The guys there are all nice, but I was told I would receive a specific discount on a filter which got me to say yes to the sale.Only to find out after I left that they charged me full price. Then when I called later that day they said there wasn t anything they could do.Definitely won t be going back.

Take 5 is the only place I ve taken my vehicles to for my oil changes. John and his staff are amazing, always take care of myself and my family. Have gone above and beyond for us. Truly a great business and people!

There very professional, fast, friendly, love the staff. Especially love John, he takes his time and very informative. He always takes his time and gives me all the information I need about my service! He always makes sure I know everything there doing to my truck. He always make sure I know everything there doing. The staff were sooooo friendly and welcoming. Deandre and Johnathan went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of today. I got a lot done on my vehicle too and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes! Any other place I would ve been waiting hours. I am coming here from now on!! Those two have gained a loyal customer today.

This place by far has the best guys working there. I ve been to this place 8 times now and the guys are always so friendly. They really are the best. It s always fast and they have the best military discount around.

These young men were knowledgeable, courteous, and very efficient. They gave me a few tips to keep my car running properly and the cold water was right on time in the hot day. I would give 6 stars if I would and I recommend to anyone in the area Take 5 and go to this Take 5 you won't regret it!

I have been using this facility for several years with good results. I took our vehicle in to dealer because of an oil leak. I was just advised that the oil pan is cracked at the drain plug due to over torquing. Going to cost over $500 to replaced. Tried to call this location to caution the manager about over torquing. Automated call and would not let me talk to a real person. Tried calling customer service number- another automated system that hung up- how is this good customer service?

The entire staff was very welcoming and kind. Everyone was extremely efficient and helpful. They helped me with my oil change and even sold me on the air filter and windshield wipers. Will definitely be coming back.

Take 5 did a good job on the oil change but they did not add washer fluid like they said on the report.

Normally, I love take 5, but the guy bragging about making a sale right in front of me and fist bumping his coworker after selling me a $140ish product wasn t the best way to close a deal. Just wait till we drive off. I get being happy about making a sale and getting your commission, but wait until the customer isn t there at least. Otherwise, quick and efficient!

Very good service. A short wait while the customer ahead of me was finished. Then oil changed in a very short time. I didn t check my watch to see if it was 5 min., but it was very quickly. Great job.

I stopped by for an oil change a few days ago. I couldn t be more pleased. The guys were very helpful and friendly. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. They also filled my washer fluid, cleaned my windshield, fixed a windshield wiper for me that I put on wrong, and I was on my way.

Every time is great friendly service. Always short wait time. Would definitely recommend this location over other take 5 locations I have personally gone to and better service then Jiffy Lube where I have personally worked for.

January 2024 my wife goes in for an oil change. Jonathan was the name on the paperwork. Several weeks later, I'm under the car and notice the splash guard is missing. This is a $100+ part held on with 7 or 8 screws. Most oil change places usually just remove 3 or 4 screws, bend it out of the way, and remove/replace the oil filter. The Take 5 tech removed the entire guard and never put it back. You would think I would get a call from Take 5 to come back in, but no, it was apparently just tossed in the back. Not the complete service I would expect from Take 5 and as a result, the lowest rating I can give. I expect all my parts back even if I have to put them in the trunk and reinstall them myself. Plus this flub cost me an hour from work to wait in line for an available tech and then get the work done.

Once again I got 5 star treatment!! Going to Take 5 is an enjoyment! The team is amazing and make you feel like the the most important person they ve seen all day! Once again I was offered water!! John , you are doing an amazing job and every team member is just as amazing!! Keep up the good work!! You get a 5 STAR from me!!!KG

Always had great customer service from these guys til today. Had to stop in to get company vehicle inspection. Did not know this location does not do that. Gentleman walked up asking if I needed an oil change. Told him I needed vehicle inspection. He just pointed down the road, rolled his eyes and said Jiffy Lube, then walked off. While other locations are great, this one not so much. Would not recommend this location.

I had a juke serviced here when I first moved to town two years ago almost and got it serviced. They didn t screw my oil cap on right, caused some damage riding around on the frwy to Houston and took it back once I could. They fixed it but damages were already done. I still go to them from time to time bc it s quick and I have a different better vehicle now and they have great staff and friendly service. They do have discounts and offer discounts as well for certain services I believe. I do still enjoy getting my vehicle serviced here since it s convenient.

I got an oil change... at least at this location, they did tighten the drain plug (says they replaced gasket) I don't know.Says they charged me $5 shop service charge.. not sure for what and an extra $9. For a 6th unit of synthetic oil.However, they also say they filled washer fluid.. why I don't know cuz had they asked me... I would have told them it doesn't work nor hold fluid... so I don't see how they filled something that doesn't work. They also stated they cleaned windshield and did not clean my windshield... so very disappointed to return home and see extra charges ...They makes me leary to return to a place that lies about services.However, the employees were nice and I did get an oil change done we were in a line and out within 50 minutes during lunch hour.

Fastest oil change in the northeast. seriously though the guys were professional attentive kind. it was a little more expensive than my usual service plus side i was done in a short amount of time, is totally worth it!! thx guys. i ll be back!!

I have been using Take 5 for several years. I love the fact that I can stay in my car. I love how friendly and knowledgeable the staff is. They treat me like family and take great care of my car. I HIGHLY recommend them!

I usually love going there, I go every single time! But this past time I felt like the guy was super playful with me, I didn t think much of it, then I politely declined that my air filter get changed because I had just enough money for my oil change, and he then laughed at me, and didn t say another word to me, other that handing me my sticker and telling me we recommend getting your oil changed when the stickers says and walked off. I got no receipt and no one helped to guide me out.

I m here taking care of my brother and was needing my oil change. My brother told me about Take 5. BEST CHOICE MADE AND BEST PLACE I COULD VE EVER GONE!! Very nice guys and they are respectful and handle their business quickly. I highly recommend Take 5 and will go back if I m in town. MOST DEFINITELY!!!

Always, always, always have the BEST customer service every time I go. I don t go anywhere else it was quick and easy. The gentleman that waited on me was so kind and courteous! Take 5 is my preferred place. Always a good experience, here or other locations I have used. They check other things too like air filter and wiper blades. Wait is usually short if any on weekdays. I took off one star for cost.
