system in your car or tint on your vehicle, go there!

I got a an pioneer apple car play installed in January and it never worked right. I have been up there 6-7 times now. The previous management kept putting me off and would not replace unit. It would keep randomly turning off. They kept fixing other things just long enough to get out of the money back 30 days. New management came in and finally would swap the unit for a alpine. But I had to pay more money. Now the new unit is freezing up and the hands free talk sounds like I m far away to people on the other line. So $1200 later I still have problems and corporate will mot return phone calls and emails. The store said they can fix new unit but I have no faith in them at this point so I just want my money back. I would definitely not recommend this place steer clear

I would avoid at all cost. I bought a stereo system from them back in 2022. I kept having an amp error issue appear. I brought it in several times to troubleshoot. They checked for loose wires, speakers, ect. But it became apparent that the head unit was the issue. To make a long story short, they delayed doing anything until it was out of warranty. The old crew used to be really good but the new crew I m not too sure about. The store manager Johnny was no help at all and insisted I buy a new one. Last time I spend money here! If you care about your ride, definitely avoid! I m sorry I did business with a company that does not keep its word. Zero ethics.

Visited this location on the 2/1/24 to have an amp wiring kit, and a new head unit installed. The install was very clean and professional by Jeremy. I did however have a bit of hiccup the next day. Nothing too major. Lonnie the manager, Daniel the sales associate and Jeremy the installer all resolved the issue in a timely manner. All 3 of them were very professional with the situation. That is the reason I m giving this location a 5 star review.

Technician, Jeremy was terrific..He went above & beyond to install my radio & fix my rear view camera. There was a mixup on what was to be done to my car & it just sat for a very long time. OnceJeremy came & discussed what needed to be done, he proceeded to work diligently on my car.I was very disappointed in the service by Lonnie..I waited over 5 hours with at least 2 1/2 hours with my car just sitting because Lonnie did not give accurate description of the services my car needed. Jeremy will cause me to refer Car Toys to friends & return myself if needed.

Installers broke multiple pieces on my van and only offered to replace the mirror (still waiting on that). Also installed a Maestro unit without my agreement ahead of time and then snuck it into the final bill. Asst Install Mgr said they would cover the cost to replace the broken door trim piece but I'd have to order it. Now they're ducking my calls. AVOID. All of this on top of the fact that my $699 stereo with free installation came out to over $1800. All I added was a lane change camera. And the unit came with a camera! Supposedly, they were supposed to have me sign a damage waiver ahead of time, but didn't.

Quick service, professional job. Good sales help; not pushy at all. If I have one suggestion it would be to spend 1 minute after it is installed pointing out the features and USB connector. The manual was adequate with a little YouTube thrown in.

Took my car for tinting. I am very pleased with the job done. The staff were patient and helped me choose an appropriate tint, which was exactly what I was looking for. The took their time to do the work and it turned out great. 5 stars is well deserved!

Yesterday was my first time actually being a paying customer. I have a 2004 Chevrolet trailblazer and I was tired of the factory radio and wanted it upgraded to something fresh and new. Hunter, the assistant manager took very good care of me. Since they were already having a black Friday sale, I took advantage of getting the N Dash JVC radio and also the free back up camera. I can t say enough how all the staff was awesome and so friendly. They took awesome care of me! I am going back and getting new speakers for it now.

Purchased an Apple CarPlay system, was told to drop it off at 9 the next morning and it d be ready by one. When I dropped it off, was told it would be ready by 2, called at 2:45 and they said they had to go to the warehouse for the right installation kit and the job would be complete in 3 hours. Called again at 6 and they said they still didn t have the part, but would pick it up in the morning or order it and get it in a week. Got my car and money back because they re either chronic liars or just plain incompetent. Stay away.

had a issue wjth speakers not working in my doors, whoever installed all my speakers amp an subs did a terrible job, CarToys went in and completly redid it and made sure everything works the way it should!

Took twice as long as promised to install the back up camera. No instructions on how to use the mirror. Had to wait 24 hours for the glue to dry on the mirror mount to be able to adjust the mirror. They took out the back bottom seat. They did not reinstall it. When I got home I saw this, called the store and was told they were waiting for me to come back. I asked why they didn t call me and got virtually nothing as a response.In short, if you are looking for car stereo, etc. look elsewhere

Had an alarm and remote starter installed on my truck. Dropped it off at 0930, with manager saying it would take a couple of hours. 8 hours later and 4 phone calls it was ready. Asked the manager about the length of time, he just shrugged his shoulders, didn t care that it took 8 hours. When we tried the alarm out it wasn t working correctly. Still watching it today to see if it stops working. Don t take your car to get any work at the Hurst, Texas location.

Overall I was very pleased with the detailed explanation given on my different options. The installation was very clean and everything sounded great. Only minor glitch was that XM receiver was not installed originally but ir was quickly resolved when returned to the shop.

Great experience. We had an appointment for Sunday but called to see if they could see us on Saturday and they could. Got a new radio put in a 2012 Honda Fit and it fits and looks wonderful. Then one of the employees helped us get the Bluetooth connected and made sure we were comfortable before we left. Would recommend in a heart beat!

I purchased an aftermarket stereo from Amazon and was struggling to get it working properly. They helped me figure out how to make it work. They also installed remote start on my vehicle. They were so very helpful!
