Unless you re trying to pass away or fail an inspection pleasee for the love of Jesus do NOT get tires from this terrible shop!A few weeks ago I purchased three used tires got home and one of them went flat almost immediately now being someone who works in spring I never had the time to go and take it back the car sat in my driveway for a while (which I know THAT PART was on me but that s not what I m so upset about)fast forward to yesterday I went back to this shop to purchase a new tire and they rolled one out for me and I was SHOCKED to find they were trying to sell me my old old tire back WITH THE SCREW STILL IN IT I decided to leave and try to go elsewhere which is when I ended up at discount tire at discount they tested all three of the tires I d bought from that shop and told me that there were bubbles, bent rims and zero tread and that my car would not pass inspection due to this. Now being the feisty lady I am I decided to at the very least go back and show the people at the used tire shop the lack of any form of quality tires they had sold me and both the old dude and the Mexican guy straight up laughed at me . Then they called the boss only for him to speak to me on the phone. The conversation went worse than ever. The owner (Rodkrick) basically laughed at me and said that he wouldn t replace it even help me with the tires and was basically laughing and also screaming at me on the phone. Saying how I m just be stupid thinking he would help me and that It was my fault they sold me those tires. THESE TIRES ARE THREE YEARS OLD . When I went back I wasn t even really looking for a refund or anything but just to let them know hey y all sold me horrible tires and then tried to resell me my old tire with the screw still in it AFTER I paid y all the $10 disposal fee The employee literally told me if this was my car I d be upset too but you should have told me you didn t like the tires I could ve put Better ones on. But if passing inspection is a problem I ve got a guy that can pass you if you slide him an extra $20 .Be so for real Rodrick, if you see this . You suck and so do the tires and customer service you are putting out. I hope no one dies due to the tires you so horribly put on and the lack of quality and kindness you showed really just shows me the kind of buissness you run.

They put the wrong size tire on my car which caused my other tire to wear quickly. I gave them a second chance, called first to be sure they had my size tire, they said they did, when I got there they tried putting another size tire on my car again. Won't give them another shot.
