Without going into a lot of detail, I had two rather urgent issues and they were taken care of very timely. Customer service is excellent; staff professional yet friendly; great patience in explaining in detail what my issues were; and I will now be a forever customer with great confidence in the work being done to my vehicle.My second experience with All About Autos - 5 months laterI took my car to a dealer for an oil change "special." The dealer advised I had many issues needing "immediate" attention, providing a list of them to me. I immediately took my car to All About Autos. A full inspection was completed, and all but one of the dealer's recommendations for immediate service were NOT necessary. At this time, I also chose to have some basic maintenance (fluids changed) completed, and this work was done in a minimum amount of time and the prices for each service excellent. In addition, I'd like to add that I did not have someone to pick me up from All About Autos, and they were willing to take me home & provide a ride back when the work was finished. A+++++ customer service!

Great service, needed urgent service and they delivered. Had safety issue with tire rubbing agains nerf bar after a small accident, this is the only place where they took me right in and solved my problem. I did not have to make appointment like others requested Would recommend to all to come. You will not be disappointed.Thank you. Just got a new loyal customer.

Mike and Kurt were able to diagnose and repair an ongoing problem with my sons Lincoln LS that another service professional was unable to address. Since then, whenever we return, they're always friendly and helpful, fair and accurate in their diagnosis and repair.

RUDE RUDE RUDE!! I live right down the street and EVERY SINGLE time I went in there for something the main fat guy at the counter has been RUUUUUDE. All 3 times its like he didn't want my services. Never going back to this dump again. I looved it when Paul (I think that was his name. Whoever was at the counter before the fat guy) was there he was real friendly and honest and down to earth. FIX YOUR ATTITUDE COUNTER MAN! And then on top of that they are freaking expensive. For people who live in this area try Kinneys Auto its just down the road from this one. They are friendly prices are decent and the service is Excellent! Dont waster your money at this expensive dump.

Contacted them about an issue I was having and they gave me some troubleshooting steps to try first. The steps worked perfectly. Other mechanics charged to "fix" the issue.

I've had a good experience with this place. The AC unit was replaced this summer. A few weeks again the AC and they replaced the compressor again.
