My family is so grateful for springtime motors they helped my husband get in the truck he wanted in less than 2 hours we were in and out everyone in the office is friendly. They never batted an eye at us. I will forever recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.! Good dependable vehicles and great and low downpayments. There are no words to describe how grateful I am for Springtime Motors! I reached out needing a vehicle due to an unfortunate circumstance and they helped me get into my car! Everyone in the office was so nice, professional and actually cared about helping me rather than just trying to sale a car. Every time I call to pay my car note each month, Mrs. Susan is so nice and pleasant to speak with! I will definitely refer any of my friends and family to them and I will also go to them in the future if I ever need another vehicle!

I got my first car here (2013 Chevy Cruze) and it was horrible. The engine light came on right after I bought it. I had to get it worked on monthly and it lasted me about 6 months before I couldn t use it anymore and I needed a new car.

I could not have been more blessed, than I was when I ran into Springtime Motors and met Ms Susan!!!! I was approved fairly easily. The car I did want was sold by the time I got down to the dealership (green flag for me; good business) but between Ms Susan and Ms Jessica, they found a similar vehicle with similar numbers within my budget and made it happen! they made the process so smooth. I could cry. I will be back and will recommend them to ANYONE!

Came in later in the day trying to get a vehicle in a hurry. They jumped through hoops and had us in a vehicle at a great price and out the door by the time they closed.

These folks are great! Purchased an F-150 king ranch (been paid for awhile now) and there were no surprises or "hidden" charges. They were straight up and honest and when it was paid off there wasn't any problems there either. They don't depend on credit reports but will report if you ask. I definitely recommend the folks at Springtime motors

Purchase my 2nd car and everything was great. Paper work fast and got my car the same day. Reasonable price and monthly payments good Customer service was great. Highly recommend love my cars Chrysler 300 and dodge dart.

Would not work with us. Even tho I can prove I make a lot of money through bank statements said it wasn t good enough. Would not recommend

Great experience with these folks. After looking from Pasadena to Houston to Conroe and everywhere in between, we found a great car and it was no hassle, no surprises and very helpful staff for the entire process. Will definitely send buyers to them and will return when I need to purchase again.

Ms Susan has been great from the start of my application for a new vehicle & still 3 years later she is still the greatest. the vehicle i purchased has been awesome when you find yourself needing a vehicle please go see her

Great place/people. I have had my SUV for over a year, never any problems with personnel or my vehicle. Highly recommend for those needing a second chance.Just want to update that I am on my second purchase with Springtime Motors. No problems with vehicle or personnel. Great place to buy!

Very pleased with the experience I had here this week! I applied Monday and drove my car away by Thursday. I do not have great credit and they worked with me and I was approved within a couple of hours. I got a super nice Buick SUV and they made sure everything was in perfect condition before I left. Will be buying all of my future cars here, and will definitely be recommending to friends! The best part is the free warranty they give!

Yes this place is a lie and rude nothing like they say they are my auntie tried to purchase a charger she was money ready and all and they turned her down after all that paperwork for nothing

They will work with you when no one else will! I had the pleasure of working with Susan and she was awesome!! Very friendly and does whatever she has to to get you the right vehicle for your needs! I am loving my Yukon and will definitely be back when I'm ready for another one!!

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Springtime Motors within the last 5 years. Never had any major issues with either vehicle. The employees and owner are fantastic. They are very up front and honest. My truck was totaled by an 18 wheeler and the insurance company barley paid it off leaving me high and dry. Springtime Motors is great they got me in a car for only $800 down and the process was hassle free. I would recommend them to anyone! Best part is, they give a warranty!!!!!

SpringTime Motors great place to car shop. Excellent customer service from the online experience to the show room atmosphere. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality cars at a fair price. Crystal will make sure and take care of you no matter what I guarantee you won't be disappointed I will definitely come back when I need a new wheels as you can read all the reviews this dealer ship won't have you thinking if you would be approve or not they will let you know and the take care of the vehicle the first couple of months even give you a option for insurance coverage way better than purchase your own insurance God honest true

I was literally taken a back by the service I received here. Going to buy a car, I was scared of mean sales men talking fast about things I didn't understand. That is NOT this place! They took their time answering my silly questions, were extremely respectful of my time and all the employees had shinning personalities! This is my first time having car payments and I feel extremely comfortable with this company and my contract! They really go above and beyond to be involved with their customers! Many thanks to Jessica and Crystal and another lovely lady whose name I have forgotten! (Sorry!)

I am very pleased with my experience at Springtime Motors. Crystal had the best customer service that I have had in a very long time. She was very patient and answered all of my questions. I also did not have to wait long at all...Definitely will be sending anyone I know that needs a Vehicle to them.

I needed a vehicle super quick. Springtime motors was able to take my trade in and get my in a new vehicle within 2 days! Overall great experience. I m self employed and they were able to work with me and went above and beyond to meet my needs!

Very fast and customer oriented. Crystal was a huge help. I applied and not even 2 hours later I got an approval. I took my car for a test drive and found a few things wrong with it, I let them know and they agreed to fix it free of charge. Also the atmosphere is relaxed and not in your face like most places. And you honestly get a genuine family business feel when you come in. This is the place to go!

Low money down, didn't need good credit. Had us in a car of our choice that day.great customer service,friendly people. Bonus of chances to win cash & money off your next payments. Never had 1 problem with my purchase. Recommended to family who has also purchased thru them.

This company is very horrible bought a white Ford Fusion from them had it for 5 month and the transfer case went out took to a mechanic and he told me the part that in the car was a junk part. Called the owner and he said that I needed to haul the car in to him so he can look at it now mine u I live in onalaska. So I take the car back to him back in late May we are in July and I still have no car and every time I call they give me the run around. Watch what your buying for this place it like rolling the dice hoping to get a good care
