Here is something you don't see every day in these guys line of work honesty. I took my jeep in to get work done and evertime they fixed exactly what needed to get done and very close to the quoted price. I will never take my cars anywhere else to get fixed. Only knock on betos is takes a while to get back to you cause I believe the owner takes care of that stuff workers just there to fix all the cars. Other than that these guys are great can't be happier I found this spot. My other concerns now is by posting this they gonna get an overload of work and it will be harder to get my car in the shop, but if this post helps this shop have a better income they definitely deserve it.

Antonio and his brother are super they give you a fair price and do great work very competitive I would definitely say go to them before you go to anyone else and then go get a second opinion you'll find out they are truly one of the best auto mechanics in mid cities Texas Bedford Hurst and euless!! I've been using them for years and all my family members and friends I recommend them to them

Honest place,... Updated, I need to change this review, left out truck there 12/06 called several times, we do understood that due to the bad weather it was taking a little bit longer, well it took almost a month, the owner told us that it was the computer and he was not able to find it anywhere, I searched for it, several places has it, please tell me that you don't work on my car because it is a 2002, that you don't want to work on it, that... Whatever but please don't came up with the type of excuse, as a patient customer a deserve more respect, please avoid this place, I don't give one star because don't like the description for it!! Stay away from this auto care shop.

This is the only auto shop I'll ever go to and I live 2 hours away! They are always quick to help regardless of how busy they are and their pricing is so generous.

Used to take my personal car and my company vehicles there for service. All of them got transmission issue. At first I saw this issue on one of othe company vehicle. I did think much. Then I found same issue with my new car and all the other company vehicles that were taken there for oil change and service. This is definitely not a conincidence.

failed (expectedly) inspection due to check engine light being on just to figure out what it was failing for. refused to tell me why my car was failing inspection unless i pay ANOTHER charge for diagnostics, of which wasnt even rung up thru the register, pretty sure they pocketed it. was also advised to not even repair the problem and "hope" the check engine light doesnt come back on and of corse it did. just a waste of time while the reinspection date slowly expires.Service: Vehicle Inspection

They helped me out of a major problem. My transmission went out and I thought it was going to as the other shops told me . But this shop explained everything in detail to me and made it very affordable fro me to get my vehicle back in better shape than when I dropped it.

They took such good care of my Pontiac G6. I had complicated issues and they went the extra mile to ensure that not only was my O2 sensor functioning properly, but also the car's internal computer was working. Wouldn t recommend. Was there before the opening at 8 am for service and no one showed up to open the shop until 8:30-9 am. I got an inspection done here for my renewal but for some reason when I tried renewing online, it wasn t showing in the system. I had to call repeatedly to speak to someone who could help me and when I did get to someone he was rude and told me my information was in and I needed to call the DMV instead. After calling the shop multiple times all week, leaving a message on voicemail and with another employee and still having to call because no one would call me back, I was very frustrated and disappointed. Apparently the inspection info they said was done wasn t in because when I went somewhere else (and paid to get another inspection) my information was in the system with no problem. I not only had to pay for the same service twice because they couldn t be bothered to put it in or figure out what happened the first time, I also received extra renewal fees for being late. I used to recommend people here but won t anymore.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

As far as I'm concerned, they went above and beyond my expectations for the situation I was in....their kindness and my view while awaiting my vehicle of how they conduct their business is and was very rewarding, as I'm sure many of their clients would agree

Gilberto was nice and informative of what i needed and how the work is done but they had my car almost a week and i kept getting the run around about when it would be completed. This would be my second attempt at trying to get work done there. I will not return, nor recommend. I suggest you don't waste your tune, this is not the establishment to patron.

I ve used Beto s for many years now. Mostly oil changes and inspection. This time my brakes needed pads. They always do an amazing job, and are 100% trustworthy. They go above and beyond expectations. I would and do recommend utilizing their services. It s a family business, and they treat you like family.Thank you for always doing an amazing job, and never pushing unnecessary sales.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

They very quickly inspected my car. this is the third time I've had my car inspected here. my car need a new washer blades with they were able to do for me. This place does to mechanical repair. I recommend it. If you speak Spanish, they are Spanish speakers.

My family have been using Beto's for years. They run a business full of integrity and always professional, everything from oil changes, inspections, and mechanical work. Prices are fair. They are especially attentive to my mother and mother-in-law who are widows. They are over-the-top great in taking care of them.

I been coming here for over 9 years and I won't go anywhere else. Beto has all the experience and adds quality and honesty to every job. And he is consistent.From little jobs to big jobs, no job is too big for him. And he gives you warranty on what he installs. And if the part he installed fails, he will redo it free. He has worked an every car and truck from every family member, and we trust him fully.Jobs are done right and you won't be getting ripped off, if the car has something that he can fix with in a few seconds he is not going to charge or make up stories.

In 2014 I had problems with my GMC Envoy it was overheating & the transmission was slipping. But after a good review of the vehicle .The shop owner Gilberto recommended that I rebuild the transmission & replace the head or engine. After a good price was quoted . He did the work. My Envoy work like its brand new again, no problem since...I highly recommended Beto's Auto care to anyone needing their vehicle fixed. With a honest mechanic and shop.

So Im new to the area, my car stops on me . I go to Beto's because they were close. Im sorry i dont know much about cars but you should, my car sat at the shop for 4 days. I was charged $224 for 1 spark plug and fuel filter change. On the high end the parts are 30$ total. Unfortunately I found this out after, funny how even good people take advantage of people who get put in bad situations.Ive attached the receipt.

I have NEVER been to a auto shop that didn't try to upcharge me for something or another..i went to get car inspected asked if i needed an oil change..mechanic told me i still have several months before i would need one..can you imagine? I was pleasantly surprised..that has NEVER happened to me..so refreshing to get customer service..big thank you to BETO'S...
