Great experience. Highly recommended. Professional, friendly, excellent communication, smooth experience. Called in to check availability, and they were able to get me in relatively quickly (2 days after I called) even though they looked jam-packed busy. Owner let me know what was found, his recommendations, and gave fair prices (a bit lower than I expected). Fixed my car's A/C issues as well as a misfire issue. This place has definitely earned my trust and is now my go-to for vehicle repairs.

Having moved to Huntsville just over a year ago, I wasnt sure who to take my vehicle to in this area. It was highly recommended that we use WC Auto. The issue to my 2008 Tahoe was quite extensive but WC was honest and quite forthright in the diagnosis. Due to personnel issues the repair took a little longer than I anticipated but it was worth the wait. Quality work at a fair price. I have found my mechanic go to!!

Great vehicle repair shop in Huntsville. It may take them a little more time than most people are willing to take today, but they have so much work that is it hard to keep up.

I can t believe I haven t left my review sooner. WC Auto is THE BEST SHOP IN HUNTSVILLE TO TAKE YOUR VEHICLE. He is an honest man, that will take on any project, and give it his all. I take my car into Wayne s anytime I need something done, and it s fixed up no problem. He is not only reliable but flexible as well, if you ask me where to go: I will always recommend WC AUTO.

My serpentine belt needed to be replaced. I arrived around 3 and was out by 3:45! Great customer service experience with highly trained staff who are willing to work with you every step of the way... DEFINITELY RECOMMEND WC AUTO!

Great service. The guys here did a great job at fixing my honda civic window regulators. Prices are fair and honest which is very hard to come by in the world of mechanics

The only honest Auto repair shop I know of in Huntsville TX. I either go here or take my car out of Huntsville somewhere to get your repair done. I've been burned to many times by the others in town "I literally have a car dead in my driveway because of a different repair shop in Huntsville". Note: You might have to wait because the best takes time and the best ain't free. However the best is often worth the time and the money.

Customer service isn't very good my opinion . I called many overly booked automotive shops before Wc and i got a call back to let me know what's going on plus they gave me options but not here it was like pulling teeth responses was dry just didn't feel welcoming as a customer for them to want my business .I know this review doesn't even matter I gave her the benefit of doubt maybe she was having a bad day or maybe they just didn't want to fix my vehicle. End of the day it doesn't even matter I'm just sharing my experience recently, it doesn't mean they are a bad business.

Guys, y all need to utilize WC Auto for anything with your vehicle. We got several quotes for my daughter s vehicle and getting her air conditioning fixed. Two places quoted us over $800 without even knowing what the actual problem was with the car. We took it to WC Auto and they correctly diagnosed the problem as a relay sensor. After parts and labor it cost us $160. Folks, that speaks for itself. Big time Kudos for WC Auto. We will be utilizing their services for everything automotive related.

I'm not sure what their problem is? This is my second time talking with them and they say they can't do the job. Mind you this has been on two separate occasions for two different reasons.

First time to use their services. I chose them because of their reputation and previous reviews. The owner, Wayne Cummins, was very responsive and professional. Honest to what the issue was and repaired the vehicle at what I would consider a very reasonable cost. I will be moving to the Huntsville/New Waverly area later this year and will definitely be using their services again. Highly recommended.

I just moved to Huntsville, so knowledge of area limited, at best. Called WC Auto Center, 10:30 on a Monday Morning, explained my car gear shift stuck on drive . Owner not 100% sure of problem, there was an easy, cheaper fix if it was problem#1. No way to give estimate if it was Problem#2 (would have to pull transmission) AAA towed car to his shop. Less than 90 minutes later, he called, it was problem#1 and it was fixed. Honest, dependable, quick, my go to mechanic in Huntsville. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Great experience. Lesson here is tell them the issue and let the experts figure it out. :) I was certain I had a failing fuel pump after trying a few other fix-it attempts at home. WC had great reviews so chose them. I asked about replacing the fuel pump and they listened to what had been happening and I had tried. Before ordering any parts, they investigated the issue and found I had a "very weird" wiring issue under the chassis. End result was they fixed the truck in a few days with no parts, just labor getting the wiring redone correctly. It's been running great for over a month, zero issues and less than half the cost I was expecting for the fuel pump. Will definitely go back and recommend. My go-to mechanic! Definitely go here if you want quality service that doesn t break the bank. I just got some work done and they were very honest with the cost and the quality of their work. I left feeling super grateful and was very happy I found them. Wayne the owner definitely knows his stuff and can explain to you the issues they found and how they fixed them. Definitely coming back here if I have any doubts about anything wrong with my car!

they are one of the best mechanic shops in huntsville,tx.wayne the owner and his crew are always friendly and do a great job when it comes to fixing anything on vehicles.i am very pleased with there work they done on my charger.i highly recommend there work to everybody.thanks Wayne. from Quincy and shuree.

Called yesterday morning April 4th around 9am. Was told they couldn t get me in that day to Diagnose an oil leak that I had on my suv. No problem. Told me to come the next day any time after 9am and he could get me in. Drove 30 minutes from home to this shop arrived at 9:10 am and was told they were full for the day highly recommend you go somewhere where you won t have your time and gas wasted! Very unprofessional.

Used their service twice, and both times they had the problem fixed by the second day. Very reasonable prices, super fast service, and good quality work. If I ever have a problem with my car that I can't handle on my own, these are the people I will be bringing it to.

Amazing repair shop. Great, friendly staff. Exceeded my already great expectations.2 cylinders went bad in my 11' Kia Rio. Dropped it off the day before, before the shop closed and got it back the next day working better than ever before.Will definitely recommend this shop to everyone.

They were so awesome! My ac stopped blowing cold air and they found the problem and fixed it within only a few hours! Will definitely return with any more issues that I encounter

I highly recommend this repair shop, not only did they fix my original concern at a great price, they found and informed me of other serious issues I didnt even know I had and got those fixed, and faster then I even expected. They are very honest, and I was extremely happy I chose them.. I will be returning with all my vechiles needs. Thank you again!!

I have been living in Huntsville for about 10 years and have been to just about every mechanic in town, including the small engine repair shops, this one is the best without a doubt. Save yourself time and headache from searching anywhere else, this is the only place I will go for the remainder of my time living in this town.

Had what turned out to be a minor problem while visiting from out of town, not to mention in the middle of a tremendous rain storm. Was able to drive in and they fixed the problem in no time. Didn't even charge me a dime. I would highly recommend them.
